Hirame stood in front of the grave of her friend looking down with tears in her eyes as she fell to her knees. She couldn't take  it anymore the time they had spent away from each other. Hirame deeply missed her friend and this pain that consumed her heart was to much to handle all on her lonesome. So she would be reunited with her friend and they could be together again. She raised her hand with index and middle finger together before applying chakra. Creating a blade of chakra she made it as sharp as possible before jamming it in to her throat slitting her neck from the inside as she fell to the ground. Hirame looked up at the tombstone before fading to black.

Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating a wound, limiting the risks of infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest Medical Doctors will not be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
