PERSONALITY

The marvelous birth of Chiyo was met with many unreasonable expectations. In short, Chiyo's life has been composed of a series of meetings with these suppositions, promptly followed by a mighty attempt at manipulating the young child. This, along with continuous successive abuse and betrayal by those believed to be close to her has rapidly warped and matured her personality. Chiyo is now a dark young girl who lives entirely for her own benefit. If her actions seem to be unselfish in any way, it can be assumed that there lies an ulterior motive present.

Chiyo is an individual that hides her abhorrence behind an outwardly delightful smile. That is to say that she detests nearly ever individual she's ever met. Plagued by her past, Chiyo blames much of her current condition on anybody she can. Condemning plebeians to punishment that they more than likely don't actually deserve. Generally if she can hurt a person without regard for accountability, she will.

Chiyo is rather adamant in regard to her personal belief system. This however, does not imply that she'd enforce her convictions on others. She keeps her theories and judgments to herself for the most part, only responding with violence in the case of an attempt to hinder her ambitions. As for ideology, it is safe to assume that might is right. More often than not you'll find her in an exaggerated pose, laughing mightily while exclaiming one thing or another.

As for a mental disorder that defines her as a member of the Kamyuja lineage, Chiyo seems to suffer from a particularly potent bout of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Events in her past have left her with a abusive tendencies, nightmares, and occasional fits of destruction that only deepen her anxieties. She has grown to be unusually good at keeping her issues to herself, and these matters are rarely made impersonal.

Another aspect of her character is Chiyo's immense sense of loyalty. She rarely finds companions that meet her standards, but when she does, she'll care for them to her dying day. Chiyo will love and care for these so-called family members despite any monumental faults they may have. Mocking has been known to cause Chiyo to lose her temper. At the moment Chiyo finds herself family-less, but she is searching for those who have potential to greatly aid in her endeavors.

Recently, Chiyo underwent a traumatic event that resulted in an especially serious case of amnesia. She doesn't remember much of anything, but does act quite similar to before.
You may find her more prone to reacting violently, depending on the situation, but she does understand perspective. Unless thoroughly provoked, or in a situation where violence befits the circumstances Chiyo can repress her urges.

APPEARANCE

Chiyo doesn't seem to possess many outstanding physical features. Her stature appears somewhat discouraging. She is neither proud of or particularly embarrassed by her size though. Her mediocre span hasn't been an issue to this point, though. Perhaps by female standards she isn't actually particularly slender? Even considering her horizontal opposition, her capabilities more than compensate for this matter. This rather unfortunate or fortunate configuration doesn't seem to bother Chiyo other than in the case of obscenely diminutive; in which case she may feel compelled to force them to her level.

Her once exceptionally brilliant blue-green hair has faded. Most likely due to extreme stress and exhaustion, her hair is now a very regular, and very dark shade of black. Her hair is singularly straight, and never varies, regardless of humidity. Frequently, her lengthy bangs drape over her face, obscuring her vision in one or both eyes; but she doesn't seem to mind.

Her facial features are pleasant for the most part. She does hold a startlingly intimidating grimace, which she saves for moments in which threats are necessary. Otherwise, her face will bear a wonderfully cheerful grin which is nearly entirely feigned. This smartly grinning expression seems somewhat glued to her face, in that it rarely fades. upon occasions of immense excitement, Chiyo's smile can be seen as a warped expression of her sadism.

Chiyo's eyes are a lustrous shade of red. However, when the powers of her bloodlimit activate, her eyes change to a brilliant shade of violet. Indicating her lineage and intent. When she activates the second stage of her abilities, her eyes burn with the impression of a blazing fire, indicating her proficiency and power to those who recognize a Kamyuja when they see it. When Chiyo loses herself to her rage, her eyes lose their pigment and become exclusively white. More often than not, Chiyo will activate the fourth level of her chaos, which simply causes her eyes to glow more profusely than they routinely do.

