Ryutatsu would smile as the guy spotted him and tried to prepare which made Ryutatsu happy. It would be to easy otherwise. Only the distance was helping the other guy. But that gave Ryutatsu time to prepare a few of his own tricks. As he ran the distance to get closer to the guy making only the height an issue of getting to him he prepared several Jutsus. And the guy would notice that white petals would surround the kid as he ran.
Then more white petals surrounded the kid, so many petals that it would be hard to see each other. But Ryutatsu wasn't done as he continued his hand seals. For the he had a plan the area was full of metal even if it was just the structure of the building. For that matter the height from which he was attacking was no problem considering earlier he had jumped out of a airship. Not that his opponent would realize.
He felt sorry for stealing the petals from a flower cart that was in the street near the alley but those petals that flowed to him would disguise the electro petals that were multiplying around him. For he first stole all the white petals from the cart as he began his run across the roof. Then he multiplied them with the sakurai techniques. Then they were turned into discs of destruction as he jumped from the roof right into the wind vortex. Just as he would hit the voretx he would blink and reappear twelve meters from where he was which was just about to smack into the vortex that was twenty five meters from the ground. That would put him pass the vortex's aimed point and especially passed the missiles.
Then He would instant move before the man could even realize that he had blinked again. Then Ryutatsu would leave an after image as he instantly moved not only down to right beside the opponent, but he would instant move in a dodge and counter attack for the prepared movement of the man. For it was all to easy to read with his training of honing his senses in the tradition of the silver moon. While Tensora made the dodge counter attack that of the speed step requiring the bare minimum of effort to read and move. As he passed by slashing with a sword made of rose thorns, Ryutatsu followed through by twisting again in preparation for the man's delayed realization Ryutatsu made it past his preparations. To instantly shrink his sword to a dagger and elbowing the man under his side if it landed.

Description: Allows the user to manipulate and control electrostatic, which is by definition electricity at rest. This gives the user the ability to move around both positive and negative charges on objects, which, in the end, can result in the ability to either repel or attract objects to and from each other. It must be noted that this jutsu strictly follows the concept of the Conservation of Charges. That means that without influence, all charges within nature are balanced at zero. Description: Normally one can only use their Sutatikku Nagare ability on objects they can see. However with much training and experience eventually a member of the Kyoudo become so attuned with their static field that they can 'feel' objects around them. All objects in nature carry an electrical charge even if it's at zero. An experienced Kyoudo can sense such things and manipulate them as long as it is within their own static field. This grants the user the ability of complete static awareness in their field. This is directly correlated to the amount of times one has learned Kyori Keiko (Distance Training).

Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra around them. They then mold the chakra into several hundred blue-white sakura petals of lightning in a three-meter radius around the user, like the Sand of a Saton user. These petals float gently around the user’s body. Each one gives out minor shocking, but together they can give strong shocks and burns akin to a C rank shock. The petals last until the user chooses to dispel them. The user can control these techniques in a fifteen meter radius around them.

Effect: Increases the number of sakurai petal created to almost double the original amount.
Special: Hand seals
Drawback: Takes an additional 50% of time if it is not relearned a second time. After relearning the jutsu a second time no additional petals can be created. All that’s happened after learning the second version of this jutsu is that the time constraint drawback is removed. Field of vision is also blurred if field control is not learnt due to the incredible amount of sakurai petals.
Description: With additional training with the sakurai no jutsu the user is able to increase the amount of sakurai petals they can create upon casting the Sakurai no Jutsu to almost double what they were able to create upon first learning the jutsu. These additional petals allow for the Cherry Blossom Swirl Technique to withstand up to four C rank hits, allows the Sword Technique to create a weapon of Great Sword size, two Katana’s or ten weapons of kunai size or lesser, increases the range of the Lightning Constraints technique to twenty meters however it does not affect Sakurai techniques of A rank and above or the Lightning Razor technique.

