Birth Country: Kaminari No Kuni

Ninjutsu
TECHNIQUES: Raiton no Jutsu (Lightning Release Skill)
Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: ---
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Lightning. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Lightning Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.
Limit: ---
Raiton: Raikou no Ken
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user the ability to send small jolts of electricity into the opponent with every hand-strike and arm block for three turns. Can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu that deal with hand-strikes.
Special: Snake
Drawback: May backfire if user attacks a water clone or other water type barrier etc.
Description: User takes in a very deep breath and holds the snake handsign briefly while their chakra is diverted to their arms. With every punch or other hand strike, the user's chakra is sent out into the opponent's body in a small burst that is electrified. It doesn't cause paralysis immediately, but the strikes do accumulate and it adds to the power of each strike. Basically, you hit harder and you shock as well. A smaller shock is sent out whenever the user blocks an attack with their arms. It is significantly less severe, but it does cause discomfort to the opponent.
Limit: Lightning Release
Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist)
Rank: "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A Brawler's true capabilities is within his fists and legs. The Brawler is capable of hitting as if his fists were gauntlets themselves. They say a Brawler's punch is like being smacked by a bull and that is where these power attacks come to play. Those who get hit by a Brawler's Iron Fist feel a knock back effect depending on the user's class.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user is only capable of performing this attack so many times per day depending on how many times the user knows this technique as well as the Class level of the user.
Description: When the user first learns this technique they are capable of performing this technique a total of five times per day as well as any other technique that is in conjunction of the Iron Fist. Every time this technique is learned the user is capable of performing this technique as well other techniques into conjunction one more time. This means that if a user learns this technique twice they are capable of performing this technique a total of six times. Depending on how well and how strong the user is by Class, the user is capable of performing the technique with devastating power. The higher the class is the more devastating the attack will be creating a more sufficient way of breaking one's bones.
•D Class - Five Meters Knock back
•C Class - Fifteen Meters Knock back
•B Class - Twenty Five Meters Knock back - 10% Chance Bones may Break
•A Class - Forty Meters Knock back - 30% Chance Bones may Break
•S Class - Sixty Meters Knock back - 50% Chance Bones may Break
Limit: Must be a Brawler
Gekijou Atemi (Fury of Blows)
Rank: "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of hurling a flurry of attacks, of strong like blows against the enemy more times then one is capable of within a single movement. The user gains the capability of attacking faster using their speed, but at that rate they also loose great accuracy for they are punching somewhat wildly.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user is capable of using this technique only to the amount of times they are capable of using Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist)
Description: The user sacrifices what he knows of Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist) for this technique and attacks in a Fury of Blows. Normally a person is capable of attacking with their left and right hand within one movement one time. With Fury of Blows the user is capable of attacking two times with their left hand, and two times with their right hand per movement equal to that of the whole round. When the user attacks they are capable of attacking faster, but they attack wildly, their attacks are never precise and they are not very accurate as well. Speed is gained but accuracy drops down dramatically. Some believe it is best to pin the opponent down against the wall, or against the ground before the user is capable of attacking correctly.
Limit: Must know Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist)
Niwaka Kengeki (Improvised Weapons)
Rank: "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: Anyone is capable of using anything they have around them, however a Brawler is capable of using anything around them with more of a devastating capability. With this technique a Brawler may pick up a chair and hurl it towards an enemy sending them flying back, or slamming a table into a fighter crushing bones. (See description for more Detail.)
Special: ---
Drawback: Must be an odd object like furniture, or kitchen utensils, anything that is not necessarily defined as a weapon.
Description: A Brawler is capable of using anything around them as a weapon. They are capable of using odd objects as if it was part of them. There is no such thing as proficiency towards that of the Brawler capabilities. A brawler is capable of taking hold of anything and using it as a weapon. Imagine a brawler hitting an opponent with a beer bottle thy fly back meters into the distance, or taking hold of a chair, slamming them so hard into the ground it breaks bones. This, is what this technique does. This technique is not as strong as punches and such as that, however it is best to never be in a bar brawl with a Brawler. The higher the class is the more devastating the attack will be creating a more sufficient way of breaking one's bones. This works for small objects that are from one foot to approximately three feet in length. When an object is from three feet to six feet in size the distance and capability magnifies by times 1.5. When the object is any larger then six feet the distance and capability magnifies by times 2.

Character Depth
Personality:
Kurios has always been a rather arrogant, and some would say stuck up, young man. On the outside Kurios appears to be the absolute picture of confidence and pride, refusing to back down from any challenge, attacking any obstacle before him with a heated fervor, and often times butting heads with any and everyone around him. On the inside however Kurios is a very frightened young man. He was rejected twice from the ninja academy when he was younger and it did much damage to his self esteem, when all he ever wanted to be was a ninja. Now he puts on the façade of ferocious pride to hide the fact that he is afraid of failing and letting others down.
