Objective: The masses have begun to revolt and taken to the streets. Subdue the crowd by non lethal methods, rescue and civilians caught up in the fray, and restore peace and order to the city.
Description:
The anger toward the new Tsuchikage has reached boiling point and the followers of the old have taken to the streets and begun to riot. Hundreds of angry protesters with molotov cocktails in hand entered the shopping districts and set everything a light, breaking down doors and smashing the glass windows. Any unfortunate police officer in the area has been beaten back to the fringes of the district and are outnumbered and out gunned. Unable to spare any ANBU to quell the violence general duty shinobi have been asked to step in and disperse the mobs by non-lethal methods. The Tsuchikage himself will also step in to lend a hand against these rioters, placing himself at the forefront of the violence to show that he will not be bullied out of office and instead stand strong in the face of adversity.

Flames licked the evening sky, angry and orange, the smoke coloring the very upper air purple in color as the sun stroked those wisps. Homes were set ablaze and the streets were alive with the din of chaos, the last rays of the sun, the last bastion of order, everything seemed to be sinking in this once great nation village. Men and women of Godric, stripped of him now and with no direction, they turned violent like the ghoul and threw their torches. They stoked the fires, cursed the Kage, cursed the air and that Godric was no longer present! The crows gathered like deep black clouds, settled on the rooftops where there were people who lived, ate the dead as they rested in puddles of copper smelling blood. Those who were lucky had locked their homes, huddled with their sons and daughters, husbands and wives, or had fled altogether. The shopping district and its bordering homes belonged to the followers of Godric, at least for now. Word had been sent to the Kage.

’Iwakage, sir!

Rioters have beaten back the general police force down in the shopping district, set it ablaze, and they call for blood. It would seem that some citizens or dead or injured, but a majority are in hiding or have fled the district. We need you help and we need it now. These followers of Godric, they need to be put down, but we can’t afford to lose another citizen. Violence may bring more violence, but death always brings revenge, so keep them alive if you can.’

Blood stains the sender’s name, whether it is his or another’s is unknown, but what is known is that action is needed. Another gout of flame rises from the shopping district, another building being set ablaze, and the sounds of the destruction can be heard all throughout the city, only softened by the words from the people’s lips. They wish the new Kage gone, their tone does not suggest they want him gone as a living man either. It’s time for action.

The Tsuchikage Stands

The whips of smoke rising in the distance grew closer and the smell of a city burning caught Hiroji's nose. Clad in a red coat with white sleeves over a black shirt and blue jeans he made his way toward the Rioting shopping district his head held high despite the shouts of his death echoing throughout the area. His attire did not match his status as the village leader however to him, this style of clothing was natural. On his left wrist he carried with him a small bronze shield, on his waist he strapped a bag containing five grenades, ten kunai, and five lock picking kits. He wasn't concerned that this was the only equipment he brought with him as he was confident in his ability. The only problem he had however was the fact that he was asked to act today without killing anyone. Such a thing, it tied his hands more than he'd like to admit. When it came down to it he didn't have much in his repertoire that allowed an opponent to live after fighting them. Godric could probably do it though. If this riot broke out with Godric in power, Hiroji had no doubt that the former Tsuchikage could quell the violence without any bloodshed easily. Honestly, it was quite embarrassing.

These were the shoes he was asked to fill? How annoying. "I'll get nowhere... Comparing myself to Godric... Not right now anyway." He continued toward the shopping district as his hands ventured into his pockets. He removed a pair of black woolen gloves, the kind without finger tips. He slipped them over his hands and then tapped his hat out of habit. It was time to act like a Kage, and lead his village. Even if that meant destroying a part of it.

[Jimarai Kotetsu]

Entering through the castle gates, Jim gazed longingly at the village. Years had passed since he had last seen it, but not like this. The light faded to a pink hue above the mountains encircling his home, and plumes of dark, dense smoke rose from points around the village. The ashy smell reached his nostrils and he felt crestfallen. His home, was under attack by the very people that lived there. He was still unsure why, some kind of protest gone badly against the new leader.

Didn't they know that the Tsuchikage was there to protect them? Didn't they realise their peace and prosperity was owed to the strong leadership this village had always possessed?

Doing a quick pat down Jimarai confirmed his Tachi was still sheathed at his waist, his pouch still contained 6 Kunai and 12 exploding tags. Placing his hand on the mountain side he knew it was strong enough for his purposes.

At a run, Jimarai took off into the village, in the direction of the of the noise, the smoke, the fire.

I should probably do some light recon first Jim thought to himself as he approached the buildings.

The ANBU at the gate didn't recognise him, at least not in the state he was in. He hoped this would be the case for members of the village. He withdrew his headband and tied it to his belt, his trench coat partially hiding it, at least unless someone scrutinised him hard enough.

Approaching a crowd from the rear he casually walked up behind them, his arms crossed and a disapproving look upon his face. He was trying to blend in for the moment, and listen to see what he could figure out. If intervention was required, he figured his cover would need to be blown. With a fleeting hope, he thought that he may get through this for now with his cover intact, without needing to act, or being recognised by the crowd ....

[Hiroji, The Current Tsuchikage]

This evening, as Hiroji would have made his way from the Tower of the Tsuchikage, he would happen upon a scene most gruesome to behold. Blood was in the streets, his people’s blood, as it drained into the gutters like a thick syrup. It glistened in the firelight, flickering orange on the copper red, and it did not stop there. On the buildings, on the rocks, the blood was splattered all about. People held weapons in their hands, tools, clubs of various make, and torches as well. Those of the Godric Following, the Children they called themselves, wore a black headband with a violet patch in a place much like a Shinobi would have a village plate.

Two blocks down a woman’s scream would pierce the air, she cried out for help, screamed as hard as she could, “Please don’t kill me! Don’t kill my baby!” She was pregnant, that much could be seen at this distance, due to a lack of obstruction for the moment.

“Kage! Kage!”

“Godric is the true Kage! Shut the fuck up!”

“Kill them all!”

“Watch out!”

Her hand was held before her, but the men and women that were around her, they batted it away and then swatted her across the face with a bat. She hit the ground hard, her blood was adding to the blood in the streets, but she was still breathing, still sobbing. Other bodies littered the stone roads, some breathing in a shallow manner, some still as the ocean on a windless day, but most did not have the headband. This was organized…

[Jimarai, A Former Tsuchikage]

Jimarai would successfully infiltrate the crowd with his disapproving look, a stern face to be sure and an effective disguise in most cases, but perhaps not this time. These men and women all sported the Headband of Godric, they were the children, and they only did not notice because of their prey. She had been dragged from her home on the second floor of her jewelry shop, dragged into the street just before your arrival, and now you watched as she screamed and pleaded. Pregnant and afraid, there were tears on her face and cries on her lips, “Please don’t kill me! Don’t kill my baby!” They fell on the deaf ears of the children, but a man to your left looked over at you, his green eyes the only thing remarkable about him aside from the headband. They were filled with recognition as he stepped back and bumped another, a woman with the headband.

