Personality

Totally devoid of serious implications or attitude, unless her environment is directly affected in which she turns into a very moody animal or sorts, barking or making other very off the wall sounds or actions in an attempt to clear her space of intruders. This is usually a last resort here as simply ignoring the subject of her disturbed ambiance is usually the go to. In the event that is not enough she will more than likely play dead or annoyed in a very passive aggressive way as to not incite anger or rage unless it is to deliberately antagonize in the rare case of a friend or companion. Annoyance does not fit her bill.

Solitary is certainly one word for her. She is the type to hole off in her room for days on end with no access to sunlight other than her window through which she peeks on the off and on again when bored or curious to the "graphics" going on in the real world. This hermit nature is offset by her popularity in social circles within the gadgetry and creation circle. Not very well known for her items, but her technical skills are second to few. This is her bragging right, her personal little throne of accomplishment to lord in the faces of those who seek to dethrone her through antics or shows of force. She is a well known figure in the crafting and tinkering world.

That leads into her overall mentality to be still like a child in almost all ways, prone to seeking praise for her good doings when she is in a sociable mood. Despite her tendency to distance herself from people it is her crafting that gets her out of the house and 'high up' in the social circuit. She having just honestly become a teenager at this point, is slightly susceptible to mood swings and other general behavior of a girl her age though that hasn't stopped her from acting as much as a boy as she possibly can at any given rat what with her hobbies.

The main word to describe Tuva? A free spirit. The whole essence of her personality is revolved around the constant idea that people incite... order when in groups. Order, doctrine, rules and other behavior patterns when in all honesty Tuva just likes to be able to lounge like a cat one day and spend the next a hyperactive dog tearing up the house and messing with the neighbors by howling all through the night when the sun has finally set. Her thoughts are simple: You do you and I will do me, as long as that remains a thing then there is no problem. She's set in her ways and her ways are as chaotic as they are mundane. A method to the madness.

Her ultimate weakness is... her attention span. When her face isn't jammed in a pipboy machine somewhere she is just looking around at a bunch of other nonsense, staring into a book without reading, staring at the clouds without looking or watching a wall without paying it any attention. As a result of her poor English, Tuva speaks in short phrases and will rarely utter more than one full complete sentence. It is not in her nature to ramble on and on pointlessly as it wastes time and her time could better be spent being wasted at HER personal leisure. Her time is hers, she is selfish about it, to the T. The fact of being scatter brained and air headed is... a lot of tripping!

Appearance

Standing at just over a measly five feet in height, there isn't much to say though at the age of thirteen she finds this to be an acceptable growth, right on the cusp of puberty her time to grow is around the corner. A shock of rusty red hair tops her head all the way a sprinkle of fine baby hairs that little her neck and just behind her ears. High cheek bones meant to frame a broad smile, thing lips, light complexion, amber eyes that practically sparkle with interest when she's in the right mood, there aren't too many redeemable qualities about her though that isn't to say her looks are totally mundane for as a tomboy she falls right on the line of androgynous where she belongs at times. 

Her attire is even more simple that her physical looks consisting of literally only a too large white shirt and a pair of midnight black spandex shorts that hug her body tight enough to cause a circulation concern with the people who see her around. This is accentuated by the fact she has absolutely no bust at all making identifying her gender that much more of a conundrum to figure out. If her voice wasn't naturally so high it might help. A set or razor this brows arch high over her eyes an a little red dimple hangs about each cheek regardless of her smile from the high set of her cheek bones pulling on her face whenever she simply talks or makes noises with her mouth.

A pair of goggles hang off her neck almost all the time and if they aren't hanging off her neck then they are on over her eyes examining the world around her with an almost always angled head. The goggles appear mirror finished on the outside, hard it not impossible to look into from the outside, a cable wire hanging off of it from the left side that resembles a USB cord to plug into some device she hasn't had access to in years because of lack of parts. There are minor scratches and nicks in the glass of her goggles from years of wear and tear, the band that they hang from a faded bluish black in color from sweat and overstretching from constant use. 

