Tien let him self ponder over this lake and it's significance. It was truly an amazing lake...but how where they suppo-!!! And that's when he remembered having the mission statement with him. It was actually on his own personnel of course! He began to retrieve it and fall clueless to Junko's heading off to greet the tiger's which had approached the lake rather stealthily. Tien was just reading over the detail's while she was taking some of her item's off to show non-hostility:
Name: Search for the Vision Pool Rank: C IIC Length: 2 Days Difficulty: Medium Objective: Find the Vision Pool in the Land of Water and investigate its properties. Description: A special lake in the Land of Water is said to show visions of the past, the present, and the future. But most who look upon its waters have gone mad with trying to make the future happen in a specific way. The Tsuchikage has asked that someone go to the Land of Water to investigate the lake and if possible, bring back a sample of the water. Reward: 2,800 Ryo
Tien read these thing's over and absently began to speak as he read. "I think we need to look into the pool and...I dunno, see if we can look at the future-past-and present...At least that's the importance of coming all the way out here..." Tien would wait for a reply while still reading and then in the silence he looked up to find Junko reaching out to tiger's...
...!!!
"JUNKO WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Tien said letting the mission paper fall to the ground before reaching for his singular knife with his right hand! He leaped to within five meter's behind Junko, landing in a low crouch and took aim with his blade. Junko was currently in the way though and he expected her to come to her sense and watch out! He couldn't hope to get a clean shot at the beast until she moved out the way though...

Junko was just waiting to see if the Tiger would respond or not. However Tien took action himself and, started panicking while taking out a knife to prepare for an attack. The next thing she knew her paranoid partner was right behind her trying to take aim. Junko sighed then looked over at her partner with an "are you serious right now?" expression. Junko then stood up straight and, turned to face Tien directly. "Tien keep your panties on and, calm the hell down. If these tigers wanted to kill us they could have done that when we didn't even know they were there. So just relax ok?"
Tien straightened himself up at Junko's comment's and then with a moment of silent resignation he put his blade away. He looked at the tiger's and rubbed the back of his head. These creatures could be very dangerous, and Junko was being...well...she was being very bold towards creatures that could other wise tear her up if she wasn't capable. Then he threw the thought's away and moved himself to have a look into the pool himself, not really wanting to cross paths with tiger's himself.
"Hmm...Well, I'll have a look at this water then...I...still don't think it's wise to mess with the wild life here too much, no matter how mystic the place seems...", Tien would stoop peering into the pond from some five meter's apart from Junko. As he peered he would see only himself to begin with. He decided to dip a hand in the water and brought some to his mouth- his intentions where to taste it; but not exactly to drink it just then. perhaps it might taste different then normal water? The point was he was going to see about this pool and if it really was something mythical. His awareness of the surrounding area kept him open to any rush maneuver's the tiger's might try; er at least he was not fully oblivious to what was going on around him. He wasn't scared of the tiger's really, but he had learned in his time to respect honorable and strong looking creatures...
...Even if it was in his bloodline to think and be superior.
The twin Bengals would welcome the docile approach of Junko, yet snarled at her male companion.
"Grr.. step away from the Goubenteikan," came the great voice of the one who had been in the tree. Before Tien could even allow the cool purple liquid to grace his lips, he fell back away from the pool. The tiger that had been near Junko would circle around her and rub up against her, just as a small feline would. It appeared she was the brain of this duo--with Tien being but brawn.
"It would be wise to tell your friend to respect our ways.." the other spoke. These beasts had been incredibly powerful, yet Junko nor Tien had the ability to discern such matters. "We drank from the pool, we are its watchers. We knew you were coming..."
As both tigers circled the Stone ninja, the pool began to shift in color. From a bright shade of purple, it slowly transitioned into one of a light crimson hue.
"The pool changes.. what is it that you seek, travelers?" the female tiger inquired. She had been the one that had interacted with Junko.