They both looked and so did others, a crowd of fifteen, but as they bumped each other and yelled, the ripple had already begun.

“Kage! Kage!”

“Godric is the true Kage! Shut the fuck up!”

“Kill them all!”

“Watch out!”

A bat from the crowd, the point of origin unknown, but the point of impact and the crack were as clear as a day. The pregnant woman dropped to the floor, blood spilling from the right temple of her head, landing on her side by mere chance. The blood pooled around her skull, but the people cared little, someone throwing a torch into the shop to burn it down. Those buildings that stood had the same mark as the headband, a black line with a violet square in the center, and it was clear that this was the Mark of Godric. “Kill this son of a bitch! This Kage! FOR GODRIC!” These people were mad, rage filling their eyes and souls, and others up and down the street joined in the cries. Their eyes turned to the origin, to Jimarai, a former Kage and out in the open, how could they not know him? Those close were worried though, scared a bit, and they hesitated…

The Tsuchikage Stands

What kind of leader... Walks through the blood of his own people? This was a somber yet infuriating feeling, the first time he had ever felt anything quite like it. Each step he took stained his feet with more and more of his peoples blood and more and more anger. Why were these people being attacked? They were innocent. Was anyone not connected to the pro Godric movement an enemy to them? Too many unanswered questions laced with too much furious anger. This was disgraceful. Hiroji's eyes were focused on the bloodied ground as he heard the screaming. By the time he glanced upward his eyes were red with anger as the Sharingan activated. The crack against the woman's skull echoed both through the streets and through Hiroji's mind as the complete picture of the area was relayed to him through his eyes. The dead and dying littered the streets, their blood laced the walls of the building. Men and women threw fire and set businesses ablaze as they cried out that it was all for their beloved Godric all the while sporting velvet headbands as if they were some strange derivative of shinobi. Annoying.

Well, at least that last part was good for him. If they were all wearing matching gang colours it allowed the Tsuchikage to identify his enemy so that was a scratch of good luck in this hell hole.

Something caught the attention of the crowd, Hiroji saw a man being surrounded by the mob as they shouted against him with orders of his death. The sight of his headband was enough to know he was on Hiroji's side and the fact that Godric's genjutsu had not yet influenced him was further evidence of that but what of his strength?[1] Regardless of the man's strength he supposed he would have to get involved with him. He was a lone shionib against a mob of rioters, protecting his shinobi should be enough of a reason to act. A string of hand signs and Hiroji got underway. His first move was a preemptive setup for something later on. It drained him of a fair amount of energy but for Hiroji it was worth it. His second was to form a short series of hand signs for the fire ball jutsu. A powerful technique the ATsuchikage took a deep breath and filled his throat with fire chakra before blowing out a great ball of fire and spitting it out toward the group ahead. The ball of fire would sail straight through the two blocks, knocking people down as it soared like a bird that just happened to be on fire for some reason. The purpose of this jutsu was to usually create a massive explosion and kill those around however not this time. By the time the ball of fire reached its destination Hiroji's real body would be gone.

Evaporating into what appeared to be flames his body was actually embedded inside the fireball jutsu via the flame teleportation technique so rather than explode in a grand flash the jutsu would instead transform into the body of the Tsuchikage. Hiroji would stand before the group, his face in open view for everyone to see. The man whose blood they screamed for, the man who represented everything they despised, was standing right in front of them. "You there." he addressed of Jimarai. "Do you stand with me against these puppets or do stand against me with them?" The current Tsuchikage stood a distance of five meters from the former, and a little less than that from the rioters but that was a calculated move. Hiroji was not one for making opening attacks, his ability came in counter moving with a reliance on his sharingan. He just hoped this shinobi was better suited for taijutsu than he was.

Effect: A replacement consisting of fire.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Technique must be formed beforehand during a previous attack as it is a form of a replacement.
Description: This jutsu requires the use of a regular fire jutsu to begin (Katon Ryuuka and Katon Goukakyuu are ideal for this). The user begins the fire jutsu like normal, breathing out flame in the direction of the intended target, however, at a point chosen by the user, the users body seems to evaporate, being replaced by flames which are quickly swept along the same path as the flames from the technique. The user has in fact allowed their body to merge with the flames, and in the short moment before the flames dissipate entirely, the user allows themselves to be pushed forward so their body can reform at spot where the flames were targeted. This jutsu despite allowing the user to move quickly from one spot to another is not typically suitable as a jutsu for quickly avoiding as it requires another fire jutsu to be used to begin it, as such it is more often used for surprise attacks.
Limit: Must learn within the Uchiha Clan. Must have Katon no Jutsu (Fire Release Skill)

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.

Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

[The Blind Beast]

Shenjie couldn’t believe the eerie feeling he had gotten when he had officially entered through the castle like gates of the village. Damn it feels so cold, and the air smells of smoke and debris, Shenjie thought to himself as he sneezed before reaching over to pick up his butt bag of the scanning table that it had just been searched on. The bag held his pair of nunchaku and folded up Daredevil’s staff that would deploy into the much larger Bo staff rendition, the pieces each fitted with sensory poles so that he could create clear vibrations with them when striking an object. His pack also held 20 explosive tags, 10 Bo shuriken, 4 kunai knives, a pair of blood clot pills, and about 16 sound balls. His now longer shaggy black hair hung around his head as he took his headband and tied it around his head, giving him the appearance of a shinobi. His Grey Karate Ka Gi with sleeves rolled up and pants gave him the real appearance of a martial artist. His Black belt that was embroidered with his name as well as his 2nd Dan showing that he was master of the art of Goutetsu Do Karate. His hands were unwrapped, looking callous as the hands of a Karate Ka should as he sighed making his way off down the main street of the village, surely hearing the commotion taking place, as he could hear for quite a distance.