At times on special occasions she has an alternate outfit of a pink dress with  massive fluffy looking neck ribbon that hangs off around the neckline and ties int he front just over the large droop of it's from from her lack of breasts to hold it upright as it was designed. In counter to this she has in storage a dark green suit complete with a captains hat that she has been known to wear when in certain company who let her be herself with the times are fun and easy. This hat compliments her massive smile and draws some attention away from the fact she is absolutely barefoot! No matter what unless it is a matter of life alteration or life and death, she refuses to wear footwear as the weight on her feet makes her feel of balance and stumble dangerously.

With the way her body is built, almost like a board, tall, thin, lanky as all hell and back, it's no wonder that she is so dangerously flexible. Able to naturally toes her toes over her head and contort to some degree though she is not a practitioner of the art and often finds herself sore or staining after an only extensive stretch. A napsack carries all her goods usually though the finished gadgets she uses are in her hands almost all the time and her goggles, if applicable, are jacked in to a holodisk or some other variant of machinery with her playing back the contents to learn a little something or blow off some serious time to get to her self. Nothing about her is spectacular, screams see or or give me attention. She is as mundane as they come and that's precisely the way she likes it. 

History

The earliest memory Tuva can relate to her childhood is a sort of trailer in the middle of Wind Country. Hey parents names escape her but the distinct face of a towering man does slip in and out of memory whom she simply refers to as "The Father Figure." when asked about her parents or whereabouts. At the youngest age she was simply abandoned in the trailer for ages, waiting up for the approaching foot steps of "The Father Figure" but they never did come. No mother, no father, simply left mill around in the mess and ruination of this makeshift home of a trailer left in the acrid heat of the sandy country where she first learned to simply entertain herself like she'd been told to by her father before he'd set out without her.

This is where his love got tinkering and crafting had come to life in an instant. With the trailer set high in the rocky outcroppings that dotted the coastline, there was enough green foliage to cover her right up, provide just enough shade while she survived off the less nutritious energy bars and other little perishable goods her young self could manage to open without exerting too much energy in the process. After several weeks she had grown restless, cabin fever setting in as hunger grew and it wasn't till a travelling group of merchants happened upon what surely looked like an abandoned home, that she was found near feral, hunched in the far side of the home.

These same merchants managed to get her out and care for Tuva but the scarring and emotional dilapidation had already set in to damage her communication skills. Instead of whole long phrases she spoke in few words, short phrases, often repeating the end what was spoken to her as if to test the words herself before answering back.The most useful thing about her was this latent ability she hadn't even noticed she possessed where her body phased in and out of these corporeal winds at will. Sometimes it helped her slip through openings or out of harms way but it was the ultimate escape tactic an the ultimate bypassing for defense. Where some saw fascination the merchants saw opportunity.

From the long baking hot days of Kaze no Kuni they moved onward to Ame no Kuni, the immediate change of weather turning Tuva into that of a wet dog. It poured rain constantly and though she had a little clear plastic poncho it proved not enough if she wanted to stay truly wet. This is where manipulations began. Instead of purchasing her proper rainwear they encouraged her to 'borrow' under the pretense they would return it later when they were passing back through the many villages to peddle their wares, however as reports of a 'Redheaded charlatan' began to surface it left Tuva all the more clueless, unaware of her actions under gullible pretenses. When the many town caught up via word of mouth her happy little group of surrogate parents: A man, woman and two friends, were all rounded up, Tuva included, to face public executions.