Had Tien resisted their words and continued to act due to his upbringing, then that may prove to be his very downfall.

Junko was indeed enjoying herself here as the tiger she inquired began to circle around her and, brush up against her. By the overall nature of this situation it would be clear to see that Tien has already put himself in a bad reputation with these humble beasts. Junko was even more surprised that they are capable of speaking in the same language of an average human if not better. Junko took to time to laugh a little as she gently petted the lush fur of the female tiger who was the first to take action towards her. "If you knew we were coming already then I suppose answering your question will be easy. If you must know; we are ninja who have traveled country to country from Stone Village in Iwagakure. We acquired a mission that stated something about this very body of water here and, its mysterious properties. Our objective is strictly casual; we were only meant to find this water and, possibly bring back a sample for closer observation to find out if the rumors are indeed true. I hope it is okay with the guardians of this land if we carry out that exact mission then be on our way. My name is Junko Haruma and, my partner here by no means meant to disturb your peace. He has the same objective as I do; he just has a different way of carrying it out." Junko by all means was going to take the opportunity to tease Tien a little further. She is just generous that way.

Tien resigned himself to leaping away from the pool and landed a few feet away in a crouch. He glared up towards the tiger that spoke and let his eye's rove between the present people here. He didn't make any aggressive maneuver's but stayed a hand close to his robe part in the middle to grab at his knife if needed. His face was focused on engaging combat again as the voice seemed powerful and daunting. However thing's wheren't the case. He watched as thing's presumed and stayed quite, watching with his usual calm leer; the bang's dropping over his eye's which watched from a shade he naturally kept.
As the conversation carried on Tien would stand upright and idle, looking at Junko during her explanation's.
"If you knew we were coming already then I suppose answering your question will be easy. If you must know; we are ninja who have traveled country to country from Stone Village in Iwagakure. We acquired a mission that stated something about this very body of water here and, its mysterious properties. He has the same objective as I do; he just has a different way of carrying it out."
Tien frowned at this, hearing her speak of the village they came from and divulging mission secrets like this. But then again they DID need to finish the mission so...perhaps it would just do well. He crossed his arm's and idled on, keeping quiet while watching and observing from afar.
The female tiger moved towards Junko and allowed her to approach the now maroon pool; the male tiger kept a close eye on Tien, sure to keep him from trying to drink of the mystic waters again.
"Only you, Junko, are allowed to carry a small portion of the Vision Pool water with you.." as she spoke, she dipped a paw into the water's surface, which caused it to reverberate outward into ripples. Upon this movement, Junko would see her and Tien's image within the scrying pool. She would see both her and Tien working along side other Iwanin. One of them had been incredibly tall and had blanched skin. A vision of a smaller girl with blue hair would be seen as well, accompanying the squadron. Whatever this meant to the Iwagakure shinobi, the tigeress knew not. Before the vision faded, it showed Tien and Junko with another woman - Fumiko - searching for a small chest somewhere in Hi no Kuni. As the trio opened the lid to the treasure chest, the vision faded away...
"What ever these visions mean to you, Junko, I know not; share them with your companion, as they seem to involve him as well." She then motioned for the girl to take a small bit of water so they could complete their assignment thoroughly. "Be careful not to drink any of the water. It is a dangerous poison to humans, and even more deadly to those who do not possess a pure heart."

Junko was concerned as to why the tigers wouldn't let Tien view the pool but, instead of questioning their views she just decided to get the job done while she can. She silently watched the tiger activate the pool by dipping her paw into the water surface. The water started swirling around for a short while until it started showing a vision. Soon enough Junko recognized the two Iwaninjas she was seeing right away. It was none other that her and, Tien of course. However in a really tall and, pasty man was unfamiliar to her. So was the other female ninja who just know shown up. Junko had a slight idea who these people were but, she was mostly confused. Before Junko could figure it out another vision occurred but, with Tien, Junko, and Fumiko. Before Junko could figure this all out the vision ended turning back to its former state. Junko's attention was then turned to the female tiger that was talking to her. At that moment decided to let this all go as she used the bottle that was given to her to scoop up a good sample of water then tightened it back up. "Don't worry I wouldn't drink this water of the sake of anything. Thanks for letting me do this; you guys rock." After that Junko waved to the duo of tigers then, turned around to regroup with Tien. "I don't know what exactly that vision was showing me but; I have a feeling we need to get back home."