Description: This technique allows the user to increase the range in which they control the Sakurai Technique allowing for the jutsu to be more battle ready. At C rank the user can increase the range of this jutsu by an additional fifteen meters allowing them to control the sakurai petals for a distance of thirty meters. At B rank they are able to once again increase the techniques range an additional fifteen meters allowing for control of the Sakurai Petals within forty-five meters. The B rank version of this can be re learned to a maximum distance of one-hundred fifty meters.

Effect: Creates discs of lightning energy out of the Sakurai petals capable not only of cutting or breaking shields of B rank or lower but that also gives off static electricity that’s capable of being felt within five feet of the disc. The static electricity does nothing other than raise the hair of an opponent however and does nothing of value beyond that.

Drawback: The user can control the discs within their range of manipulation however if the disc move out of the users range for any reason they will continue on in the direction they were going. Difficult to manipulate multiple discs.
Description: The User forms hand seal and focuses their chakra into the Sakurai petals around them, holding the final seal. After this a selection of the petals then begin to swirl around in two specific spots, identified by the user, and form two disc of energy, three and a half feet in diameter and an inch in width, that rotates like a car wheel or a tornado, getting faster and faster. These discs are then able to be motioned the same way the user is able to manipulate the petals of the Sakurai jutsu however they now move with the speed of a Taijutsu specialist of the Users rank. The Discs are also only capable of being manipulated within the range the user is capable of manipulating the Sakurai petals though still exist outside of this range so they can launched from within the users field of manipulation to attack enemies at a distance. The B rank version of this technique takes about twenty percent of the Sakurai petals (not including additional petals from the Sakurai Extra). At A rank the amount of discs capable of being created is five and the amount of Sakurai petals used is approximately fifty percent. At S rank ten discs are capable of being created however all of the Sakurai petals are used.

Description: The user learns how to proficiently dodge and evade flying objects as well as oncoming weapons through predicting the attacks. A very useful technique since the Heaven Shapeless: Stance (Single) has no defensive capabilities. The user will stand in one position and learn the minimum amount of movements required to avoid an attack. The bending of the body at a rapid pace is essential to this technique as well as ducking, side-stepping, jumping, and bobbing/weaving. Each rank the user learns the user is capable of effectively knowing how to evade a technique equal in rank.

Nameru (To Taste)

Effect: The user, through the sharpening of their five senses and an instinctual knowledge of flow, becomes aware of their surroundings and capable of defending against attacks.

Drawback: Can only be learned up to your current Character Rank.
Description: The user strives to expand their senses, taking in data from all five senses and treating each of them as equally important. Through a combination of peripheral vision, hearing, and measurement of air pressure changes, the user becomes capable of perceiving threats around them and reacting accordingly. At E rank, the user can only perceive such threats as traps or projectiles. However, at the following levels, the user becomes capable of perceiving strikes from a foe of an equal level to the rank they have learned. Therefore, a B rank ninja could strike a C rank user of this technique and the user would not be able to perceive them via this technique and lose the majority of the benefits, though their dodging would benefit from the heightened awareness nonetheless. The user may only learn this technique up to their character’s rank. Thus, a C rank character could only learn up to the C rank version of Nameru. Nameru is limited to threats within twenty meters of the foe, as anything that doesn’t enter that radius is beyond the senses of a human to perceive. However, threats are perceivable once they enter that range.
Limit: Must learn from a Gintsuki no Seikou Mai Master. Must know Hyouuryuu Yuki (Drifting Snow).
Baratake (Rose Length)

Effect: A user may use a Rose as a lengthened weapon like a larger blade or a spiked club.
Special: As long as the user holds onto the rose and uses Barabuki (Rose Weapon) the user may change the size of the Rose without additional handseals.

Description: Holding the bud of the rose the user; after performing Barabuki (Rose Weapon) may control the length of the rose at will. The user may allow the rose stem grow in size, or even shrink it. The user may shrink the Rose to the size of a few inches, and may increase the size of the Rose to the size of a Great Sword. With this technique the user may also increase the size of the stem's width as well. This means that the user may increase the stem to the width size of a baseball bat or a large club. The user may also use the thorns of the whip as sharp tacks to sheer off skin or clothing that the whip attaches to. User may not change the stem size to abnormal shapes such as a shield.

