Rohiko had spent a couple days preparing for this trip to the local archives locally one of the tower branches as she entered the building taking as seat at one of the wooden desks as she noticed someone’s messenger bag just sitting there on the desk. “Hmm…I wonder who this belongs to.” She wondered as she looked around the bag, not really noticing anything out of the ordinary other than the fact that it was sitting there. The chair that was in front of the bag that was beside the very chair she was currently sitting in was pushed in and neatly tucked as if whoever had been sitting there had left. The evidence that was present at the scene made such a theory believable; however she wasn’t quite sure that the person might have had a tendency to push in their chair without having seen them act enough to assume such a tendency. She decided to leave the bag be as he went over to the counter and requested some reading material, simply some medical records that she had written a request for ages ago for some ninja whom had been hospitalized 10-20 years ago. The hospital had its own files stored at the library branches, most of the actual records lying within the Kage’s tower; however public records were still available for doctors at any branch as it were.
Taking the records, she began to look through some of the photographs of surgeries done ages ago as well as medically recorded illnesses and things of that nature. She observed the fact that over 75 % of surgeries 10 years ago resulted in some form of disability, which was a clearly recorded instance of malpractice as some doctors within the clinic had not always been so willing to help the people of the village. She analyzed further into such data, recognizing that there were 20 instances misdiagnosis of poisoning, 5 instances resulting in death. It was up to this point that she remembered that there had not been a specialist for poisons on site up until that point; which would greatly hinder the doctor’s ability to comprehend and recognize poisons. The evidence for the history of both the village and it’s patients were all present in the pages of the medical files that she went through, sorting each alphabetically as she spent a few hours going through them as he worked on profiles, proceeding to more recent files later on as he went, preparing for a long day of paperwork and medical profile records later on in the day.