Obviously something was up, Shenjie thought to himself, listening to the sounds around him as his blind eyes were non-functional and his tremor sensing ability fed him information through the ground. He wanted to know what was happening, what the environment looked like, and more importantly where he was going, as he was indeed blind, but his ability to read subtle vibrations and able to formulate sounds through a form of sonar like hearing, Shenjie did his best to sense where he was. As far as he could tell, as I’m sure this is all happening within Shenjie’s hearing radius (as the previous Tsuchikage had heard the sounds, and consequently that would put them in a Shitakuma’s range if an average person could hear them I would wager XD). Shenjie analyzed the sounds that he was hearing, trying to decipher what was going on as it was hard to pick up conversation with so many voices speaking out. Shenjie heard something about Godric, whom he was very familiar with, and knew that this must have been a riot much like the one he had seen earlier when the young Uchiha boy had been elected as the Tsuchikage. “Oh brother…” He muttered as he discerned that there was a crowd forming, and as he got closer it was much clearer that this was indeed the case.

Shenjie slowly stopped relying on his hearing, focusing on his tremor sense now that he was close enough to feel the crowd’s obvious vibrations being created. Being within range, (as again Lord Fifth was able to get there in enough movement to see the crowd…and I assume they haven’t moved too far from the original position.) Shenjie could feel himself getting heated up as he would stop about 20 meters from the crowd, hearing what sounded like a woman’s cry. Shenjie was definitely a gentleman and from what he could tell of the pattern created by the people, through his tremor sense, he could see that they were circulating around a single fellow. Shenjie felt his body preparing as he broke into a full on sprint. Shenjie was aware that he had a layer of crowd to get through; however he knew that he would be able to do it if he used his power. It was time to protect the people of this village, and show them what their blind beast looked like, Shenjie thought to himself as he quickly charged forward with all his might, focusing his Ki down into his feet as he jumped up into a high flying kick that was aimed about head level of the crowd on average, making sure to aim his kick for a place where there were NO abnormally tall people or animals, or even objects as he felt the ground at the point of takeoff, being close enough to sense things like height.

“DYNAMIC ENTRY!” Shenjie shouted dramatically as he swiftly flew above the crowd, hoping to plow through them to get to the center. He felt his body attempting to plow through this crowd of rowdy people, or more so over them as he threw his kick with charged zealous that could hopefully get him to the front of the crowd. His ridiculously overdone facial expression as probably enough to express how effortlessly natural the movement of the dynamic entry felt as he knew that he durability of one’s head, with a non-prepared stance in this crowd would prove easy to get through; however if worst came to play, Shenjie would turn his attacking leg over to change the nature of the kick to that of a turning ax kick like Do Mawashi Geri; which would allow him to connect with the face or the top of the head of one of the people below to send him propelling forward as he used his hearing to discern where he was hitting, making sure not to strike prematurely and hit the people he was trying to get to in the center. If he was able to progress this far, he would surely hear the declaration of Hiroji-Sama towards the other fellow in the middle. Shenjie eidetic memory made it much easier to recognize the voice of the fellow who was the Tsuchikage as he leaned his body forward to being his hands towards the ground to perform a simple forward roll to his feet as he would virtually be 4 or so meters away from each individual at this rate (I’m just gauging off of Jimmy here, sorry Coal T-T) “Lord Hiroji, your Blind Beast has arrive!” Shenjie would say with a short thumbs up assuming the second Goutetsu stance as he prepared himself for his orders as a Genin under Hiroji-Sama.

Effect: Without this Jutsu the Clan is capable of just listening with sharpen hearing. What this Jutsu does is by using the chakra along their eardrum, labyrinth system, as well as the outer ear of the body the user makes their ear into something of a sonar. This sonar system enables the brain to remember certain points by sound wave frequencies that hits the ear from a pebble hitting the water, to a person walking along grass. The Sonar system enables the Shitakuma clan to basically see. This is greatly used when Rain falls down for every time a drop hits the ground it emits a sound so basically they are capable to see for the first time in their lives. When first learned the distance that one is capable of understanding and remembering is the distance of fifty meters. After each time learned the distance goes up by twenty meters.
Special: The first time learned the user must do the signs of Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Ram. After the first time there would be no need for the seals.
Drawback: Must be trained into this more then once. Without the proper training of a technique such as Kusokesuni and Advanced version sounds could cause dizziness or damage to the user. The sounds to create this must be sounds that are greatly abrupt and fast which must be near the ear like a Flash/Bang grenade.
Description: When sound frequencies hit the ear it creates a sonar in which the mind remembers in a certain distance until the sound waves hit the ear once again. It looks as if the user is capable of seeing in such a way but it is just a technique that enables the user to know where to go and how far objects are at. They are capable of seeing shapes, and size, but the thing is they are not capable of seeing defined objects.
Limit: Only a technique for the Shitakuma Clan

This technique does not work on water, sand, or metal or ice. The ground is to loose for the user to see the vibrations along the ground, or is to concentrated which creates less vibrations.
Description: When first learned the user is capable of seeing in a radius of five meters. After each time learned it increases by ten meters. When ever the user steps, or when another steps in the radius of tremor sense, the mind of the user picks up the vibrations along the feet creating a somewhat of a picture of the user. Since people have water constricted within their own bodies as well as metalic components of the body a user could see the movements of the body in blur like motion, where they can guess if an attack is coming towards them. This is the beginning stage of the tremor sense technique and is the foundation of the tremor sense techniques. When learned their is a thirty percent chance that the user is capable of defending against melee attacks within arms reach. This however does not mean that after each attack someone comes forth to role a die. It just means that the chances of trying to stop melee attacks is not as well or as concentrated as one would wish it to be.
Limit: Anyone can learn, but it takes an extreme amount of chakra unless they master earth techniques or is part of the Shitakuma clan. Can only be learned if learning the blind way of life.

Boxers Mentality

Effect: By fighting on and on, a boxer becomes more proficient when an attack may come by. This happens usually when the boxer becomes unable to see the attack. However by being in combat for so much they can feel when an attack is coming making them less able to be flanked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the "C" Rank version they must be "C" Class, if they wish to learn the "B" Rank version they must be "B" Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the Boxer is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a "D" Class user that knows this technique cannot use this against an opponent that is "C" Class or higher.

[Jimarai Kotetsu]

Well, this is going to be fun Jimarai thought to himself, a wry smile playing upon his lips.

The man stumbled back into another woman, also wearing a purple forehead protector - A mark of some kind, though he could not discern what - that others in the crowd seemed to be wearing, and the building in front of him was adorned with this decoration as well. Some kind of of a HQ perhaps?

But that did not matter at the moment. People were starting to ring around him, drawing their attention from the pregnant woman, and cries started to ring out. Jim dropped into the Iaijutsu stance, his legs bent, ducking down, his left hand on his scabbard, his right drawn across his body, lightly gripping the handle of his sword.

At this moment, a great fireball came towards him and people in the crowd had parted and shielded their eyes and faces from any blast. Just as Jimarai readied himself to spring out of the way and absorb some of the damage, the great fireball fizzled out into the shape of a man who now stood before him some 5 metres away and began to address him.

