The mist was thick, unappreciative and dismal; it swarmed me in several blankets, seizing me with chill, and weighing me with doubt. I felt it settle on my shoulders, and my brow became heavy with uncertainty; I was blinded, amidst the lands of water, and hadn't shelter nor refuse with which to fend myself from the cumbersome beasts of twilight.
Excuse me, I must digress; I hadn't the patience to fend myself, but rest assured: I had the means, the will and the precision. Smiling, I turned from the thickest swathes of mist, and pushed onwards, tearing the ribbons of moisture asunder, and stemming from the darkness into a peripheal void, where my uncertainty was lifted, and my eyes became light with hope.
Nothing stood in my path; neither man nor beast had courage enough to bar my transgression. Neither had resolution as valiant as my own—mine, which shimmered brightly, piercing the abyss and showing me the path to my destiny.
"Onwards," I said, my voice tearing through the shadows and bringing the great silence to an end. A subtle clap of leather 'pon wood followed, and then I was left to a symphony of churning waves and whistling sirens.
Atop the horizon, nestled between the sun and moon, I saw water, endless and immaculate. Beyond it, in the great expanse, I saw a coastline.
A new home, I thought; a place to rest my head. Farewell, Village Hidden in the Mist; bid me passage in my dreams, and wait for the day I shall return...
A pace of several was stolen underneath the pale moonlit sky, though haste was made within the approach the silhouette took care not to overstep his boundaries. “I did as you ask of me; all those within positions of power that know your face have been silenced.” A single pause gave room for further thought, he’d inevitably have to explain the failure of his final mission. “However, I was beaten to the punch so to say upon my last objective. The target had already been executed by the time I arrived upon the scene, and thus I was forced to flee before a proper investigation could be conducted.” Silence befell the Mist covered ninja as he awaited the Mizukage's response.

Len sighed softly as he was walking down the rode silently. He had been wandering the outskirts of the village and seemed to be in deep thought. He took in a deep breath as his mind began to wander. It has been a few days since he had killed that genin in could blood and like the many other innocent victims he claimed the life of he felt no remorse.
His eyes wandered until he saw a few figures walk in the distance. He quickly hid and squinted as he slowly approached them still utilizing stealth. His eyes focused on the first man. Suddenly they went wide it was the Mizukage. He seemed to be leaving with another man. He could not get much of a good look but he bit his lip as he stood up and slowly approached.
Suddenly he stopped as he saw the second man. Then the day that changed him for the rest of his life flashed before his eyes. Everything that was repressed from his sub conscience appeared. The memories his mind did not want him to remember. He shook for a few moments as a single tear ran down his eye. There was a sudden feeling of joy of what reflected his seemingly innocent green eye.
He took another step as he opened his mouth yet was lost for wards. The seventeen-year-old Genin who had graduated just a month ago due to entering the academy at the age of fifteen. ”Brother…” He managed to say as he took another step. His emptiness allowed him to feel one emotion and that was joy but he knew that the emptiness would fill him again soon. His eyes watered again as he moved within a sprint. ”BROTHER!!! Kira my brother! You are alive! He exclaimed as he continued to sprint toward the group not knowing what there intentions were or why they were leaving the village. But still the true memories were repressed of that night... The memories of what his older brother did...

"Please," I began, stuffing my hand deep into the folds of my hakama, "don't address me by that name anymore." As these last words were spoken, I withdrew my hand, and placed something atop my facade. Turning softly, I allowed my follower a glimpse of a porcelain visage, and an ominous streak of vermillion.
When I turned wholeheartedly to face that stirring echo of a voice, neither my heavy brow nor my jestful eyes betrayed me. I offered him a mask, and perchance, an opportune moment of cognition, before I swiftly unfastened my sword, and aimed it maliciously at the boy's(Len's) neck. I dared him to move; dared him to protest. I'd answer him with a thrust of blade, flick of wrist, and theft of life.
Sidelong, my eyes pierced the mist to study the visage of the man I had once called brother, a term I used loosely, but admonished wholly.
"I am Suzaku," I said, and the wind scattered in fear.

“Hmm.” A shift within movement brought the Jounin to face the approaching boy, Kira’s facade remaining as callous as ever. “Very well.” Scathed digits befell the grasping of porcelain, its placement veiling the countenance of a most stoic expression—and now there were two. “You do not belong here, Len.” A simple pause allowed Kira’s words to sink further, the boy had foolishly wandered into a den of wolves. “Be gone, before you lose that head of yours.”

