Description: A simple container made out of different styles of material needed to carry some sort of liquid or perhaps pebble like substances within the container. They range into different sizes such as small, medium and large. The Small are small containers capable of fitting along the sides that is that of a pouch. The Medium is something more larger that ranges from two feet to three feet in length that may fit along the back as if it was some sort of backpack. The Large is a massive sized gourd that takes up the size of a body.

Description: Picture, Picture A Harness and Cloak that attaches to one another. This harness is attached to the chest to be held up right that have long strips of leather reaching down to the cloak that attaches to the end of the cloak. Consider each strip to be a thick belt that attaches to the chest harness. Each harness has 5 pouches that holds 1/2 a slot each. These pouches are scroll length so they are able to hold knives, senbon, kunai and other items that are the same length as a scroll. This Cloak only has 10 belts that have a total of 25 slots to carry items inside. When hands are hidden inside user gains a +10 circumstance bonus to Sleight of Hand and Pick Pocket.

Description: A device that shows where a tracer is located within the range of 500 miles (Normally capable to read out information within a Board. See Map for more sizes). This device is 4 inches by 1 inch by 2 inches. It has a small LCD screen along with a set of buttons to display locations of tracers. The tracer's location only emits the general area it may be in and does not give any specifics, such as blueprints of housing. The Tracking Device comes in all shapes and colors depending on the user's choice when purchasing. Tracers must first be configured with the Tracking Device. The Tracking Device also has a zooming capability to make tracking easier for the user.

Appearance:
Riful is a short girl, with fair beautiful skin that is free of blemishes or scars, tinged a very light brown. Her hair is long, hanging far down to her waist, a earthy chestnut brown in color. She was young with a cherubs face, her eyes a bright hazel tainted with gold around her pupils. Her nose was small, almost button like with perfectly arched brows. Her head a slight almond shape.
Her shoulders are petite, firm yet strong. Cheekbones are slim with dimples set low on each cheek, her skin is so white at times it looks like porcelain. Aiding her in looking fragile and weak, though she has well toned muscles under her clothes. Riful wears a constant smiles that disarms most people,
She wears a pair of beige khaki's, worn loosely around her hips. The tunic worn short to show off her midriff, both shirt and pants a shade darker than her own skin. A worn and faded vest a golden brown embroidered with her families symbol is stitched into the shoulder. she wears no jewelry but has a braided bracelet make of burlap and rope.
Her body, secretly made of sand, is evenly proportioned for the most part Her frame was thin and limber for free movement, with a decent bust on her. Her bag is positioned on her upper arm and is strapped tight so it is not lost in combat. This is her normal figure, though she wields the ability to change the shape of her body at will, usually for assaults or escaping.
Personality:
Riful lives only for herself, protects only herself, and looks out for herself. theft and constant vandalism is a way of life to her, taking what she wants solely because she can. Her natural affinity to blend in with the crowd and sneak around makes her hard to catch and very wily. No one's life was more important than hers.
An unhealthy hate towards law and order came from an mentally abusive childhood, constantly resented by her mother, and an absentee father. The curses of the unfortunate that she robs or attacks fill that void inside. She has never been successfully stopped from committing any crimes so far
All confrontations that may involve her becoming incarcerated or possibly harmed immediately become life or death. Any individual or group of people who may aid her in her pursuit of selfish desire wont receive the same gracious act unless it will further her own cause. Even then the chances were slim.
Riful is calm and poised, but is a viper waiting to strike, with no warning, with no reason. The smile she wears is laced with pure malice, the suffering of others is her drug of choice, controlling, manipulating, destroying the innocent, corrupting the pure of heart, all are in a days work for her. No law could shackle her, no institutional walls were fortified enough. Riful is a wrecking ball of bad intentions, and no one is safe in her path.
Background:
Riful was born in the sand country, her father left her around when she turned 7. Her mother never explained why, and even in time grew to blame and resent her. Eventually resorting to a life of petty crime at 10, Riful first realized she was diffent from the other street rats vandalizing and stealing when she fell from the top of a pagoda running from a village shinobi and slipped off a tile and fell 2 stories to what would have been the death of a normal being.
Some indiscernible amount of time passed when she awoke, the panic that gripped her during the fall had overwhelmed her and she lost consciousness. When the dizziness cleared she was overcome be another emotion. SHOCK. She had tried to move her legs but got no response, and upon her further investigation they had been destroyed, but instead of the bloody mess of bones and sinew there was sand everywhere.
As if with a mind of its own, the sand began to shift, piling on top of itself and forming a blob that soon started forming a vague outline of her leg, starting from the hip. Through the entire ordeal Riful stared in disbelief, even after her legs were fully restored, and stumbled home in a haze. Returning to hut that was ablaze, with her mother laying across the sand a mere couple of feet from the fire.
As she ran to her side and rolled her over, revealing the gash in her side. She held her dying mother in her arms, and watched her bleed out onto the sand. The whole time her home,her memories, burned away, riful's mother explained everything to her about her father, how she fell in love with him, and how when she found out what he was, the strange sand creature/man, she even apologized for all the pain and hurt she had caused.
"Please forgive me." were her mother's last words, and she died waiting for her daughters reply. As Riful felt the last raspy, pain filled breathe leave her body she unfastened her mothers headband and dropped her lifeless body to the sand with no care. She grabbed a handful of the bloody grit that surrounded her and stood, one hand holding a piece of her past and another with the blood soaked sand. " No " would be her reply as she pocketed the headband and the blood soaked sand seeped into her body unbeknownst to her.
She stalked away with a set jaw and fierce determination. A glint in her eye that most would mistake as a tear, but in reality it was the sun catching the hate that shined brightly in her eyes. That day was the beginning of a new life. And may the gods protect the man deemed her father should he ever cross her path. abandonment by a father and resentment by a mother had created a harbinger of bad intentions. Watch out world.