The man bore a red vest, and unmistakable Uchiha eyes. If it was the Kage or not was unknown to him, but at a guess he would say it was by his authoritative tone.

"Aye ... I'm with you. Perhaps you can fill me in after this is taken care of..."

And at that, a second shinobi jumped into the fray. Reckless would have been too light of a word to describe this man, plowing through the crowd with a flying kick, and then bounding about over to Jimarai and who he confirmed was now the Tsuchikage by this new shinobi. He looked adept at Taijutsu, something that would be helpful in the given situation, whereas Jim doubted if he could suppress a crowd with his ninjutsu. He had a certain lethality to most of his jutsu, or at the very least restraint properties, but that was for 1 individual, not a crowd .... Unless ....


Turning his back on the two shinobi he looked out into the crowd, ready to dodge any incoming missiles. When he was satisfied he didn't need to defend himself just for the moment, Jim would flash a few seals, channeling his chakra into the earth around him, and beneath his feet. As though rising from two platforms beneath the ground, two replica copies of himself rose, shaking some dirt and debris out of their hair.

Readying himself, Jim clasped both hands together, as did his two clones, ready to mould chakra and perform their defensive jutsu if required.

Iaijutsu Stance

Description: The practitioner moves into a bow stance, their main hand resting over the hilt of the sword without gripping it, and their offhand resting just under the hilt on the sheath; they stand slightly crouched, able to easily move to a kneeling of standing position for their forms.
Restrictions: Must have a Senpai/Sensei of a Kenjutsu Dojo to learn.

Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu - Rock Clone Technique[80]
Rank: B, C-rank for additional training.
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Using their understanding of the earth and minerals within it, the user is capable of bringing those components to the surface, compacting and shaping them into a perfect clone of the user.
Special: Handseals - Dragon, Snake, Ox, Goat, Snake
Drawback: Because of the dense material they are composed of, the clones are rather slow moving when compared to the average shinobi. A source of earth is also needed. (Meaning, if you are in a ship in the middle of the ocean, you will not be able to use this.) In addition, due to the amount of chakra taken to harden and sculpt the earth, only a maximum of five clones can be created per round.
Description: After performing the proper handseals, the user’s chakra surges into the earth, compacting it tightly to form stone. This stone then surfaces and sculpts itself, becoming an exact copy of the user. When first learned, the user has the ability to create two clones. This amount will also increase naturally depending on the difficulty class of the user. The Clones are capable of using any technique affiliated to their element.
D --- 2 clones
C --- 4 clones
B --- 6 clones
A --- 8 clones
S --- 10 clones

For C-rank training, the user can also increase the amount of clones created by one, up to a maximum 20 clones.
Being composed of stone, these clones are much more stable and durable than most others. Depending on the difficult class of the user, they can take so many hits before losing their form and crumbling. Note that if the attacks these clones take are TaiJutsu, the amount is reduced by one. This means while a clone at C rank might be able to take 2 C-rank Ninjutsu, 1 C-rank Taijutsu strike will shatter it. Unless there is an attack that states otherwise, thrown weaponry and stabbing/slashing weaponry count as D-rank attacks. Bludgeoning weapons (such as hammers or clubs) are C-rank strikes. This is because it is easier to smash a stone then it is cut it. The formula is that for each rank in difficulty the user is, the clone may take two strikes of that level, or any combination, as long as the following applies: 1 S = 2 A = 4 B = 8 C = 16 D. (One difficulty class equals two of the previous) Ex. At B rank, a clone would be able to take 1 B-rank strike, and 2 C-ranks. Alternatively, it could take 2 C-ranks and 4 D-ranks. Many combinations are possible, as long as they add up.

[OOC. Okay, first off, the post order. Hiroji, Jimarai, then Shenjie, and finally me. Next order of business. Shenjie, you know you can’t attack in an entrance post, ever. So, gonna have to penalize you for that. You won’t like it. I hadn’t been planning to add meters and such, but since they’ve been brought into the picture, I guess I will. Finally, don’t control my NPCs, that’s why I’m the GM. Other than that, let’s get out there and have some fun.

Before this post, Hiroji was around 30-40 meters away roughly from the crowd. Jimarai was in the crowd, 2 meters from the nearest member on his right, the man who recognized him. Shenjie, you are entering, so I will say you were twenty meters away. All of you are well within your movement areas to reach the crowd.]

Chaos. The only word that could describe the night now was chaos, and it occurred much faster than anyone could have imagined, starting with a kick and ending in a ball of fire. The crowd was sure to erupt.

[Hiroji]

At two blocks away, your glance would be a tough customer, that you can be sure. However, you are indeed able to discern a thing or two with your skill, although not much more than a thing or two. First you notice that even though he appears scrawny in some respect, his body is actually very taut and corded with muscle that you can make out, with some help from the Sharingan Eyes. This suggests that he is a martial fighter, rather than one that relies heavily on Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. While you can’t necessarily determine if that blade on his hip is any use, you can determine that he knows how to use it, from his own body language and footing, along with the fact that he is not afraid to step in the center of the crowd.

You technique is a success, at least in the respect that you were able to pull it off without interruption, as the crowd is focused on the Former Iwakage. A great ball of fire that you are, you race down the two blocks to the target location, appearing before the crowd in a blaze of glory. Your path is alight with flames, as this technique still requires fire, and those flames are accompanied by the screams of those who were knocked down and aside as they burn. Three citizens writhe in flames on the very streets, their clothing burning from or melting to their own melting flesh. You would be unable to voice your question due to interruption however, as another boy would blast through, crashing into Jimarai if he doesn’t move quickly enough.

[Jimarai]

Recognized and outed, the people turned on Jimarai and they were swift about it. Already they were raising their weapons, prepared to strike, and the only thing that stopped them was the burst of flames and grand entrance of the current Kage, Hiroji. The crowd backed away a step, the squelch of blood could be heard with each step, although whose blood it was could be questionable. Neither would get to utter their phrases to each other, as that would be a bit improbably at this moment, due to the flying youngster who had made a fatal error in footing.

The slick of blood could be heard all over, so it was almost impossible to hear the boy who came flying in with no regard to situation or environment. In this, Jimarai would be assaulted by one of their own, a teammate, as his body flipped through the air toward him in a way that would quite knock him over. A garbled yell pierced the air before that, but only just before, and that was the only warning. [You have one movement to evade Shenjie]. Additionally, the added interruption of a foolish attack would cause your preparations to never come to fruition.

