Koori keep making hand seals. Only now he was holding up different fingers as he would charge chakra into his other hand. Koori now decided to hold up his middle finger and index finger together. He charged chakra in to his right hand. He was successful.

Koori tried again and again. This time, He would use his ring, middle, and index finger and charge lightning chakra into his right hand. Koori focused hard as he channeled chakra into his hand. Success again. Koori decided to try again.

Koori focused chakra into his right hand once more. This time, koori held 2345 (index, middle, ring and pinky). This time it was a little harder to focus chakra into his right hand. Koori though this might e because he was holding so many fingers up wiht his left hand seals.

Koori finally got the other scroll out of his pouch and decided to open it up to see what he was in store for with the next technique.

Description: Hinoko no Yubi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The shinobi simply snaps their fingers and a small ball of lightning is formed of the index finger of the hand that snapped. A touch from this wouldnt hurt more than an E-ranked attack.
Limit: Hidden village of the Cloud only. Lightning Release needed.

Koori opened the scroll finally and saw what the next jutsu would entail. Hinoko no yubi. A jutsu where the user does hand seals from the tesaki no kumo, and snaps there finger to form a lightning ball on the finger tip. Sounds interesting, koori got to work. Koori started off by reading and finding out juts exactly what was needed for this technique.

Koori read the scroll thoroughly, he had already memorized the hand seals from before. Koori did the hand seals 12, 25, 345. Koori focused chakra into his right hand and snapped his finger. Nothing happened. Koori was angry, but immediately tried again. Koori did the hand seals 12, 25, 345. Koori focused chakra into his right hand and snapped his finger.

This time, a small spark would form on his finger tip. He was getting there slowly but surely. He tried again. Koori did the hand seals 12, 25, 345. This time, the spark would be a moderate size, he was making progress. Koori finally decided to focus more chakra into the right hand. He tried again. Koori did the hand seals 12, 25, 345. Koori focused chakra into his right hand and snapped his finger. Bigger, but still of a moderate size. Koori keep going and attempted again.

He did however, stop and assess his progress. Koori had realized that he was using a decent amount of chakra to get this thing going. Just how much chakra exactly would he need to get this up and running though? Koori intended to find out.

The lightning ball on his finger was pretty big and look to be a moderate size. The scroll said that this wouldn't hurt the opponent very much at all, if any. Koori wondered, for a moment and then got back to work.

Koori was confident that this was the size he needed to continue with the line of techniques. However, koori practiced the technique further, to make sure he was on the ball.

The ball continued to be the same size as koori decided to hold his chakra and the ball on his finger tip. Koori held this for what would seem like 5 minutes before releasing it again. Koori seemed pleased with his progress and decided that was enough for this jutsu.