Tien fell resigned to the Tiger's words. His anger began to rise at the indignation's he felt but he knew better then to go wild and drunk with his rage over thing's like this. It was there sanctuary, there pool, and he did act in a way they wouldn't have approved of- even if it was in his training to do so. Tien simply waited until the discussion seemed over with and then looked at Junko holding the vile.
But...That was when a problem arose...
"Hmmm...I'm afraid we both must come back with our vial's filled...because we both have to turn this mission in with result...I'm going to have to offer my apologies; yet I must ask for my vial to be filled as well...I know this is awkward, but you see I have to do this for my superiors...I'm just trying to do what I must for my village...Please see my reason..." Tien turned back while he spoke to go and grab his mission statement with which he would turn back to show outwardly from afar. His tone was honest, and his word's where socially sound. He wanted to express here that he had to come back with result...it would make slim to none since for him to go this far just to come back empty handed and yet have seen the object of the team's mission. His expression of face was without blemish or tell...just that same casual look under the shade of his bangs, leering like a mask of inner mystery.

The male tiger's voice boomed, "Fine, Tien. Quickly turn to the Mystic Vision Pool and collect your mission requisite. If you ever try to drink of these waters again, I'll--"
"--you'll do nothing, Mouko." said the female tiger. He grunted. Once Tien would collect his sample of water, the two were free to return to the mainlands of the world. But first, they would have to return to the beach wherein the boat lay.
Tien grabbed the water and then dipped...He was sure Junko would follow with him.
...
It was now time to go abck to home, of course this would mean rendezvousing with the ship at the beach again. Tien would be sure to grab his mission statement before he left though.

Junko was just watching from where she was the whole time. It was odd how such an important detail about the mission could have slipped her mind but, it wasn't that serious anymore since Tien was allowed to get his portion of the mystical liquid. Once everything was all set Junko would wait for Tien to confirm he was ready to go before they actually made the short trip back to the boat. When the did start leaving Junko would suddenly retrace her direction and, turn back to hug the female tiger then, shortly rush over to the male tiger and, gently kiss him on the cheek for no apparent reason what so ever. After saying good bye to the tiger that's when Junko made short journey to the boat like she should have. Once there Junko would be sitting at the exact same spot as before except this time she was a little more easy going about the water surrounding her. The only thing on her mind was getting home to submit the bottled water. She didn't care about the vision anymore, because a few seconds later Junko laid across the boat's bench laying on her stomach with her legs pointing towards the sky. Where ever Tien may be Junko would have been just gazing at him directly. She had a blank expression across her face but, easy to read sense of curiosity at the same time. She would stare at Tien for a minute of so before actually speaking. "Tien-senpai....Have I ever told you how cute your hair makes you look? It's...just so perfect dude, seriously." Junko would continue to gaze at Tien while waiting for a response; if he even had one that is.

The team had made it back to the boat easily enough. The journey here had been a long one but it wasn't so stressful as it might have seemed. The crew had tended their own business and where just as ready to embark off again. As the crew idled on the ship, Tien would find himself around where Junko was. He was currently standing at the railing of the ship with arm's crossed and staring at the endless wave's beyond. As the ship sailed on, someone seemed to be playing a soft violin around the ship, giving light to the carefree day aboard! Some crew where simply getting drunk of rum in their own merriment; taking it light though because it was daylight hour's- while others simply swabbed/ maintained, and hauled crates around.