[Shenjie]

Your previous judgement of the area was correct in a way, knowing the distance to the crowd, knowing the woman was in danger, but not knowing that you would be too late. The blow was struck as you sprinted, then the rising shouts and a fireball explodes nearby from the sound and heat on your face. Screams would fill the streets as people burned, joining the symphony that was already filling the air with sounds of chaos. Of course, while focusing your tremor senses, you would be able to determine the direction of the scream, make your way that way, but you would have no idea about the environment it seems.

Blood and bodies all throughout the streets that you sprinted through, ignore other chaos throughout the district, or even the surroundings when it came to litter or, in this case, blood. As you leaped, prepared to shout your entry into the fray, you would slip on the blood. Partially airborne, hovering only a few feet from the ground, you would definitely push through the crowd, as they had not surrounded Jimarai when you rushed in just yet. You were now the first projectile for him to dodge, however, he was watching to make sure he would not have to dodge others before him, instead of watching his back as well. If he avoids you, you will land next to the pregnant woman who is bleeding from the head on the floor. If not, you will crash into the former Iwakage, perhaps even knocking him down. Either way, you will receive one point of damage and a bruised ego.

[OOC: Your distance from each other and the NPCs at the end of this post: Hiroji is 5 meters from Jimarai and 1 meter or less from the crowd at his back, 6 meters from the crowd on the other side of Jimarai, and 2 meters from the pregnant woman, and either 5 meter from Shenjie or 7 meters from Shenjie, who is picking himself up from either crashing into Jimarai or landing next to the pregnant woman.

Jimarai is 5 meters from Hiroji, 6 meters from the crowd on the other side of Hiroji, 1 meter or less from the crowd before him, 2 meters from the pregnant woman on the floor, and either 0 meters or 2 meters from Shenjie depending on if he dodges or is struck by Shenjie's body.

Shenjie is either 0 meters or two meters from Jimarai pending the collision or dodge, 5 meters or 7 meters from Hiroji pending dodge or collision, 0 meters or 2 meters from the pregnant woman pending dodge or collision, 1 meter from Jimarai's half of the crowd and 6 or 8 meters from Hiroji's half of the crowd.

Now remember, you don't attack in your entry post and you don't control my NPCs, this will result in a penalty and next time it won't be so light.]

The Tsuchikage Stands

A grand entrance marred by the foolish entrance of an over enthusiastic man of unkown origins. Hold on a second, this guy looked familiar! Hiroji thought back to the speech he gave at the castle and remembered that his guy was there. How droll. For t a man such as this to be one of his supporters was, well it was something. Hiroji, if anything, decided to make use of the time he was given as the man who was clearly a freak drove himself into the fray and he formed some quick hand signs in succession. It was time to make use of some genjutsu. First he buffed himself with a technique used to increase the effectiveness of genjutsu, the favours focus jutsu, he activated it upon himself with a touch of his body. Next he had to contend with the crowd and what better way to contend with them than to become one of them? With a quick body flicker Hiroji would flicker to a position just a couple meters behind the crowd and form a few more hand signs, this time for the face in the crowd jutsu in an attempt to hide himself amoungst the very rioters he was facing off against.

If everything went correctly then the crowd would see him as one of their own. His face would be distorted, the illusion of a face marred with anger and soot, as well as the appearance of an imaginary velvet headband matching the ones worn by the rioters would appear on his forehead, but that's only if everything went to plan. If not then at least he was behind his opponent's.

One of the downsides of his jutsu, if it worked, was that he would most likely be confused with actual rioters and if the two who appeared to maybe be on his side, at least one of them was, were to see him they themselves would think him a rioter. Such was the risk but the benefit that it could have was great. He could only hope his luck was enough for everything to fall into place. That said, he was aware of what he just did. He knew he just accidentally attacked a few civilians and it tore him up inside but he wasn't strong enough to take all these guys down without such sacrifice. He wasn't Godric but he was getting there. He just needed time.

OOC: I know it was meant to be a punishment of Jin but it actually made him more like Might Guy, I can just picture the scene acting out like the time Guy kicked Jiriya in the face :/

Effect: A jutsu that increases the difficulty of Illusions against the affected person.

Description: Affects 5 creature creatures per Class level, medium size or smaller. The user is able to perform this technique on the target they touch. The duration of this technique is permanent. This technique may be negated. This Jutsu requires a dangerous action for most GenJutsu users, a successful melee attack. If the save against this Jutsu is successful, the target remains unaware that Favour's Focus tried to affect them, though the user may have seen the Jutsu performed or been aware of the attack. Only 1 Favour's Focus, regardless of Jutsu Rank, can be in effect on a given target at any one time. If a second one targets someone already effected by one, both are instantly Dispelled. A user can have only 5 Favoured per Class Level at one time. To create another Favoured, one of the others must be released. The user determines which one. If any Favoured has the favour Dispelled or otherwise escapes it, the user knows immediately (although no other information is relayed; the user knows only of the Jutsus's loss)

Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.

[Jimarai Kotetsu]

The ball of fire erupted before the former Iwakage, still semi crouched, ready to react in his Iaijutsu stance, a figure appearing from it. It was no jutsu Jimarai had ever seen, but he looked friendly enough, despite a few of the civilians writhing in his wake from several burns.

But there was little more time to assess the situation when a quick yell jerked Jim's attention away from the man before him. A flying man, foot outstretched, careened towards him at high velocity. There wasn't a great deal of time, but as Jimarai was already at the crouch, his instinct was to drop into a forward roll with some help from his reflex training in the dojo to avoid this attacker.

If successful, Jimarai would roll forward, next to the man who appeared from the fireball, re-enter his stance and keep his eyes upon the crowd, and if possible, this lone wolf attacker who tried to do him harm.

[The Blind Beast]

It seemed that Shenjie’s hot-blooded fiery youth had gotten a little too hot as he had thrown himself right towards the fellow he had been trying to reach from the beginning as he had obviously made a lapse in judgement, thought it was too late to regret it now. Shenjie used his slipping momentum, letting the naturally well balanced liquid within his ear help him maintain ballast as he threw himself into the kick with much more control as he did his best to maintain ballast; which was the key to making it from one point to another as his dynamic entry shout rang through the crowded street. He was so glad when he felt the sudden change in acceleration as he felt the fellow moving and rolling forward, but alas that meant he would have nothing to stop his momentum as he felt himself falling to the ground. Shenjie had to let his body naturally find it’s balance and center of gravity as he quickly leaned forward using his hands to handspring forward, recovering. Rotating his body letting his body shift as he could feel a bit of strain on his wrists as he landed upright, feeling a bit ashamed of himself for not being more focused; however when youth called, Shenjie knew he would have to answer.

