Plot:

There is a a rather large group of citizens marching toward the Iwagakure Tower. It seems they are protesters. They look like they are setting up camps as if to say “We are here to stay.” No that is what they are saying, many different chants, “Down with the Council, down with the Tsuchikage!!”....

With the council looking upon this and with no Tsuchikage in sight they have to make a decision. They decided that it would not be in their best interest to not smother this fire, rather they want to let it die down on its own. They have instructed any shinobi or even anyone willing and able to protect the Tower if anything gets out of hand. They will pay generously for their safety and and the safety of the village secrets. Finally they do not wish for any citizens to be killed.

Objectives are to keep the Council safe, keep the citizens out, if they do break in repel them back. Above all do not let them find our secrets.

Location: Iwagakure Tower thread
Rules:

• This Event will run for 2 OOC months.
  

• Those allowed: Anyone who has access to enter Iwagakure. (Stone Shinobis, Allies of Stone, Anyone currently in Stone, anyone who has permission to enter The Village of Stone)
  
  
• Anyone in the Iwagakure Tower, when the event starts will be sucked into this event. They must either A) leave the event that they are currently partaking in, or B) leave the Iwagakure Tower thread as it has turned into an Event thread.
  
  
• Iwagakure Tower functions will be temporarily on hold while this Event takes place.
  
  
• Per person: There is a 5,000 Ryo penalty to reward for each citizen killed.
  
  
• PC’s can come an go from this Event at any time. Exit attempts needed should they want to exit.
  • I reserve the right to disable this rule and close entrance.

  
  

• Standard NFRP rules apply DE Event thread.

IIC Length: 48 hours
Prize(s):

• 108,000 Ryo per person for Non-Ninja.
  
• 135,000 Ryo per person for Ninja Village.

NPC's:
Allies:

There are 3 Council members.
They are retired Dignified Kages whom are far out of practice with the Shinobi world. They serve as advisers and emergency decision makers should the Tsuchikage be absent. They are old people who like to take things slow, and never make any rash decisions.

Enemies:

Up to 1/2of the population (idk 500,000 people) of Iwagakure in rebel citizens.
So I am not going to detail out each Citizen so here is a cookie cutter:

-Generic Iwagakure Rebel Citizen-
Specialist: Ranges to incorporate all possibilities.
Class: D (max 0-200 tp)
Techniques: Any technique B rank and under. No mastery techniques, no ATI techniques, no summons or anything requiring searching/questing/more than 200tp to acquire.

Eh, by the time this goes live, if there's still a spot open I'll jump in. My drive to play Netty is kinda dry ATM, but I want to be there for Iwa!

There is no max or minimum participants. You can exit or join whenever you want. This goes live in two and a half days.

Note to those going to CEs. You won't be able to collect the reward since you need to be in this thread for the ending, but it's a village plot event so you can still participate to build story at least.