Her attire is relatively simple. She wears a large white garb, that is probably a dress. If it's not a dress, it may be a t-shirt, or a blouse, or whatever. It hangs loosely around her shoulders and torso, never revealing much of her modest cleavage. As for length, her dress is just short of knee length. Her plain attire is accompanied by straw sandals, and undergarments to cover her unmentionables.

HISTORY

An unfortunate Chiyo was born to a ridiculously wealthy and powerful shinobi family that presided in Kaze no Kuni prior to their erasure. Chiyo happened to be born of the lord to this family, and the expectations for her were massive to say the least.

Tatsumi, the name of her father, was born of some bloodline or another; and his wife hailed from some other substantially impressive lineage. Presuming that Chiyo would become an even more extraordinary was perhaps a mistake though... Chiyo discovered her Kamyuja heritage at an early age. As a very small child she found herself to be freakishly strong. Accidentally breaking things and causing mayhem unintentionally was a regular occurrence.

Despite this, she managed to hide her abilities from her parents, fearing the potential for her to be placed in harm's way if she did what her parents expected. Consequently suppositions were dashed and frustration brewed. Her father was patient in the beginning, but eventually grew furious over a lack of any sort of development.

Eventually Chiyo's father grew so irritated that he accused his wife of adultery. The only explanation for Chiyo's apparent weakness was that her mother harbored an unfaithful relationship. Chiyo and her mother were abdicated from their status and removed from the household.

Chiyo's mother attempted futilely to raise her daughter, but fell to alcoholism and drugs quickly. Chiyo was raised from that point forward among poverty and abuse. Her sheltered world view and naivete quickly skewed into one of sociopathic tendencies and brutality. She left her mother as soon as she felt able, and somehow made her way to the hidden waterfall village.

Apparently lost children with potential were at one point welcome to the village, because she was quickly adopted and found herself learning from the academy there. To this day Chiyo remains somewhat evil, but looks for those she can share her life with.
The ones she can call companions or family.

Just after coming to meet her first and only companion in a mysterious woman named Clair, Chiyo was captured by her father. Chiyo underwent several weeks of torture, with the overall intention being that she'd die from the stresses. However, Chiyo did not perish and instead unlocked the final level of her Kamyuja abilities. After killing her father and the doctor responsible for her agony, Chiyo escaped. She is currently attempting to discover her location, as she is coping with a severe case of amnesia.

The attack leaves no physical damage, but creates internal damage against the user's life line. People said it feels like having a heart attack while having lost of breathe. Each time learned the user is capable of shooting this technique 5 meters extra. Technique may travel 10 meters per second plus 5 meters per Class Level.
After 50 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level. Searing Soul does an extra 5 Armour Points of Damage.

Description: When the user first learns this technique they are capable of performing this technique a total of five times per day as well as any other technique that is in conjunction of the Iron Fist. Every time this technique is learned the user is capable of performing this technique as well other techniques into conjunction one more time. This means that if a user learns this technique twice they are capable of performing this technique a total of six times. Depending on how well and how strong the user is by Class, the user is capable of performing the technique with devastating power. The higher the class is the more devastating the attack will be creating a more sufficient way of breaking one's bones.

Description: The user takes hold of the opponent and quickly slams their head against the opponent's head. When this happens the opponent flies off into the distance by sheer force of the attack. Just as the user slams their head against the opponent's head the user releases the opponent quickly as the opponent flies off into the distance. The pain along the temple is shot towards the opponent's mind that causes a great shock in massive amounts as the opponent becomes shocked.

As the Enemies hear the sounds and the insults a sudden feel to attack the user comes forth as they all rush towards the user attacking violently.

