The entrance of the tunnel was the only escape route. As Takai leaped down from the trees, ending his travels, the eyes of several bats could be spotted, hanging upside down. The light of the candle positioned on the right wall of the hill illuminated the area. "This hiding spot is capable of leaving my enemy clueless of my location unless the shinobi is a user of one of the famous Dojutsu," The boy entered the dark cave, repeatedly rotating his head to assure there were no hostile opponents. Far away from the boy, a familiar man was covered in blood as he was laying on the floor with a kunai. Tears dripped from the unknown shinobi's eyes, disgusted with the way his future had turned out. From a journey to the village of Konoha to turning into another unimportant corpse, reality struck him. This world contained savages who had no remorse for the lives of others. Shinobi who were entertained by the sensation of devouring the pride of them. Takai grasped the hand of the man, showing no sorrow to him. Most of the life of Takai was filled with having to watch another bleed out until their lungs were incapable of breathing. Who would have known that Takai would be introduced to an enormous amount of blood? Before the previous travels of arriving in Konoha, he used to view the world differently. But, with the several dead bodies he seen, his judgment of the world altered. As Takai released his grip on the hand of the man, he swallowed his spit before thinking of an answer which would be acceptable before the man became officially dead. "You have served your village well. Soon, this world will be mine. So, you won't have to worry anymore about your grandchildren having a risk of dying. The savior is upon us," The boy smiled at his unbelievable words about conquering the world as the man slowly faded out of existence.
As the soul of the man flew up into the clouds of heaven, his blood was smeared on Takai's hands. Noticing the fluid, Takai decided to wipe the remains of the man onto the side of his cloak which was already unsanitary because of him worrying about surviving; Instead, of him focusing on maintaining his hygiene. As several minutes passed by, there was no sight of an intruder approaching the area. This must be a suitable chance for me to return to my village. The enemy doesn't have any whereabouts on me, and that trick came in handy The boy exited the tunnel without thinking of the idea of capturing the corpse to return more food to his Kage. Hopefully, one of the shinobi who would wander into this area would have some common sense to clean up the body, and bury him a grave. The body bag was positioned comfortably on the back of the boy, holding it up with the weight of his shoulder. Takai leaped through the forest, maintaining a steady pace. Lowering his head, he dodged the tree which unexpectedly was standing within his way, landing onto the building of a town which was in crisis without the service of one of their heroes who recently was assassinated.
"Fools. That man obviously isn't your hero if he failed you, and been weakened by his enemies. Go check the nearby tunnel. Your hero is awaiting your assistance," said Takai. The boy wasn't the type to lend others favors because of his attitude towards the world, and other shinobi who minds were trapped in a belief of justice will always prosper. But, his intention was to have the weak citizens to be led into a tunnel which was close to his enemies direction. The idea made by the boy was intelligent because his directions given would cause his enemy to be slowed up by the encounter of the riot of citizens, wielding pitchforks that were covered in flames.
Takai maneuvered through the damaged tree branches, avoiding any mistake of him falling. The traveling was pointless because of Takai forgetting to buy a map. All Takai was able to do was hope that he was heading into the correct direction of Iwagakure. The wind swept through the forest, swaying the long hair of the boy as the sun shined onto the forest. At the rate of the speed of Takai, he would be to back to his home village shortly. But, Takai wasn't positive on the cause of him returning because there was nothing left there for him. His uncle disliked the actions of him and continued to decline his request of having a bond once more.
Request to be moved to Iwagakure if the roll is good.
