Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.

The cloud expanded outward momentarily before giving off a single grumbling sound. It then began to start shrinking as it was expelling a storm of a black substance. It rained some distance away, pouring down onto the roof and floating atop the small layer of rain water already built up. He reached the edge of the storm and stuck a finger out, which collected some drops of the liquid. He moved it to his mouth and gave it a taste, his facial features twisted as he did so. They soon turned to a smirk and he swallowed some it as he was of proclaiming victory over the technique. The jutsu ended and the oil rain and the cloud were gone.
Nakazo moved to sit back up on the ledge next to the Hachidaime. They began to chat as the rain continued its downpour around them. He was first congratulated by the Kage, to which he thanked him for his advice and guidance. "Without your explanation of water and fire natures I couldn't have done it by myself, you were crucial." Nakazo truly did believe a lot of his success was thanks to Ryosuke, he wasn't one to say something unless he honestly believed it. He decided to tell the man a bit more about himself and why he out here. "I've just been assigned to a team, Squad Eleven under the Lady Amegkage," Nakazo explained, continuing the conversation. "My teammates seem much stronger than I am currently, and I don't want to be a liability so I've been training hard ever since. I've been making great progress since meeting you, so thank you."
"How were things back when you were a newly made shinobi?" Nakazo asked. "I know it's probably been a while what with you being a Kage and all, but were you ever in a team yourself? What was that like?" They continued down that conversation for a bit before Ryosuke asked him if he wanted to do more training. I certainly don't mind teaching if you wish for lessons, he had said, and Nakazo quickly accepted. He was eager to learn more and reach new heights and the help of such an experienced could not be denied.
"I've been trying to learn the Body Flicker Technique," Nakazo explained as he walked out onto the roof again. He had only seen it performed a couple times in the past at a distance, but he was well aware of just how powerful it could be. He recalled what he knew about from his studies and what he had been told. It allowed the user to move almost instantly in a straight direction within about ten meters. I've got a lot of offensive jutsus, this is just what I need to learn to round out my abilities. By concentrating power in ones ankles and feet and exploding it as they moved a user could seriously increase their speed, though there were drawbacks. Nakazo remembered an old instructor telling the class that going past ones limit with the technique could render the user immobile for a time.
Nakazo started by feeling out his chakra and just practicing moving it downwards, past his waist and into his legs. Then as it gathered he would push it down below his ankles all at once. He went through this process a few times until he felt comfortable with the experience. Concentrating chakra in the feet was something he wasn't too experienced with, most probably aren't, he thought. Their were only a handful of techniques that required doing so, the water walking ability being one of them. I've mastered that a long time ago, but this is a totally different way of using energy. With the water walking jutsu you need to release a steady stream to stay afloat, but this required using energy in short bursts while you moved to enhance your speed.
When he was satisfied with moving the chakra he moved on to the next portion of the technique. He gathered a large amount at the soles of his feet, and crouched down slightly. He looked halfway between starting a 100m dash and standing up. At once he pushed off with his left foot and forced the chakra outwards, imagining himself shooting forwards in a flash. For a moment he felt as if it was going to work, but Nakazo soon realized he had used way too much power and starting to tilt to the side as he dashed. His right foot attempted to make its first step but he overcompensated in trying to correct his balance and slipped, landing on the roof hard.
He brushed himself and tried again, some small scrapes visible through torn fabricate were now visible. He wasn't concerned with that them though, having had much worse in his training sessions. Again he tried kicking off with his chakra as a boost almost falling though he was able to spare himself that indignity this time. It's hard, way harder than I thought. The output of energy had to be precise, and it also had to match his physical movement as well. An extremely specific balance between the two was needed, he now knew, preparing himself for more training to come.
"Say Ryosuke," Nakazo called over to the ledge, "Could you show me how the Body Flicker Technique is performed? Seeing it up close might help me out."