Shenjie could feel again as his feet were indeed back intact with the ground. He could feel the crowd, sense where the fellow who had just spit out of a hot fireball was and where the other fellow who had rolled out of his way had moved too. “Sorry about that dude! Sometimes you have to take on challenges with hot blooded Passionate Youth, you only get so much!” Shenjie said as he turned his attention to the woman who was on the ground. “dear madam, You’re brave Blind Beast Shenjie has come to rescue you,” Shenjie said offering a thumbs up and a twinkling blind smile as he offered to pick up the woman as his first priority was to save this poor woman who had been stuck in such poor circumstances. It was sad to see such atrocity and truly unsightly behavior when there was so much youth to be had. Shenjie mentally knew that he would have to do something about this crowd, but alas they were more worried about the people behind him and he could only save so many people at a time, the women and her child would come first. “Ma’am are you hurt, do you need assistance?” Shenjie asked as he felt for her heartbeat through the vibrations in the ground making sure to remain aware of what was going on with the other two and the crowds forming. He was preparing for combat as he was about to move this woman if she would allow and then it would be time to unleash the beast.

Effect: Without this Jutsu the Clan is capable of just listening with sharpen hearing. What this Jutsu does is by using the chakra along their eardrum, labyrinth system, as well as the outer ear of the body the user makes their ear into something of a sonar. This sonar system enables the brain to remember certain points by sound wave frequencies that hits the ear from a pebble hitting the water, to a person walking along grass. The Sonar system enables the Shitakuma clan to basically see. This is greatly used when Rain falls down for every time a drop hits the ground it emits a sound so basically they are capable to see for the first time in their lives. When first learned the distance that one is capable of understanding and remembering is the distance of fifty meters. After each time learned the distance goes up by twenty meters.
Special: The first time learned the user must do the signs of Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Ram. After the first time there would be no need for the seals.
Drawback: Must be trained into this more then once. Without the proper training of a technique such as Kusokesuni and Advanced version sounds could cause dizziness or damage to the user. The sounds to create this must be sounds that are greatly abrupt and fast which must be near the ear like a Flash/Bang grenade.
Description: When sound frequencies hit the ear it creates a sonar in which the mind remembers in a certain distance until the sound waves hit the ear once again. It looks as if the user is capable of seeing in such a way but it is just a technique that enables the user to know where to go and how far objects are at. They are capable of seeing shapes, and size, but the thing is they are not capable of seeing defined objects.
Limit: Only a technique for the Shitakuma Clan

Description: When first learned the user is capable of seeing in a radius of five meters. After each time learned it increases by ten meters. When ever the user steps, or when another steps in the radius of tremor sense, the mind of the user picks up the vibrations along the feet creating a somewhat of a picture of the user. Since people have water constricted within their own bodies as well as metalic components of the body a user could see the movements of the body in blur like motion, where they can guess if an attack is coming towards them. This is the beginning stage of the tremor sense technique and is the foundation of the tremor sense techniques. When learned their is a thirty percent chance that the user is capable of defending against melee attacks within arms reach. This however does not mean that after each attack someone comes forth to role a die. It just means that the chances of trying to stop melee attacks is not as well or as concentrated as one would wish it to be.
Limit: Anyone can learn, but it takes an extreme amount of chakra unless they master earth techniques or is part of the Shitakuma clan. Can only be learned if learning the blind way of life.

Effect: This technique allows the user to sense if someone is or is not lieing, by sensing the vibrations of the body as well as heart rythm.

Drawback: If the opponent has special techniques that enables a calm body and heart, there is a chance that the user will not know if the person is lieing.

Description: By placing the hand of the user within the distance instructed or upon the opponent, the user sees the heart and body vibrations where the user is capable of seeing if the opponent is leing or not. In the mind of the user they are capable of seeing a cyloyte of the person as the body vibrations shoot in all directions

Boxers Mentality

Effect: By fighting on and on, a boxer becomes more proficient when an attack may come by. This happens usually when the boxer becomes unable to see the attack. However by being in combat for so much they can feel when an attack is coming making them less able to be flanked.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the "C" Rank version they must be "C" Class, if they wish to learn the "B" Rank version they must be "B" Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the Boxer is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a "D" Class user that knows this technique cannot use this against an opponent that is "C" Class or higher.

Shenjie was successful in his recovery, rather expertly, as he landed next to the woman and proposed to ask her a question or two. However, there would be no response from the body as it twitched a little on the floor, the pool of blood growing slowly, but steadily. If any had an inkling of medical knowledge, they would know that she was bleeding out from the head wound, a fatal trauma that would claim her life soon, if she did not receive medical attention. If none had any medical knowledge, then she would possibly die, although perhaps a bit of observation could help as well.

Jimarai would evade Shenjie with a bit of skill all his own, rolling through the street and recovering next to Hiroji, although that was short lived. Hiroji would vanish a split second later, completely unseen by anyone afterwards, as he would successfully execute his Genjutsu and Shunshin combination. He would execute it so successfully, that Jimarai would now see him as part of the crowd when looked upon, as would all others, save for Shenjie, who could not see in the first place with his eyes. Now it was merely two versus all, as it seemed like the current Iwakage has run away. But take solace in the fact that the crowd has not left and they have recovered, plus they still hate you, and it would seem that they are attacking.

With the two of you now in their circle, they would close the gaps, then begin to press from all sides. Only a few at a time would move in, as this was a tactic of cowards and only the bravest of them would strike out first. Two from the front, two from the back, and one from each side to total six, all one meter away from you both; considering you are both less than a meter apart now. The front two men held torches, swinging them in a high and clumsy downward arc, easily avoided by those with a Shinobi’s skill, almost like child’s play. The on the sides, one would go for Jimarai [Left/club] and the other would go for Shenjie [right/pitchfork]. The one with the club attacking Jimarai from his right side would swing horizontal, hoping to catch the man in the back shoulder, a backhanded swing that was slow and clumsy as well. Pitchfork would stab for Shenjie on his left side, it was low and slightly arcing upward, a man who was used to hay and not combat. The last two did not attack, looking nervous, waiting on the outskirts, but closer to both of you.

