Just as it says on the tin, just some ideas that popped in my head and I cobbled together. I know some might not be applicable because they incorporate elements that are not yet really implemented but yah, use or not use I guess? Prices and ranks are prolly not correct but yah, this was typed out in like 20 minutes xD

Description: This room to store transportation gadgets, usually situated at the edge of the building, with usually one door leading to the rest of the house and a large gate on the outer wall to allow the vehicle to enter and exit. The room is relatively bare since the function is to contain vehicles, featuring a sturdy concrete floor that is meant to bear the weight of the vehicles. To keep transportation gadgets in the optimal condition the room is heated but also equipped to funnel moisture away through proper ventilation. To store transportation gadgets large than the room or a multitude of them you can purchase this component multiple times.

Furnishings usually feature a sofa to lay down and study the skies, a desk for taking notes and a fireplace to make long nights more bearable. A single user using this observatory and having its resources all to himself receives a +20 circumstance bonus on Weathersense and Fortune Telling skill checks. Alternatively, up to 4 users can share this space at the same time and gain a +10 circumstance bonus on such checks. User gains a +1 circumstance bonus per dice roll when learning the Direction Sense and Navigation, Nautical skills from study of the stars.

Little to no furniture is present in this room due to its use to store transportation gadgets. To keep transportation gadgets in the optimal condition the room is heated but also equipped to funnel moisture away through proper ventilation. To store transportation gadgets large than the room or a multitude of them you can purchase this component multiple times. The floor of this component is reinforced, nicely polished and usually inlaid with large slabs of natural stone. A circle is traced around the centre of the room, which can turn like a giant turntable, saving the user the need and possibly arduous task of turning the vehicle inside the room himself or moving it in backwards.

Description: An immensely large habitat, containing one stronghold space full of water in which purely aquatic animals can be kept. Depending on the animal inside the habitat is decorated with vegetation and landscape features native to the animals habitat. These rooms are very difficult to maintain and require a Master Technician to function as the other half consists of plumbing pipes and advanced systems to control salinity, nutrient concentration, temperature, light and pressure. Usually one end of the aquarium consists of a large glass wall so it can be viewed from an adjoining room. It grants a +20 circumstance bonus on animal Husbandry and Animal Herding skill checks pertaining to the animals inside. Needs to be purchased multiple times if a larger habitat is required.

Description: Usually coupled with an auditorium or cameras. The death pit can be either a pit of sand or be equipped with an actual floor. The walls and floors are heavily reinforced to withstand the heavy impacts that can be the result of shinobi v shinobi battles, but is rarely used for such battles. The death pit usually only has an hidden exit for cleaning purposes and other than that no apparent means for entering or exiting, going by the idea of ‘one enters, no-one leaves’. Usually the death pit is filled with snakes, human eating worms or some kind of violent animal to dispose in an amusing manner with whomever is thrown in the pit. Can alternatively also be filled with water and aquatic animals. Is for this purpose usually connected to an animal habitat containing by use of a remotely opened door. Can be outfitted with reinforced glass to protect the audience but can also be equipped with cameras to broadcast the fight.
