Bone Claws
Rank: "D"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: The user pushes the knuckles of their fingers a little outwards and quickly exerts out three claws from the indents of the knuckles into three like claws.
Special: ---
Drawback: Calcium builds up every time the user releases the claws.
Description: The user exerts outwards three claws from their inner part of their skin that is located near their knuckles. The bones along their fingers and the muscles along their fingers push out the bones in a hardened shape form. The bone solidifies making it seem like three large like claws as the claws are pushed out in a distance of approximately eighteen inches in length.

Ryuu was out alone in a field, with several wooden spikes set out in a perimeter around him. He was about to begin training in his Kaguya bloodline. His adopted father had lent him a scroll describing several techniques of the bloodline, and it was this that Ryuu received his information from. One of the techniques was the Bone Claws.
“Okay, so I can form eighteen inch claws from my hands,” Ryuu read, “That’s easy enough.”
“Yeah right, and I’m the goddess Izanami about to bend over-.”
“No one was talking to you, Onii,” Ryuu said. Closing his eyes, Ryuu began to focus. Using his superior muscle control, Ryuu began to compact the bones inside his right hand, his calcium regrowth working at the same time. Ryuu had never gotten used to the feeling of his bones shifting and changing inside his body. It made his skin crawl thinking about it. Once the bones were finished forming inside his hand, Ryuu focused and pushed the bones out slowly. Ryuu always hated this part: the bones forced their way out of the skin between his knuckles. The bones only reached out six inches from his hand, but they were wicked sharp.
“That’s nice. Now I can carve people up in three ways instead of one!” Ryuu ignored Onii and approached one of the wooden stakes and slashed at it. The wood buckled and snapped under the blow, making the technique’s basics a success. Now for the rest of it.
“Do I get a go?”
“Maybe if you behave,” Ryuu said, before retracting the bones and watching his skin heal over. Flexing his fingers, this time Ryuu decided to perform a variation, to try and get the length needed. Instead of just using the bones in his hand, Ryuu was going to borrow some bone from his forearms. Using his superior muscle control, Ryuu began shifting the bones beneath his skin, feeling them bust and break before Ryuu began to shape them into deadly claws. As he did that, his body began to regenerate the bone he had taken to make the claws.
“Can we just keep the claws? Like, alter our skeleton to keep them in place, that sort of thing?”
“Maybe,” Ryuu said, “I’ll try, but the calcium might dissolve in my body, or it will increase the spread of the disease. I’ll give it a shot.” Ryuu used his muscle control to partially separate the bones in his forearms, essentially creating a sheath for the claws. He was still shaping the claw in his right hand, and once it was finished, Ryuu extended the claws, pushing them out at speed. The claws extended to the full length of eighteen inches, and Ryuu marvelled at them.
“Okay, quit stalling and let me kill something!”
“There’s nothing to kill out here,” Ryuu said, “So quit complaining.” Ryuu walked up to another spike and slashed through it. The claws were even sharper than before, and they sliced through without splintering the wood. The pieces fell to the ground, and Ryuu was impressed.
“Alright, Onii, you’ve got five minutes,” Ryuu said, “You can cut through all the posts and see if there’s something to kill in the forest. Try and take longer, and I lock you in my brain, got it?”
“Alright, no problem, about time I got to stretch your legs.” Ryuu let his dark half take over the body, pulling his hair back and switching from his green eye to his purple one, asserting Onii’sth control.
“Oooookay then!” Onii crowed, before crunching the bones in his left arm. The pain was excruciating, but the demon persisted through it, using superior muscle control to shape the bones and let his body regenerate the ones he crushed.
“Did you have to do that?”
“You worry about pain too much, Ryuu,” Onii said, as he forced the bones in his left hand to take the shape of sharp claws. Once that shaping was done, Onii ejected the claws and groaned with pleasure at the pain. “Me on the other hand, I looooooove pain!” Onii started dancing around like a mad thing, using his bone claws to slash through the spikes. Laughing maniacally, the demon kept cutting through the spikes until they were just pieces on the ground. Once he was done, Onii began to run and run, looking for something to kill.
Unfortunately, he didn’t find anything by the time Ryuu asserted his control back over his body. Retracting the claws, Ryuu kept them sheathed inside his forearm bones. It made sense to keep them, but if they dissolved back into his body, it didn’t matter, he’d just make them again. No huge issue.