A slight smile warmed over Tien's face at the sound of a old sailor song charming over the crew causing more and more of them to slowly begin joining in as the day carried on in the open freedom sea's. Memories began to slightly surface in Tien's mind of the past when suddenly he found a slight itch at the back of his head. He turned to find Junko just staring at him with innocent eye's...Eye's that seemed to peer at something in and around Tien. She scrutinized his physical without judgement and his vibe without undue comment it seemed. So Tien decided to turn around, no need to keep his back to her. He gazed at her as wind swept his forward bangs side way's from his face exposing his perfect looking leer. Without much facial expression, there still seemed to be some sort of glow about him...
"Tien-senpai....Have I ever told you how cute your hair makes you look? It's...just so perfect dude, seriously."
Tien heard this without instant output. He took his time absorbing the comment and then after a moment's pause, he looked up as he ran a hand down over his bangs, taking them from their hanging on the side of his temple and restoring his mystique...a smile seemed to crack with a giggle this time. "Well...thank you...your not so bad to look at yourself..." Tien uttered in a calm yet certain voice. And that was what seemed to loosen something in Tien's ind. Something he had never felt before. It was like a bolt being loosened from somewhere within...something that took the edge of his kamyuja nature in a way he'd...not felt since the day's with his father.
Considering this sensation that lightened his body by a degree, Tien would run a hand to the back of his neck absent mindedly, taking a glance around the ship to find the crew where all light hearted and thing's where just right now. He looked back at Junko and then managed to keep the time rolling, "So...you really warmed up to those tiger's...They didn't scare you?"

It took a while for Junko to actually notice the other people accompanying the ship and, the songs they were singing. Even when she did notice it wasn't like she paid them anymore mind to begin with. So far most of her attention was on Tien and, the fact that they were finally going home. She was lost in her hair for about 10 minutes until she noticed he was actually talking for her. That's when she took sight upon his face which was all the more memorizing. The most shocking thing was when Tien was nice enough to comment on Junko's appearance as well. Even though he didn't say much it was still enough to make Junko blush unintentionally. Of course when she realized she was blushing her emotions spiraled all out of control. She began to feel quite nervous around Tien after that ,mostly because she felt a little embarrassed inside which isn't normal for Junko at all. She began to reply but, a small set of stuttering prevented her from saying actual words to the point were it made her blush even more. She had to take a momentary pause before even attempting to speak again. "Thanks Tien,...Nobody really tells me that.' After speaking Junko face palmed herself after realizing what she just said. "Idiot! why would you say that!" After kicking herself in her thoughts she looked in a different direction to help put her mind where it needed to be but, Tien started taking again which only forced her to look at him again. By this time her face faded from its bright red color and, slowly changed back to its normal light caramel color. "Well not everything that has the ability to kill someone necessarily wants to kill someone. It was no big deal though I suppose they just took a liking to me because I didn't point a knife or katana at their neck on sight. No offense to you of course I actually thought it was very badass how you killed that bullfrog earlier by the way." For all things to keep Junko's sanity in check she hoped small talk might serve some positive use for once.
Last Edit: Sept 16, 2014 15:38:50 GMT -7 by Nekomata Minh
Tien listened to Junko speak and felt his concentration slip a little as he began to study her in the same way that he felt he was studied. He held himself in suspension between the sensation that he was experiencing something inside him...as well as trying not to give away his mental state.
"Well not everything that has the ability to kill someone necessarily wants to kill someone. It was no big deal though I suppose they just took a liking to me because I didn't point a knife or katana at their neck on sight. No offense to you of course I actually thought it was very badass how you killed that bullfrog earlier by the way."