The Tsuchikage Stands

Things seemed to have gone perfectly to this point. It seemed as though his genjutsu had worked but to what extent, he couldn't know. He just had to assume that the potential allies he had were just as vexed as the rioters he was blending in with. The Godric supporters began to surround Jimarai and the oaf, completely ignoring him. Perfect. Free to do as he pleased Hiroji sought to improve his enemies enemy, casting two quick genjutsu upon them to improve their speed. Second he decided to make enemies of the rioters again and he took in a deep breath as he prepared a fire jutsu special to his clan, the Fire Phoenix. As he formed the hand signs for this jutsu he thought about adding kunai to the technique but decided against it. Instead the rioters would be slammed with small fireballs in rapid succession as Hiroji leapt as high as he could to gain an angle on the assailants behind the two Stone Shinobi. Six Godric Supporters? Not a problem. Hiroji could fire fifteen fireballs in total so that number was nothing. Each supporter would receive two fire balls to the torso strong enough to cause some damage but not enough to be lethal so he had no concerns about killing anyone.

Rolling back into a crouching position, Jim clasped his hands together, ready to act, when the man beside him disappeared. Smart man ... this situation is escalating

As the crowd pressed in around him he noted that the flying jump kick artist was also in the fray of people closing around. Perhaps he was an ally after all, albeit a poor one. But there was no time.

Flashing some quick seals, he could feel himself sinking into the earth, as though into water, his intention to exfiltrate himself and get a better vantage point to see how he could best help. The woman from before was now out of sight behind the crowd, but Jimarai knew roughly where she was.

He continued to sink through the earth until he was submerged, the earth moulding around him, allowing him to swim through it as though it were a lake. He had held his breath, and moved to where she roughly was, reaching a hand up to grab her by the arm, he would extend his chakra into her, over and around her, and then quickly yank down, trying to pull her under with him.

If successful, he would resurface behind the building with the purple banner on it with the woman and assess her wounds if the coast was clear.

If he was unsuccessful in grabbing the woman, he would proceed to the rear of the building regardless, prepared to make his next move to quell the crowd. At least he had tried to help.

Shenjie could feel the fading heartbeat of the woman whom had been struck, the scent of death filling the air as Shenjie turned 180 degrees, unable to do anything as he got into a fighting pose. The fellow whom had dodged his slip moments before went underground, doing something hopefully helpful to this woman as Shenjie figured he would be fighting this crowd by himself. Inhaling deeply, Shenjie let his instincts takeover as he prepared himself, letting the people move in as they seemed ready to fight.

Shenjie approached as suddenly the person in the front with the torch seemed to be waving it vertically like an idiot, as Shenjie tilted his body to the side, reaching his hand inward to block at the hand with his left hand as he placed his RIGHT foot forward as he was naturally a southpaw. Throwing a right-handed jab right into the fellow’s noggin, Shenjie would lower his blocking hand to grab the fellow’s clothing, pulling him in front of his left side so that the pitchfork strike, which Shenjie felt following him as he would use the fellow as a Shield before jumping up into a spinning axe kick attempting to clobber the fellow’s head before rolling over landing on his feet with his excellent balance. He quickly stood his ground daring anyone else to attack as he felt the fellow moving underground doing his things, and he was ready to take on the whole crowd.

Effect: Without this Jutsu the Clan is capable of just listening with sharpen hearing. What this Jutsu does is by using the chakra along their eardrum, labyrinth system, as well as the outer ear of the body the user makes their ear into something of a sonar. This sonar system enables the brain to remember certain points by sound wave frequencies that hits the ear from a pebble hitting the water, to a person walking along grass. The Sonar system enables the Shitakuma clan to basically see. This is greatly used when Rain falls down for every time a drop hits the ground it emits a sound so basically they are capable to see for the first time in their lives. When first learned the distance that one is capable of understanding and remembering is the distance of fifty meters. After each time learned the distance goes up by twenty meters.
Special: The first time learned the user must do the signs of Dragon, Rabbit, Dragon, Ram. After the first time there would be no need for the seals.
Drawback: Must be trained into this more then once. Without the proper training of a technique such as Kusokesuni and Advanced version sounds could cause dizziness or damage to the user. The sounds to create this must be sounds that are greatly abrupt and fast which must be near the ear like a Flash/Bang grenade.
Description: When sound frequencies hit the ear it creates a sonar in which the mind remembers in a certain distance until the sound waves hit the ear once again. It looks as if the user is capable of seeing in such a way but it is just a technique that enables the user to know where to go and how far objects are at. They are capable of seeing shapes, and size, but the thing is they are not capable of seeing defined objects.
Limit: Only a technique for the Shitakuma Clan

Drawback: If the opponent has special techniques that enables a calm body and heart, there is a chance that the user will not know if the person is lieing.

Effect: By fighting on and on, a boxer becomes more proficient when an attack may come by. This happens usually when the boxer becomes unable to see the attack. However by being in combat for so much they can feel when an attack is coming making them less able to be flanked.

Drawback: The user may only learn this technique by the class that they are. This means that in order to learn the "C" Rank version they must be "C" Class, if they wish to learn the "B" Rank version they must be "B" Class.
Description: A technique where the subconscious mind, where the subconscious body reacts just as they are attacked while flanked or while their back is turn. The body reacts in such a way to where they are capable of withstanding so much. This technique makes it where the Boxer is incapable of being surprised attacked, a sudden second sense kicks in as their body screams out to them yelling at them telling them to move, duck, dodge or anything else within that manner. This works on whenever they are being attacked. This technique however has a major flaw. The user is capable of dodging only whenever the opponent's class is equal or lower to that of the rank of the technique they know. This means that a "D" Class user that knows this technique cannot use this against an opponent that is "C" Class or higher.

Effect: A quick, straight punch thrown with the lead hand from the guard position.

Description: Picture Stand with your feet hip distance apart. Step your right foot back 18-24 inches with the weight of your right leg on the ball of your foot (right heel is somewhat elevated and the knees are slightly bent). Bring your right fist close to your right cheek bone and your left fist slightly in front of it about jaw height. Pull your elbows in towards your ribs so that they line up somewhat below your fists. Push off of the ball of the right foot, bend the left knee slightly and start to extend the left hand in a pushing type motion (there should be a subtle rotation as your left hand goes forward your right shoulder moves back). You may also rotate the fist so that when it reaches the desired destination your left palm will be facing down. Retract the left hand as fast as you extended it and return to the original position. Remember before punching relax the hand, snap it forward and clinch before making contact. Do your best to strike with the first two knuckles and keep your wrist in neutral position upon impact. Aim six to eight inches beyond your target. Extend the arm only about 90-95 percent. Keep your chin tucked down toward your chest--this protects your jaw from exposure to being hit. Bring your hand back as fast as you throw it. Move your head on an angle as you throw the punch.