To his credit however, Kurios never lets his fear of failure keep him from giving his absolute best, or from doing what is right. At an early age Kurios got the reputation of a fighter, often getting into fights with older kids, sometimes even those already in the ninja academy. simply for minor offenses against other students. Kurios despised bullies as a kid, and still does as he grows older, and often it has him react in unnecessary or questionable ways to punish the supposed bully, even for minor offenses. Unfortunately for Kurios, he has not recognized that others are starting to view him as the one doing the bullying.
Despite his abrasive outer attitude and his short temper against assumed bullying, Kurios works surprisingly well in a team, when the need arises. He is not a commander and he recognizes this, and responds well to planned attacks, and even better to improvised changes in the plan. His first priority in each mission however is not the success of the mission, but the safety of his team mates and the citizens around the area, and he will sometimes let a mission fail in order to better secure the lives of his allies and non-combatants.
Appearance: Kurios is a remarkably short young man, especially for his age, and appears quite thin. However, every muscle on his body is trained and toned through rigorous exercise routines, and he is quite strong. His skin has a nice tan to it from the waist up and mid-thigh down, but between his mid-thigh and waist is ghostly pale.
Atop his head sits a mess of firey red hair, spiked upwards, adding another two inches to his height. His face is roughly heart shaped, though with more sharp features rather than rounded. His nose is another feature of discontent for the young man, being normal sized, but incredibly crooked from to many early breaks. His eyes are a brilliant green, and almond shaped, and seem to always be sparkling, with a strong, pointed chin, and well defined cheek bones finishing off the face.
His tanned, muscled body has not escaped the many fights he has had through the years, and like with his crooked nose, he shows it. A small scar sits just over his left hip from an early stab would, and there is a six inch wide strip of paler, shinier skin starting on his left shoulder and stretching down across his pectoral muscle from a fight he had with a dog. Across all knuckles on either hand is similar paler, shinier skin as well, with a final scar on his right, outer thigh, from where a bone punched through from the inside.
Background: Kurios Rex was born to a small family of ninja that has lived in the hidden cloud village for many generation, and was immediately deemed to be a runt. With most of the men in the family sitting at six and a half feet tall, some of them getting even bigger, Kurios' father early on determined that Kurios would never reach that size, and likely never the same physical prowess as the rest of the clan. Kurios' grandfather however, Taiga Rex, laughed at the claim, and offered to come out of retirement for the sole purpose of helping to train Kurios. This was a deal quickly accepted by the rest of the clan, and Kurios was quickly burdened with the clan expectations. After all, Taiga Rex had been a very skilled ninja, the best the clan had ever seen. Anyone training under him would have a lot to live up to.
Unfortunately for Kurios however, his natural skills were not in the usual ninja skills. His Ninjutsu was laughable, his genjutsu non-existent. Stealth was easily his weakest skill, and he lacked any real accuracy with ranged techniques. His saving grace however was his physical strength and high reflexes, which made him a natural at taijutsu and close ranged kenjutsu. However, when the time for acceptance into the ninja academy came around, his martial prowess was not enough, and with a broken heart Kurios had to tell his father and grand father that he had not been accepted.
Rather than letting him give up however, Taiga Rex placed his grandson in a new training regimen, one focused on enhancing Kurios' abilities. Taijutsu was locked in, genjutsu and ninjutsu would take to long. So Taiga instead focused on training Kurios with Kunai, enhancing his accuracy and throwing power, as well as training him to be even better in close range combat.
However, the second year around Kurios was once again denied entry into the ninja academy. Once again heartbroken, Kurios went back home to tell his family that he had once again failed. Taiga encouraged his grandson, telling him not to worry, and to focus on his training. Despite these words however, Kurios remained crest fallen and discouraged, and his effort in training began to slip. It was not until an outside source became involved that Kurios would begin to truly improve.
After the second rejection, Kurios began slipping away from his training more and more and slipping into the village to hang out with other children his age. Many of them also wanted to be ninja, and were younger than Kurios, but appreciated his company. Despite his rejection from the academy, many of the children still viewed Kurios as a mentor and encouraged him to continue working hard at his training to become a ninja, some of them even going as far as to train him on ninjutsu, limited as his skills in it were, in exchange for lessons in taijutsu from him. Finally, when the third year came around, Kurios was accepted into the ninja academy, with many of the reviewing sensei making a point to tell him that his determination and efforts had paid out. Since then however Kurios has struggled as a ninja, with his temper often forcing him in to unnecessary fights and costing the village, and his team, more than it should.
