Dark clouds filled the sky. The occasional flash of light and crackle of thunder resonated throughout the land. A light rain littered the ground with puddles of swampy mush. This particular marshland smelled of death and decaying bodies. Not a single organism survived this hellish marsh.
The sound of light squishing could be heard if one was to pay close enough attention.
Walking through this wasteland of swamp was a young boy, appearing around the age of eleven. His short, spiked, butterscotch blonde hair blew in the direction of a powerful gust, fighting to known him off of his balance. His shimmering caramel colored eyes showed determination and he wouldn't allow such a thing to ever befall him.
Despite being in such a tragic looking area, the young boy wore a grey button up shirt, the buttons undone. The shirt had a navy blue checkered outline as its design. Underneath the shirt he wore a white tank top. Around his neck was a necklace with the symbol of Takigakure on it; he was obviously a ninja of the Hidden Waterfall Village.
Around his waste were four small sized clay pouches, containing 20 slots of flavored clay apiece. It wasn't often one would come across someone that carried around clay, so it'd be an odd sight to behold for most. The boys shorts were a grayish-silver, just like his shirt. Blck knee high socks and sleek white runners on his feet.
The boy was walking on top of the mud with ease, obviously due to his chakra. That wasn't where the squishing noises were coming from. Behind him were five clones, made of stone, walking close behind him. Two of them were carrying XXL Clay Pouches on their backs like large backbacks, each containing 80 slots of flavored clay. Two other ones were carrying Large Clay Pouches, containing 40 slots of clay apiece. Altogether Sol had 320 slots of clay on him.
Sol was walking at a slow enough pace for his Earth Clones to follow close behind. He suddenly came to a halt, his clones doing the same. Sol pushed his shudder shades to the bridge of his nose and started to squint. He could clearly make out a figure in the distance. He just had no idea what it could be. He started walking again, adjusting his shudder shades back to his eyes.
"A fucking log. Of course nobody is out here, I'm just too damn strong! Nobody fucks with the pride of the Waterfall! They all know better than to fuck with me!" Sol bragged to himself, pushing forward on top of the very mud that threatened to ruin his new kicks.
