After leaving the Kusa Keep once his mission status was accepted, Zeri would wander around Kusagakure for a little bit to try and find himself a nice place to sit up and read his books. People were milling about him as he walked, his mind focused on the mission at hand, not like it was a difficult one. He had three different books on Botany that he bought just for this mission, one for Grassland, Forest, and Urban environments. Luckily they had them in stock, after all the reward for this mission is a really good one. His feet would drag him to the park as he was lost in thought, making a move towards a rather nice tree that had many branches and was rather tall, this would be a nice place to take a rest from his training and instead train his mind. And what a wonderful day to be doing all of this; barely any clouds in the sky, a slight breeze, and just a wonderful shining sun to enjoy. Hopping up into the tree, about halfway up, Zeri would take out the book on Grassland plants and open it up to the first page to begin reading.
His eyes begin scanning through the information held within the book, the first few pages only holding an introductory and some simple information regarding the whereabouts of grasslands and how to determine when you're in them. It's rather ridiculous to put that into a book in Kusa, but this must be a widespread publication; since Kusa is a grassland most of all. As his eyes scan through the pages of the book, he notices that all the information is given in an alphabetical listing, he would rather have it in a regional by what is most common and what is harder to find. Course he'll have to pick up a book on cultivation and the such to be able to use any of these in any proper way; though they all seem to have some interesting properties he could make use of.
Plants like the Acacia, which when the wood is burned helps your mental fortitude stay in tip top shape, and the sap makes a special gum that is used in many ointments. With the wood of a few of those, he'd be able to better keep track of his mind if an enemy uses Genjutsus against him. Though the Acacia wasn't that easy to find, but luckily it would seem to be available in many different regions at the least. This next one though, is rather nice indeed to have around if he was to open a side shop for some extra money. Aconite, otherwise known as wolfbane, which can help ward away Lycanthropy; but it is also highly toxic in many cases. Which if you wanted to clear out some guards or make sure no one was around for a good bar brawl, this would come in handy.
