Testing to become Shi No Dorei, (Kai and Saiko)

There is a large open and barren field formed of slate, cut marks covering the face of a cliff and other rock that were cut completely in half
*Kai stood there waiting impatiently waiting, his crimson chain scythe uncoiled and ready to be used*

Saiko strolled onto the battle scarred area with a large, calm smile strapped across his face. His scythe was hanging horizontally from a knot in his belt, the hands of the Genin here hidden inside his long sleeves and his body was wrapped in bandages from toe to neck underneath his garments. The dark glasses he always wore were hung on the tip of his nose and Saiko’s lifeless eyes gazed over onto Kai the one he would be testing. "Kai I presume? So you will be the test, thus the key to the shinodorei?"

*Kai laughed, but his expression did not lighten*
you've got guts showing up here with that attitude, late none the less...
*he coiled his chain scythe and held the tiger seal*

*Crimson seals appeared down each arm*
Walk of the dead...
*he slouched forward and started to stagger and sway slightly his eyes became glazed over and the pupils disappeared*
now... prove your worth...
*he charged with unexpected and deadly speed, hoping to strike Saiko's Gut*

Effect: a the user uses his chakra to block off sensery (sp?) nerves disabling pain or any other sense of touch taste etc. the user becomes slouched, giving the appearance of being dead, their arms dangling until an attack is done, this techneque allows the use to give their all in a fight

Drawback: user is not aware of deep gashes and could die of blood loss
Description:the user of this technique blocks off sensery nerves, disabling any sense of touch etc. using chakra. the user then becomes slouched, staggering, with arms dangling, giving the appearance of being undead (or drunk). the eyes of the user lose their pupils and become glazed. their attacks, contrary to expectations are swift and powerful, this techneque give the user the ability to fight their strongest, the aftermath is usually the uconsiousness of the user and a bunch of out cold/ dead bodies

Saiko as on edge he had been preparing for this fight all day, even when Kai started to active his jutsu, he was already in full concentration and ready for his attack. Kai dashed forward throwing a jab towards Saiko’s stomach, in one swift movement he slid to his right - dodging the attack and started to form the hand seals to activate the Chakura Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique). Lifting his hands up in front of his face like a boxer he took a broad stance with his leg and tried to start draining Kai’s chakra from four meters away. “impressive speed, and an unorthodox fighting style I’m guessing the seals must be something to do with the mutation to your flesh, correct?” Saiko's adrenaline was pumping through his body now, though he looked calm and unobservant on the surface, he was calculating his strength and trying to predict and movement he might make and a solution to escape from it and counter. The talk he was not really intrested in but it gave him a chance to drain more of his chakra and make a plan for beat him if Kai did not act quickly but since he could not feeling anything he would not realise anything was happening until it was to late.

The user is able to drain chakra not only from touch from the palm, but also the palm being within close vicinity with the opponent. Mainly used in close combat and hand to hand fighting.

*Kai came around and charged and threw a kick to Saiko's back while preparing his Death Silhouette techneque that would bind him and keep him from moving, he stepped back and used it*

*his chakra, pure black because of the shi no dorei form, poured to the ground and formed 30 1' tall blobs that formed 1' tall creatures with it's head taking up a third of his body, large red eyes, small talons on their arms and legs, they all charged towards Saiko, Kai had noticed the drag of chakra trying to pull towards him*
nice try with that techneque ... sadly for you the solid silhouettes won't be affected, seeing as they do the same job and more...

Description: the user forms their chakra into small creatures that searc for a chakra source other than the users and latches on, these creaturesgang up on the same chakra source and as a result restrict movement, the creatures also increase in size with the amount of chakra that goes into them. the aftermath is a chakra-less most likely dead opponent

Kai attacked from behind, unsteadily Saiko dipped into his leg pouch then spun round with his forearms in front of his face to protect the blow. Crack. A solid blow crushed into Saiko’s defence and pushed past, driving his arm’s into his face causing pain; but nothing he couldn’t handle. But this was to Saiko’s advantage as Kai’s leg impacted with Saiko, he had tried to slap a small present onto the back of his knee cap which he wouldn’t have been able to see or feel. Pushing off of the blow he made it look as if the kick had put him off balance but really this was just an act to gain some distance; roundly about four metres. But then Saiko tripped and fell onto his hands and backflipped backwards so that he landed another four metres away.

He listed his equipment out in his mind, now that he knew what the creatures did and that there was a considerable amount of them he assumed that they were a high level jutsu, thus would have drained a large amount of Kai’s chakra- doing half of Saiko’s plan already. But he had to dispose of them. A ice cold bead sweat ran down from his forehead and ran down his temple. Saiko dipped into the pouch for a second time, the Genin pulled out a handful of senbon and something else in the other hand. Placing the contents of both hands together inside his dangling sleeves he attached them to each other and spun in a circle throwing four senbon with explosive pouches into the crowd of black monstrosities. Two into the mist of them to the left and right, one just in front of the group of 30 and one behind them. This meant they couldn’t move and would be ended before they could be used and even if they did, it would leave Kai open to the blasts. Holding a seal up, he uttered“Release!” He whispered as the explosive notes started to for fill their purposes. The blast genarated by the four combined pouches wouldn't be able to be dodged or protected easily and speed of the explosion wouldn't be able to out ran in the time that was left to spare, Kai and his followers would have to do something drastic to escape this situation.

*Kai grinned and watched saiko plant the explosive and waited for the tag to lower then released the silhouettes, the majority of the chakra gathered around him*
you want my chakra so bad... take it ! shi uzamaki!
*he unravelled his chain scythe and span rapidly, fast enough at first to send the tag at saiko at first the the chakra around him formed a disk, the chakra flew off in shards in all directions he then started slowly moving towards saiko picking up the the pouches and tossing them somewhere else, he picked up speed and soon the scythe would cut a riping gash into him*

Effect: used only while walk of the dead is active. a high speed spin using the scythe type weapon as the pitch black chakra rushes out of your body and the scythe cutting into the opponent, and giving you the appearance of a black tornado.

Drawback: uses up a large amount of your actual physicle energy(not chakra), and puts you in a state of vertigo
Description: used only when walk of the dead is active, the user goes into a high speed spin with black chakra shooting out of their body and their weapon. this charkra cuts into the opponent but that is just a side effect to the real technique the blade cut into the opponent cause a massive tear into the wound.
the aftermath of the attack is a state of vertigo in the user, and a massive gash in the opponent

Kai, you do realize that when he said "release" the exploding pouches exploded. If you started talking, it wouldn't matter how fast you could move because you can't outrun an explosion from all four sides, and trying to move explosions doesn't really work either.

Seeing as you were in close proximity to the silhouettes and Saito when you told them to charge, that means that you'd be boxed in by the exploding pouches as well, though Saito would be at least four meters away. You would be done for while Saito would probably fall backwards from the aftershock, winning this fight with a few bruises.

(Umm.... what about the chakra gathering the chakra from the 30 silhouttes around him, would that at least weaken the 'splotions?
