Transportation hadn't been to difficult to come by. Muu had been given instruction by his clan handler for this mission, Jun Tora, where to go and what to do when he arrived there. Jun was a chunin within the village, while many genin typically had higher ranking ninja escort them on out of village missions, shinobi seen as skilled or capable were occasionally given handlers, older shinobi who would brief them before they departed the village, answer questions and get them on the right path so to speak but not generally leave the village with them. Jun had instructed Muu to make his way to the southern point of the land where Yukiguarke called home, and he;d find a small coastal fishing and trade village known as Seto.
Yukigakure shinobi had saved the entire village not to long ago and they owed the snow nin a debt that they were happy to repay anyway they could. The hidden village never asked fro much, but occasionally their shinobi would need transport and that was a simple and small price to ask, Seto jumped at the chance to help out when they could. So when Muu found his way to the village in just a short time, and asked around for anyone offering passage, He was quickly taken to a fine sailing vessel, the Ageus, a first class fishing vessel equipped for long voyages, large crews and fishing for incredible sea beast. the crew welcomed him with smiles, which surprised muu because people this far north didn't usually smile so much, but then again they were truly grateful to all snow shinobi. Muu wondered what exactly Yukigakure had done for these people, but the other part of him didn't want to know and just wanted to accept the warm hospitality.
Muu was given his own quarters on the large boat, and regularly had meetings with the Captian, Yamatosai, a rough but interesting man. Throughout the voyage he often told Muu of the more interesting or exotic sea creatures he'd run into. Some by mistake others on purpose, They were all fascinating none the less. The open sea was beautiful, from the smell of salt and the sound of crashing water Muu was exhilarated by it all. Sure life on the boat wasn't all for him, and the first few days were rough, the rocking and swaying a bit much for his stomach. he was so use to the stable, consistent land beneath his feet that this was very different indeed. But in no time at all, he was walking around without incident.
The crew could get restless, but they were like a family on the ship. Daily routines of hoisting sails and bringing in loads of fish and other things they came across in the oceans each day. Muu often found himself on the railing of the ship, looking out over the waters wondering what all was out there. If maybe he could find on of those incredible beasts the captain spoke of with such vigor and regard. Surely they were a sight to be hold first hand. He noted that, a new goal of his was to find a sea monster of his won. He briefly thought maybe it wouldn't be as exciting and "cool" as he thought it would, but he cast that bit of doubt away. For what did he have if not his hopes and dreams right?
The journey continued, and days past. Muu wondered if he'd ever get to the land of Claw. But while he waited for the fateful land hoe to be called, he resided to his cabin, pouring over the mission details Jun had laid out for him. He'd find out what these insect problems and hopefully learn a thing or two about the world on his way.