Tien would fold his arm's in front of his chest as the wind blew again, a wave crashed behind him spraying foam and droplet's that reflected in the sun's light around him, but they didn't seem to touch him. He didn't even flinch, even, just being solely focused on Junko. Again he felt that lifted feeling in his spine, "Yeah...I guess...I always have been aggresive...It's not my fault though you know, it's something inside of me...hard to explain, but it's all apart of my bloodline...As a Kamyuja, we are constantly made alive towards any kind of confrontation...it's like the only time I really feel purpose is when I'm put to the test...", Tien would begin to explain, pausing as he felt himself getting a little deeper then he wanted to in what seemed to be throwing shade over this moment of light...
...HE sighed and looked down and then over his shoulder back to the sea again; his hair swaying in a small but turbulent zephyr that ran over his body causing his robe's and hair to flail rapidly now. His eye's squinted as he looked towards the sun's direction, as if he where trying to figure out how to explain his aggressive behavior in a simpler sense...when he looked into it he found even he didn't really understand. "Every day my motivation for doing this...for being a ninja...it comes from somewhere within me, and I have to work hard all the time to keep myself under wraps...My father once used to tell me that my biggest problem in life will always live inside of me...it's my greatest strength...my greatest offer as a ninja...but I like to think that if I try hard enough I can learn to be...like..." Tien struggled around in his mind again to think of what it was he wanted to become, and then he looked blankly back at Fumiko, "...Like you I guess..."
The group of Stone ninja would make it back to the mainland of the world without hindrance. Of course, had it still been on their mind, they had yet found the chest in which Junko saw within the Goubenteikan. It was located somewhere within the Land of Fire...

Junko remained quiet the entire time that Tien was speaking. She has no real clue why but, she enjoyed listening to him talk about himself and, his bloodline. She guessed that it was mostly because of the atmosphere around him but, you could never really be sure sometimes. She watched his hair flow with the wind current being entertained by its magnificent and, natural blonde beauty. It was almost like Junko somehow got lost in some kind of trance but, she was released once Tien stopped speaking. At that very moment Tien was looking over to the distant horizon which only left Junko wondering what he was thinking. The next thing he said to her threw Junko off completely to the point she nearly feel off of her seat from a sudden weightless feeling. She was speechless at first but, soon just became confused by what he even meant entirely. Her next words clearly expressed how lost yet flattered Junko really was on the inside. She spoke with the usual sweet and, soft sounding voice but, with a different sense of tone this time. "Like me?...what would you want to be lie me for? I...I don't quite understand." Junko sat up straight to retrace her thinking process before she said anything else. After Junko felt that she was at a normal state of mind she actually got out of her chosen seat and, walked up to Tien and, stood in front of him rather closely for no reason in particular. She tried to stare at him directly in his eyes but, every few seconds she would break it by looking at something else on his face. So to end this hopeless and, constant gazing she simply shook her head then resumed her questioning. "Tien what exactly are you trying to tell me? What about me made you think this way in the first place?"
By this time Junko would stay next to Tien for as long as she could hoping an answer was given to her. Before she could even realize anything the boat reached Hi no kuni again which marked their stopping point. As of now Junko was too confused to think straight anymore but, maybe something would be able to revive her mind. However until that happens Tien was the only thing she could really think about.

"Like me?...what would you want to be lie me for? I...I don't quite understand."
Tien found himself moving quick as if to catch Junko when she almost fell from the bench she was on but stopped himself when she gathered herself. He felt his mouth part and then he quickly closed it and resumed standing straight. He cast a quick glance at the rest of the ship absent mindedly and then watched on as Junko seemed to become leery eyed as she approached him. Tien felt his body become tense in a sturdy yet unweighted feeling. He felt his spine straighten as he looked down at her delicate form approaching...and...HE felt the rail of the ship press against the mid of his back as he was absently stepping back as if he where unsure of himself in this moment. He had never felt caught in something like this before...
Junko was close now, wide eye's clearly looking deep at Tien as if...What am I thinking?! What is this...I'm feeling? Tien would find himself thinking. Thing's around them became oblivious to his sight as her face seemed to become clearer in this moment, but Tien found himself trying to discern slower then this aura of glamour was progressing. And then something in his chest hardened and made him look down between them into the empty space; his bangs covering his eye's completely casting a shadow over his lower face.
