I need to reactivate this account/character app

The Issue: i need my character account on the account for LAZER to be re-activated in order to continue applying for Aira onigami. I was on that account during my initial character named Tien Kamyuja and roleplayed in stone. In cbox my name is Silver, SKy lord, and i also have another account named SKy lord to log into in the forum. under this current account i have four log in accounts listed under the sky username. People who would recognize my older character would be Miss M who aslo has stamped my onigami as 1 of two, and as well as Draven, catbug, and Poetische from stone village. They would recognize me by only knowing that I rp'd as Tien, and planned on making a team in stone, as well as having explained to them about scrapping my kamyuja to forge a more non aggresive character.
I have sent pm's from this and my lion king account to Staffer's such as Miss M, Heero, and Solus. And furthermore in the account that was deleted, which has my onigami on it: the original account name was RYOUMA, which cannot be seen by me, or other normal member's right now. I state this last info to verify that I know information about the account that not just anyone could make up other then staff or the original creator. The birth date would be decemeber 16 1988 as well.
I was asked by Miss m why i had left, and i explained it was because I thought that life was perhaps getting confusing because of characters i made on site, but when i saw no relevant change when leaving i decided to come back. The tp count is somewhere at 700, and the only mission i went on was with another stone ninja but those points can be seen when looking up the user name lazer which is the currently listed name on the account.
I was basically told that to get back on this character app, i need to either get someone to vouch for my recognition in order to copy paste this app to a useable account, or to come pm head staff about it, which has directed me here where I'm told by Heero to put it in this support.