Description: The helper Rush some would call. The Brawlers learned to use the Ebisu Gachan (Barbaric Slam) for enjoyable purposes. The Ebisu Gachan (Barbaric Slam) is a slam where the user bulrushes towards the opponent, and grabs the opponent's face. Using their raging strength they quickly lift the opponent up into the air and quickly slam him into the ground. As the opponent is along the ground the user drags the opponent along the ground as he still rushes forward in his blinding speed. With a finishing moment the user slams the opponent forward usually into a wall, or smash him into some sort of building. The way the "B" Rank version of this technique works is that the user takes the time to use the opponent as a shield for the Tate Uchiyaburu (Shield Basher) technique. The opponent takes the initial hit of the technique leaving the full force of the Tate Uchiyaburu (Shield Basher) capable for further obstacles. The opponent however may only be used once for the Tate Uchiyaburu (Shield Basher) technique. This technique is considered as a finishing technique when used as the "B" Rank version, and more of a harmful playful feel when the "C" Rank version is used.

Description: Picture When activated the user’s eyes turn into a brilliant glittering shade of lavender color. The significance of the color shows a hidden life wishes to explode out as the outer area of the colored eye gleams in a darker shade of purple, this causes the user to see in black n’ white as if they are colored blind. But instead of this being a disadvantage towards them they are able to see ones aura of chakra that emanates from there body. Once chaos is activated the user is able to demonstrate feats of incredible strength, this is possible due to the fact it allows the Kamyuja member to tap into only twenty five percent of there true strength. Though this allows the user to become incredible strong for a short period of time, there speed is reduce greatly as there movement becomes sluggish. When activated the nociceptor that allows a person to feel pain is shut down for a short duration of time. This shows as if potential explodes out a new life begins to take over the eyes. Once this stage of chaos is activated the user is able to demonstrate feats of incredible strength, making them unstoppable to some. This is possible due to the fact it allows the Kamyuja member to tap into only fifty percent of there true strength. Though this allows the user to become incredible strong there time limit is shortly reduced, also unlike before the users speed remains the same as they are no longer sluggish and no longer suffering a negative to there movement speed. This allows the user to unlock seventy-five percent of there max strength, there endurance and durability remains the same as stated as above. Unlike before the Third stage increase the Kamyuja’s speed slightly, there movement speed increases by one giving them an edge on the battlefield. As stated before, once activated the user is now capable of seeing ones aura as it emanates from there body. This also allows the user to negated pain for a short period of time.
Special: You receive a plus one to movement. Though a Kamyuja member is not capable of using chakra gates, they can use there chaos as as substitute in order to go into a chakra gate related fighting style. This eye is capable of mimicking the fifth and sixth gate. Please note you don't gain the benefits of those chakra gates.
Drawback: After obtaining the Third stage of Chaos the Kamyuja goes into a Bloodthirsty rampage, in sense they lose themselves to their Chaos and desire nothing more then to fight. (If the Kamyuja member has a rival or a nemesis they will stop at nothing to fight them when they are in this Bloodlust) The only way to snap the person out of this Bloodlust is to A. Defeat them in combat knocking them unconscious, B. They kill everyone around them (Or there rival/nemesis) C. Everyone avoid the Bloodlust monster for a day, there he will tire himself out and pass out. Keep in mind that this Bloodlust does not go away; it can be trigged again if a Kamyuja member is near death or defeat. If that happen the time length of Chaos is increased by eighteen. When in Bloodlust a Kamyuja can’t not tell friend from foe, (So Battle Mods, if a Kamyuja member is failing to attack an ally in the area while they are in bloodlust, you can nullify there bloodlust rage and automatically shut off there chaos where they will be penalized to wait ten turns before activating it again.)
Another Drawback, after learning the third stage of chaos, the user has half a year (Roleplay timeline) before becoming blind. Unless they are able to find a medic who may perform surgery (Can be an NPC). Surgery is required because when a Kamyuja member activates the Third stage, they are putting to much stress on there eyes as the eyes change to allow one to see someone’s aura. The surgery that is need is that to reduce pressure on the eyes to allow them change, (This means a “B” Ranking Medic and Higher class are only capable of performing the surgery). This has to be performed only once in a Kamyuja's lifetime. It only happens when you first learn the thrid stage, after you have the surgery it is not required again to get it again.