The petals move very quickly, around and about in a circle, which can cause a huge distraction inside of a fight. The flowers will circle inside of a dome of chakra that can be no larger than ten meters in diameter for every rank of Difficulty Class that the user has obtained. The dome will remain only for three turns, unless the user obtains mastery over the Ikebana Clan, in which case, the dome will remain for five turns.

Each time learned user is able to create an extra after image within 10 meters. May learn to perform up to 5 after images within a single Jutsu. Description: The user steps forward and far to the outside with their off-foot, leaning into the motion to let a strike slip by them without touching them. As they realign themselves, they deliver a punishing elbow-strike with their off-arm, driving it into the opponent’s armpit region. This strike leaves one standing nearly beside their opponent. The user than resumes the stance.

Drawback: Not a complete technique, but a set-up for others.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra around them. They then mold the chakra into several hundred blue-white sakura petals of lightning in a three-meter radius around the user, like the Sand of a Saton user. These petals float gently around the user’s body. Each one gives out minor shocking, but together they can give strong shocks and burns akin to a C rank shock. The petals last until the user chooses to dispel them. The user can control these techniques in a fifteen meter radius around them.

Effect: Increases the number of sakurai petal created to almost double the original amount.
Special: Hand seals
Drawback: Takes an additional 50% of time if it is not relearned a second time. After relearning the jutsu a second time no additional petals can be created. All that’s happened after learning the second version of this jutsu is that the time constraint drawback is removed. Field of vision is also blurred if field control is not learnt due to the incredible amount of sakurai petals.
Description: With additional training with the sakurai no jutsu the user is able to increase the amount of sakurai petals they can create upon casting the Sakurai no Jutsu to almost double what they were able to create upon first learning the jutsu. These additional petals allow for the Cherry Blossom Swirl Technique to withstand up to four C rank hits, allows the Sword Technique to create a weapon of Great Sword size, two Katana’s or ten weapons of kunai size or lesser, increases the range of the Lightning Constraints technique to twenty meters however it does not affect Sakurai techniques of A rank and above or the Lightning Razor technique.

Effect: Increases the range that the user can manipulate the sakurai petals.
Special: Passive jutsu once the Sakurai technique is cast.
Drawback: The sakurai petals can be stretched too thin if one doesn't have the extra sakurai technique.
Description: This technique allows the user to increase the range in which they control the Sakurai Technique allowing for the jutsu to be more battle ready. At C rank the user can increase the range of this jutsu by an additional fifteen meters allowing them to control the sakurai petals for a distance of thirty meters. At B rank they are able to once again increase the techniques range an additional fifteen meters allowing for control of the Sakurai Petals within forty-five meters. The B rank version of this can be re learned to a maximum distance of one-hundred fifty meters.

Effect: Creates discs of lightning energy out of the Sakurai petals capable not only of cutting or breaking shields of B rank or lower but that also gives off static electricity that’s capable of being felt within five feet of the disc. The static electricity does nothing other than raise the hair of an opponent however and does nothing of value beyond that.

Drawback: The user can control the discs within their range of manipulation however if the disc move out of the users range for any reason they will continue on in the direction they were going. Difficult to manipulate multiple discs.
Description: The User forms hand seal and focuses their chakra into the Sakurai petals around them, holding the final seal. After this a selection of the petals then begin to swirl around in two specific spots, identified by the user, and form two disc of energy, three and a half feet in diameter and an inch in width, that rotates like a car wheel or a tornado, getting faster and faster. These discs are then able to be motioned the same way the user is able to manipulate the petals of the Sakurai jutsu however they now move with the speed of a Taijutsu specialist of the Users rank. The Discs are also only capable of being manipulated within the range the user is capable of manipulating the Sakurai petals though still exist outside of this range so they can launched from within the users field of manipulation to attack enemies at a distance. The B rank version of this technique takes about twenty percent of the Sakurai petals (not including additional petals from the Sakurai Extra). At A rank the amount of discs capable of being created is five and the amount of Sakurai petals used is approximately fifty percent. At S rank ten discs are capable of being created however all of the Sakurai petals are used.

