For one special means specialists which are descrived in the submission thread and specialist thread.. You will need to put down the proper specialists.
Next you are able to have main weapeons ad more slots worth of secondary weapons. You will also need to chose a slot holder item.
you also missed the part in the submission thread that says in appearance, personality, and history require a minimum of 3 paragraphs. you will need to write more paragraphs in each of these sections.
as far as im aware you are un-able to switch alignments without the multiple personality trait. speaking of traits you are missing you're 5 freebies and 5 starter techniques.

Description: A Fear, Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects 1 creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 6 meters plus 7 meters per class level. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 rounds per class level. This technique may be negated. User plunges the subject directly into a waking nightmare, immersing it in a world of fear for a brief instant. The change happens so fast that many creatures do not consciously sense it all, but a failed save means the sudden shift in perception registers long enough to leave the subject shaken for 5 round per Class Level. Sightless creatures and creatures immune to fear effects are not affected by this Jutsu. In addition, a target that fails the save to resist this Jutsu also takes a -4 penalty on all saves made to resist Jutsus with the fear descriptor for the duration of this Jutsu.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed. Allows a user to learn up to "C" Rank Chakra related Techniques.

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects 1 living creature. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 7 meters plus 6 meters per class level. The duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique may be disbelieved once interacted with. Only the Jutsu’s subject can sense the phantasmal tripwire. The user sees only a vague shape near its feet. The target first gets a save to recognize the sensation as unreal. If that save fails, the subject believes the tripwire is real. The subject then must succeed on a second save or fall prone.