A wind softly blew by as her body became bright from the sunshining so perfectly on her frame, and he felt unwor-
"HEY YOU THERE! COME HELP OUT WITH THE UNLOADING AND DOCKING YEAH!? BEFORE YOU TWO RUN OFF WE'D APPRECIATE SOME HELP FOR THE RIDE OVER EH?! COME ON NOW, CAPTAINS PARTING ORDER'S!"
Tien stepped aside from Junko with a sudden call to duty again. He found himself walking up to join the rest of the men with the heavy lifting and such for docking, but as he parted from Junko he felt like he had left her...hanging. HE didn't know why but the thought was not easily erased from his mind; a feeling of conviction as if he owed her a answer...for something he did not fully understand himself. The steeled nerve took hold in him again and his face had relaxed into that cold leer of his again, but he did cast a glance back at Junko standing with the bright sun around her frame...
"I'll have to get back to you on that...Uh, sorry..."
IT was all Tien could manage before turning his attention away rather forcefully to the chores at hand. Er...well that was to say he did have order's and duty to attend to right? HE had to keep his head on completing the mission right? So why did he not feel completely solid within himself as he began picking up crates of the ship's haul. As if his foot step's where caring him away from something he was missing...
Thereafter the journey would lead the two on into the land of fire. Tien would have let his mind regroup form the moment on the boat, and somehow he hoped for now that he wouldn't have to answer Junko so quickly. He tried to keep himself in top mental state for now by wondering about the word's of those tiger's...Just what would unfold for the future later on?
Post by Nekomata Minh on Sept 22, 2014 12:07:58 GMT -7
That moment when Junko was standing close in front of Tien seemed absolutely endless. Despite the sounds of rushing water around the boat's hull, everything else seemed to fade away. Junko is not used to having this kind of feeling, especially with a guy. If she did then she would have left it as a normal emotion females get. However that was far from the case in this situation. The time that the two were like this was not yet calculated but, to Junko it seemed so long to her. She felt so weightless beyond the fact that they were on a boat. It was like being in space except you could actually survive without the recommended spacesuit. It is hard for her to comprehend something she is so foreign to. Junko only had feelings like this for two people: Her twin sister Fumiko and, her beloved mother Rina. Yet now it seemed like a third people was inching their way through; which of course would be Tien. The sun felt so warm around Junko's body that it helped sooth her mental state only little. As a matter of fact Junko's whole body tensed up so much that it was hard for her to move period let only breathe right.
Just then that sweet moment was cut short by the shouting of a sailor who was giving orders to the ninjas to assist in some heavy lifting work. That's when Tien walked off which did make Junko feel a little...abandoned but, she let it go on account that it was probably for a good reason; or at least that is what she assumed. On a side note the sailors were very surprised that Junko; whom is a female could lift such heavy materials so easily. It just goes to show who much effort she puts into things that seem out of her league. After that task was made the boat reached Hi no Kuni and, Junko stepped off the boat immediately then, walked over to a tree to think. Lots of meditating would most likely have to take place later on. For as long as that prior question remains unanswered Junko will remain lost in her own confused thoughts.
It wouldn't take very long for Junko to find a liaison to all this drama. On the idea that there was something about that vision pool that she wanted to try to discover first. If it turns out that finding such things will be too difficult then Junko will be more than happy to quit and, just go home. So with that decided she walked over to Tien to fill him in on her plans. "Hey; if you don't mind...I would like to explore this place a little bit...I have a feeling something is suppose to be here for us. I am not sure what exactly it is but, I have a feeling it is something sort of important. It will be a small search I don't want to be here all day. You don't have to come with me I can do this alone...if that is what you prefer." After speaking Junko would trail off through her mind for a quick second before looking at Tien again.