Description: The user can react to danger before their senses would normally allow them to do so. They cannot be caught flat-footed, nor do they lose any Defensive benefits if the attacker is invisible. The user still loses their Defensive benefits if they are immobilized. A user with this ability can still lose their Defensive Abilities if an opponent successfully uses a feint attack. If the user already knows Uncanny Dodge from a different source, they may automatically learn Improved Uncanny Dodge.

Heaven Shapeless: Dodge

Effect: A technique used to dodge and evade attacks.

Description: The user learns how to proficiently dodge and evade flying objects as well as oncoming weapons through predicting the attacks. A very useful technique since the Heaven Shapeless: Stance (Single) has no defensive capabilities. The user will stand in one position and learn the minimum amount of movements required to avoid an attack. The bending of the body at a rapid pace is essential to this technique as well as ducking, side-stepping, jumping, and bobbing/weaving. Each rank the user learns the user is capable of effectively knowing how to evade a technique equal in rank.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Tensora (天空 Heavenly Sky), Must know Heaven Shapeless: Stance (Single).
Nameru (To Taste)

Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: The user, through the sharpening of their five senses and an instinctual knowledge of flow, becomes aware of their surroundings and capable of defending against attacks.

Drawback: Can only be learned up to your current Character Rank.
Description: The user strives to expand their senses, taking in data from all five senses and treating each of them as equally important. Through a combination of peripheral vision, hearing, and measurement of air pressure changes, the user becomes capable of perceiving threats around them and reacting accordingly. At E rank, the user can only perceive such threats as traps or projectiles. However, at the following levels, the user becomes capable of perceiving strikes from a foe of an equal level to the rank they have learned. Therefore, a B rank ninja could strike a C rank user of this technique and the user would not be able to perceive them via this technique and lose the majority of the benefits, though their dodging would benefit from the heightened awareness nonetheless. The user may only learn this technique up to their character’s rank. Thus, a C rank character could only learn up to the C rank version of Nameru. Nameru is limited to threats within twenty meters of the foe, as anything that doesn’t enter that radius is beyond the senses of a human to perceive. However, threats are perceivable once they enter that range.
Limit: Must learn from a Gintsuki no Seikou Mai Master. Must know Hyouuryuu Yuki (Drifting Snow).
Baratake (Rose Length)

Effect: A user may use a Rose as a lengthened weapon like a larger blade or a spiked club.
Special: As long as the user holds onto the rose and uses Barabuki (Rose Weapon) the user may change the size of the Rose without additional handseals.

Description: Holding the bud of the rose the user; after performing Barabuki (Rose Weapon) may control the length of the rose at will. The user may allow the rose stem grow in size, or even shrink it. The user may shrink the Rose to the size of a few inches, and may increase the size of the Rose to the size of a Great Sword. With this technique the user may also increase the size of the stem's width as well. This means that the user may increase the stem to the width size of a baseball bat or a large club. The user may also use the thorns of the whip as sharp tacks to sheer off skin or clothing that the whip attaches to. User may not change the stem size to abnormal shapes such as a shield.
Limit: Must be in the Ikebana Clan. Must know Barabuki (Rose Weapon)
Hana Ninpou: Rasenchou no Hanakahen (Flower Ninja Art: Spiraling Dome of Flower Petals)

Effect: Creates a dome of spiraling flower petals.

Drawback: The technique has no offensive value beyond distracting the opponent. Only lasts for three turns. Weak to fire.
Description: By channeling chakra throughout a mass of flower petals, the user is capable of lifting them up into the air and causing them to float around in circles. The petals move very quickly, around and about in a circle, which can cause a huge distraction inside of a fight. The flowers will circle inside of a dome of chakra that can be no larger than ten meters in diameter for every rank of Difficulty Class that the user has obtained. The dome will remain only for three turns, unless the user obtains mastery over the Ikebana Clan, in which case, the dome will remain for five turns.