[OOC: Guys remember, these are normal people rioting, they are not very strong or durable. Additionally, you are not to kill any of them, as you are subduing via non-lethal means, so I really hope some of you possess some kind of first aid knowledge…]

[Hiroji]

Beneficial genjutsu would affect those that Hiroji had targeted for the simple fact that they boosted, instead of harmed, and could not trigger a response from the will of the target. His next plan of action would be met with a hitch or three however, as this was a crowd that he was in the back of, and not just a few people. Fireballs would fly from his hand without issue, yet only a few would reach their target, two of the men standing in the back not attacking and one who was attack Jimarai. The rest would strike down the crowd as they broke into a panic from the first launching, as normal people who have little experience in combat with Shinobi, or perhaps none at all. The scream of a man in great pain was heard briefly, along with the screams of those who were burned, seconds before the mob began to flee in all directions. Others throughout the shopping district who had been keen on the commotion previous, now panicked as well, the streets erupting from controlled chaos to mayhem in a matter of moments.

[Jimarai]

Jimairai would melt into the very earth moments before a swipe would enter the space he had occupied previously, striking nothing but air, leaving his attackers dumbfounded for a second before fireballs struck them down and ignited their clothing. Only moments before that, Jimarai would feel a power was over him, his body had become quicker, stronger in some way that affected his speed in a positive manner. Now, as he swam through the earth, he would successfully acquire the woman who was bleeding on the ground, pulling her through the earth, then whisking her to the relative safety behind the building. A single man was hiding behind that building with a purple banner, although he had no headband on himself, and it was clear he was afraid of those who had the Mark of Godric. What you can gather of her condition is that she is not doing well, pale skin and a lot of blood, along with the fact that she is moaning weakly. He can tell that she is closing in on death, but he cannot tell exactly how close, as Jimarai lacks the medical know how. A lot more commotion can be heard back in the shopping district proper, as if all hell broke loose, and then it died rather swiftly, much lower than it had been previously.

[Shenjie]

Shenjie was fast, he would feel even faster before the crowd had a chance to attack, a power washing over him like no other. Delivered from his ally, he would feel his speed increase, and it seemed that it was going to last for a while. As the first attack, Shenjie was successful in stopping the attack, blocking the blow and causing the man to drop his torch. A quick strike dazed the rioter, making the final movements a success as well, placing the man in the way of his comrade with the pitchfork. As the prongs from the fork pierced the man’s flesh, he let out scream of pain, the two prongs piercing through the man’s torso from back to front. The spinning axe kick knocked the man out cold, even as his comrade sat dazed that he had stabbed his fellow, unable to move and simply releasing the pitchfork to back away; the pierced man dropped like a bale of hay in a state of critical condition. Shenjie’s landing was flawless and the crowd was fleeing in all directions, some on fire and one laying nearly dead, dying with every moment. True chaos.

[PvE]

Many began to surrender now that shinobi began to intervene, dropping their weapons and leaving the civilians alone, who previously were beating those who did not submit to their will. Others moved in to attack, striking those who surrendered if they passed them, hell bent on showing the people that these Shinobi, Kage or not, were nothing to be feared for Godric was on their side. They chanted as they pushed forward toward Shenjie, who seemed to be the only shinobi in the area they could target, as both the Kage and Previous Kage had seemed to vanish. All of these men carried machete, some with a few blood stains on the blade, and they looked as if they meant business. They could see their comrade on the floor, pierced through his body, and others on fire writhing and screaming on the ground.

“These Shinobi would have us dead! Burned! Godric protected us! Where is this other Kage? This Hiroji?! HE FLED! Kill them all before THEY. KILL. US.”

A man stood now, blond hair passed his shoulders, blue eyes and a powerful physique. His voice boomed and it was clear that it was the work of chakra, easy to tell even without really looking for it, for no man can be that loud without. He was a shinobi, formerly of the Godric regime, and a Chunin for those that had been around for that era. Now he wore nothing of that sort, merely pants, boots, and a purple long sleeve. The Mark of Godric was on his head as well, but one was tattooed on his right hand as well. Some kind of hierarchy it would seem and this man seemed to be in charge. The others listened to him, those not in a panic who had not surrendered so easily.

The Tsuchikage Stands

When it came down to it, for Hiroji, not killing someone was merely beating them to the point nearest to death without it being so. He once asked himself just a moment ago what kind of leader walks in the blood of his own people? The answer was obvious. A weak leader. In truth, Hiroji was weak. He relied on others to do his bidding for him, he relied on others so that he could gain power, he relied on others for the simply act of living day to day. He was weak, but was that so bad? Was needing others really a sign of weakness? Today it was but Hiroji was adamant that he would become stronger so that this day need not repeat itself. Still, that was a long way off. Today was here and now, he had to act and by god he would act. If the villagers desired violence, he would give it to them. He would become a figure head of violence. Hiroji beat them down? Hiroji killed them? These people had yet to see anything of the sort. Hiroji, when needed, could and would become a god of death and destruction capable of raining down death upon the populous but he would not show that today for today he was a Kage and a Kage did not wish death upon his people.

Flicking through a set of hand signs Hiroji spoke up against the blond man decreeing him a coward, the shinobi in the crowd of civilians. "You there!" He bellowed, the second time he had addressed someone as such this day. He allowed his genjutsu from previous drop as he activated a second against this chuunin. "You seem to under the impression that I, Hiroji Uchiha, am a coward and a murderer. I rebuke these claims." Hiroji tipped his hat from beneath his brim with his right hand before pointing toward him with his index finger. "I declare that YOU are the evil one, the murderer and that I am merely quelling the violence YOU started against YOUR fellow countrymen!" Denoucning the man's actions, Hiroji allowed his genjutsu to work it's magic and float over him, washing his mind and emotion with thoughts of guilt and shame. He wouldn't stop there either. The men seemed to rally behind this man, doing his bidding. Hiroji needed to make use of that and have this man stand down of his own accord so that he could instead work on saving those already injured.

More hand signs, Hiroji didn't even try to hide them. "Stand down now so I won't have to force your hand." With these final words spoken, if everything went to plan then Hiroji's appearance would become one of terrifying proportions as the man was caught in a world of nightmares for an instant. Hopefully this would be enough to cause this man to have second thoughts. The genjutsu he used today was not powerful, in fact they were rather weak, but the more powerful genjutsu were not at his disposal. He had not yet studied them so these small ones were all he had. He was weak after all.

The change happens so fast that many creatures do not consciously sense it all, but a failed save means the sudden shift in perception registers long enough to leave the subject shaken for 5 round per Class Level. Sightless creatures and creatures immune to fear effects are not affected by this Jutsu. In addition, a target that fails the save to resist this Jutsu also takes a -4 penalty on all saves made to resist Jutsus with the fear descriptor for the duration of this Jutsu.
