Shinobi Roster
This roster, a book that is kept by the assistants of Iwagakure's Kage Tower, is one to hold key information regarding the Shinobi of the village. It is necessary for them to know who they are working with. A new rule, as some chose not to submit such information, was put in place. No shinobi are allowed to take missions or leave the village until the roster is signed. You may submit the information in the Mission room or at the Village gates if you so desire, and then you may do what you had planned on doing. Or... You can return this messenger bird back to the tower with the form we are giving you now.
This is mostly a check to make sure you are active. Every so often I will clear the list to check who is (perhaps 6 month time frame or so.
All I am asking is for you to post here before missions. But posting here signifies that we now all information about you, I. E. what is in your Character Bio.
