The last several days had been satisfying for Pavarti. She had managed to purge the mind and soul of a young Hyuuga girl from the body she was now inhabiting. She then murdered every possible witness, while testing the talents and limits of her new physical form. During the time it took for her to close those loose ends, she made sure to stay as emotionless and calm so as not to rouse the bees that dwelled within her physical husk. She ultimately planned to murder a great deal more of the humans that created her pain, anger, and overall resentment for all of their kind. And to think, I once brought peace and prosperity to them. Never again.
In the meantime, she knew there was a need to take control of the hive completely. The same way she could feel emotions, she would feel pain when her body was damaged, and she couldn't gain her revenge if her own body was getting in the way. She sat down cross legged on a roof top in the village center. She rested her hands on her thighs with the palms open and pointed to the sky. Completely relaxed, she closed her eyes and felt the sun warm her skin, even with the cool breeze. Within a few moments she had cleared her mind, and brought the fragments of Sayuri's mind she decided to keep to the forefront of her mind.
Old training habits and sensory input flooded her thoughts, placing Pavarti on the path she desired. Pushing the memory fragments back into the recesses of her mind, she increased the chakra flow of her new body in small increments. Having control of bees was something she was no stranger to, and this would be no different. Once the chakra was flowing quickly, yet smoothly, Pavarti flooded Sayuri's chest cavity with chakra. The bees sensed the increase of chakra and started to become agitated, but were quickly subdued by the influx of chakra.
Pavarti only slowed the chakra once she could feel the bees stop their movements. Focusing on the bees, she began to imbue the bees with her chakra. The bees needed to all carry her chakra signature in order for them to recognize her not only as their hive, but as their queen as well. Her chakra would function as their sustenance for the time being, while also carrying her orders for them through signals and emotions. Using the chakra in this manner, she was telling them remain calm, and eat.
The bees were at ease, and slowly Pavarti began to decrease the chakra that was flowing into their living area and bodies. After a few minutes she stopped the flow of chakra completely. Remaining motionless and mentally focused, she repeated the process once again. The bees were much more receptive to the flood of chakra this time, their reactions to the chakra leaving them at peace instead of in a state of agitation. Once the chakra was removed once again, Pavarti thought she should test her control over the bees.
Sending a small surge of chakra into her chest cavity, she told the bees to leave the hive and congregate on the surface of her skin. The bees moved with one mind, exiting through the opening that ran six inches down the left side of her torso. She explicitly ordered them to only be on the left side of her body. The bees did exactly as ordered, congregating en masse on the left side of her body so that her arm, leg, and face were all covered in a carpet of bees. She sent another surge of chakra to the bees, moving them to the air. They flew less than a foot around her in a counter clockwise cycle. Satisfied she had proper control over them, she ordered them back inside of her body and they retreated to the safety the hive offered.