Len suddenly jumped back as he felt the feeling of the windbreak as the sword stood at the side of his neck. Len then jumped back swiftly knowing the body language of a warning. He then crouched slowly as he looked at his brother and to the Mizukage. He then bit his lip as all the memories of all the innocents he had killed in secret all the blood of the people his soul was stained with. He then looked to the Mizukage as he bowed his head.
”Wherever you go you will still be my master.” He murmured to the Mizukage and then looked at his brother. He then fell to his knees slowly and looked at him. ”If you are to leave I will tell no one of this encounter but Kira you are the only thing I have except of emptiness and hatred of my soul. Please let me journey on with you…” He said softly as he gripped the ground and slowly stood up straight like a true man should. ”I do not know how long I will last here… At all for someone I should tell my sins to… I have killed not out of hatred but out of lust to see someone life to leave them. I do not know how long I can last before they find evidence to point to me please let me come with both of you… I am not afraid of my fate but I feel that I am met for something more...” He said softly his voice still remaining calm as he now kept a straight face and kept a cautious look at the sword which was held in possible self defense.
”Please brother I beg you… Do you feel the same feeling of emptiness I feel… The feeling which could only be cleared in watching another ones suffering?” He asked him as he looked back to the distance and to his brother. ”Please do not abandon me and I will not abandon you…” He added in his soft voice as his heart skipped and another feeling washed over him. Now a feeling of hopelessness it did not seem this event would play in his favor… The Mizukage did not intend of letting anyone see them pass by and he was sure that if they would not accept his companionship then he would lose his head. He then bit his lip slowly as his eyes remained on his sword.

Ruukil hid in the trees.I watched the events unfold and knew he could not stop the mizukage from leaving. I sat and lit a cigarette. I would fight if he needed and if the boy was in trouble. "suzaku... you disappoint me."I sent my voice over to where the mizukage clearly stood. The ventriloquism I knew will serve me well."if you are to leave us i ask you to return the relics of the hidden mist. relinquish your amour and weapons and then leave to another village."He hoped the great leader would leave peacefully and try not do do more harm than required to his home village.
His voice filled my ears from afar, and while I couldn't discern his whereabouts, I was neither alarmed nor bothered. I quickly determined him a fool, and swiftly procured my flute. It slid beneath the brim of my porcelain mask, and came to embrace with my moist, crimson lips. My foe could see me, and he could speak to me, even if by throwing his voice. It made sense that he could hear me.
I wouldn't have to find him; my Genjutsu covered a vast area; had he seen my flute and decided to flee, he wouldn't extend beyond earshot, for as swiftly as I seized it, so had I breathed my life into its hollows, and enacted my symphony.
Mateki: Makyo no Ran (Demonic Flute: War of Evil Men) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: GenJutsu Effect: A technique that brings those that hear into a deep trance, the trance takes them into a world of different proportion. One who feels they know this very world would be brought forth in a world where great tortures may occur. By how one plays the Mateki, they are capable of mixing and messing with the very senses of the brain such as sight, smell, and touch, creating a figment by using sounds, and a harsh like melody. Special: "Flute Melody" Drawback: The Drawback of this very technique is that this technique is a prerequisites for many other types of techniques to which brings those into a different realm in a state of mind. Without this technique the other meledies are just but a figment of one's imagination and the extent of wishing to do damage upon the mind of an opponent. Description: Limit: Must have a Mateki
Symphony, Op. 5 - The War of Evil Men. || Everyone around me that heard this beautiful melody would be pulled into a trance: the boy, who hid in the trees, would certainly lose grip, and fall from them, injuring himself in a fall where he'd be inable to brace himself, assuming he fell victim to this power. (Typical means of Genjutsu evasion won't apply wholly: the moment the target breaks free of it, the continuing melody will pull them right back in.)
An utterance of disapproval voiced the Shinobi’s concerns, though hidden beneath a veil of porcelain Kira felt compelled to watch. This was how the Mizukage worked, through the art of deception; within the realm of the shadow it reigned supreme. Those who roused his anger fell victim to eternal slumber —unfortunately for Ruukil he too would soon be joining the ranks of the dead. [/size]
'shit.' he thought. i dislike the flute. its is an annoying genjutsu and Ruukil dropped from his tree as he felt pulled into it.He tried to leave but even at the distance he was, it being quite far, he could hear the high pitched notes of the flute. there was no way he could stop the genjutsu and knew he would have to find a way out. there was no wax or anything to distort the sound. he could not match the pitches so that was taken away. Ruukil considered himself dead, he had been foolish and decided he would lean up against this tree and grip hard on a root. partially burying his left hand in the soil.

Len’s eyes went wide as he saw the Mizukage take out a flute. He then looked back to his brother silently as he began to hear the music leave the instrument. He blinked a few times feeling clueless then suddenly the tune began to repeat in his head as he took a small step forward as his eyelids felt rather heavy.
He then bit his lip as he tried to fight this drowsiness as he stumbled forward but it was to strong. ”Kira…” He managed to say softly as he fell forward and all the color that was in his deep green eyes turned into a more dull tint. He could not stop thinking about that song as h let it flow through his mind.
IC:Ruukil undigs his hand and humming to himself to weaken his enemies genjutsu, he attempts to escape. Ruukil wasn't close in the first place and is able to escape.