Wide eyed, Tuva struggled, pulling bound wrists and rolling her shoulders, panicking as one rather large back led them to the gallows and locked them in the wooden shackles that isolated their hands and head to be other to abuse. The sight of these angry people, people angry at her for what she had been told to do by people she trusted, set off a weird change, a mixed feeling of fear and desperation. The ;executioner' lumbered his way up, did nothing to hide the gruesome show of him snapping the others heads back at freakishly odd angles where their bodies went into spasm before going limp in place. One by one, closer and closer, till she was suddenly free, floating away, drifting on the winds that blew when she found herself suddenly free.

The brunt of her recollection lay locked away in some traumatized part of her mind, compartmentalized to break the memory down, lock it up tight so she couldn't remember. The running eventually stopped when she reached the gridlocked city of Amegakure where a guard reported her as suspicious and she slipped away much to the amusement of authorities. The people eventually dubbed the street dweller, "Lil Red." as the streak of red that scampered between the stalls of the bazaar were often all most saw of her.

Drawback: A Scirocco will die if they are crushed by something larger than their maximum normal volume weight.
Description: When the user transforms their whole body as well as all items on them (including clothes) they become a vapour, cloud like substance. In this substance they are able to move around but at this moment are unable to fly, since they are still heavier than the air that surrounds them. In order to fly please look at the Wind Walk technique. Depending on the user's knowledge in the technique depends on the strength of the ability. Their cloud like vapour body is connected by a centralized core that cannot be seen by the naked eye within the cloud like vapour. If the core is destroyed the Scirocco will die. The time it takes for a Scirocco to change into a vapour is equal to the amount of time it takes to form the handseals for a jutsu of the same rank as the rank of Wind Form.
"C" Rank Technique - User is able to transform them self into a cloud like vapour substance within 2 meters by 2 meters by 2 meters of distance while retaining the same amount of mass as they normally would. The central chakra core is the size of a basketball at this point. All Fire Release Techniques and any Earth Defence Techniques have an effect of 3 ranks higher than normal while in this form. TaiJutsu techniques phases through this form however energy attacks do work such as Fire Release and Lightning Release. Description: The new wind direction and strength persist until the technique ends (10 minutes per Class Level) or until the user chooses to alter the technique, which requires concentration. User may create an “eye” of calm air up to 25 feet in diameter at the center of the area if the user desires, and the user may choose to limit the area to any cylindrical area less than their area. User may choose one of four basic wind patterns to function over the technique's area. Which are
A downdraft blows from the center outward in equal strength in all directions.
An updraft blows from the outer edges in toward the center in equal strength from all directions, veering upward before impinging on the eye in the center.
A rotation causes the winds to circle the center in clockwise or counterclockwise fashion.
A blast simply causes the winds to blow in one direction across the entire area from one side to the other.

"D" Rank - Strong winds (21+ mph) make sailing difficult.
"C" Rank - A severe wind (31+ mph) causes minor ship and building damage.
"B" Rank - A windstorm (51+ mph) drives most flying creatures from the skies, uproots small trees, knocks down light wooden structures, tears off roofs, and endangers ships.
"A" Rank - Hurricane force winds (75+ mph) destroy wooden buildings, sometimes uproot even large trees, and cause most ships to founder.

Effect: A technique that allows the user to generate lost limbs.

Description: As a Scirocco it can happen occasionally that limbs are amputated either voluntarily or involuntarily. Luckily the Scirocco have found a way to regenerate their lost limbs. It only works in wind form, the user searches a quiet spot and create a small vacuum around their core, sucking nearby air towards the very centre of the Scirocco’s being. The new air is being infused with the users chakra and made a new part of the Scirocco in order to substitute for what was lost over the course of one turn. When the C-ranked version is learned the user is able to regenerate one limb at a time. With the B-ranked version the user is able to regenerate up to two limbs at a time. The A-ranked version allows the user to repair severe damage, repairing lost torso’s, heads, or even half a body. The regeneration process is a very delicate one, if the user is disturbed the technique immediately cancels and the user takes damage equal in rank to the rank of this technique he or she was using, tearing at the user from within.
Limit: Must be a Scirocco. Must know Wind Form