Once this stage of Chaos is activated the user is able to demonstrate feats of incredible strength liken none as ever seen before, when activated they become unstoppable as they feel as if they are unstoppable. The Kamyuja member is able to tap into seventy-five percent of there true strength, making them the powerful creature that has ever walked this earth. Though there strength can be rivaled by others who posses human super strength, there speed however is a different story. They no longer move at there normal movement speed, but move at an advance pace as they are able to move with a plus one to there movement, unlike before were they got no bonus or negatives to them. The only thing that truly doesn’t change for them when activating there Chaos is the pain receptors within there body. So let’s recap the nociceptor that allows a person to feel pain is shut down for a short duration of time. While the nocieptor may be shut down allowing no pain to precede forth to the brain so the brain can register to causing neuropathic pain. While the pain may not be able to transmit to the brain at the time, it is forced to be backed up until the nocieptor is open again. This can be dangerous due to the fact too much pain may not only cause physical pain but psychogenic pain that may kill him if too much damage is taken. The fourth stage allows the user to unlock one-hundred percent of there max strength, there endurance and durability remains the same as before as stated above in the Kamyuja description section. There speed in enhance even more now, allowing them to increase there movement speed by two, giving them the advantage now in a battlefield. As stated before, once activated the user is now capable of seeing ones aura as it emanates from there body.

Description: The final step, this form of chaos was never thought to exist. But here it lies in every Kamyuja member awaiting to be awaken so there true power can shine. This form of chaos is to be known as the most powerful one of all, in truth it has no weakness and will break the boundaries of mankind as we known. When activating the fourth stage of chaos the person seems to have more control then ever before, unlike the three stage they are able to control there emotions and suppress there strength at will. This time around the eyes of the Kamyuja don’t change, instead they stay there original genetic color, though there eye remain the same their eyes do glisten with brilliance while chaos is activated, but there are some cases where the eyes still retain the 'Third stages' color. Meaning someone who had black or white eyes will retain that when they unlock the fourth eyes.. Though there eyes don’t change physically they still gain the capability of seeing in black n’ white as if they were colored blind, this doesn’t hinder there ability to fight in fact it increase there ability due to the fact they are able to see the aura of chakra emanating from a person’s body. Once the Kamyuja reaches this stage of Chaos they are able to demonstrate the full capabilities of there true strength as they are no longer suppressed by the previous stages, in this state they are capable of tapping into there max potential, making them now the most powerful creature that has every walked this earth. There strength is unrivaled by those who could have rivaled it once before and there movement speed steadily increase, they no longer move with a plus one but instead with a plus two. Unlike before, where the Kamyuja’s nocieptor’s would shut down so they wouldn’t be able to feel pain no longer applies. Now the nocieptor are still active allowing the Kamyuja to actually feel pain when they are in this stage, this would seem to damper there ability but in truth it actually increase it. The pituitary gland works more proficient then before, allowing it to produce an absurd amount of endorphins while they are in this stage. They are able to negate fifty percent of all damage done to them making any physical damage done to them that was serious feel like a minor wound. Though they don’t posses the ability not to feel pain anymore they do have the ability now to negate most of the damage done to them, this also proves useless for them now since they no longer have a time limit like before.
Limit: Must have the Kamyuja Bloodlimit, In order to obtain this the user must have 500tp within the Kamyuja Clan and must be role played out to obtain.

Ground Breaker [20]

Effect: The user slams their fist into the ground with tremendous force causing the terrain around them to become unstable as it violently shakes making the earth around them rise in pillars.

Description: Striking downward towards the ground, the user sends a shockwave that causes the earth beneath them to violently shake like an earthquake. This technique last for two rounds, though the devastation of this technique isn’t as tremendous its capabilities are limitless.
First Stage: After striking the floor, tremors start to accrue due to the force of the punch which causes underground vibration. In result of this the within a 100 meter radius blast of the impact site becomes unstable, making it quite difficult for people to stand on without nearly falling over. This makes the land quite difficult to fight on for the user and the opponent.
Second Stage: The next turn, the terrain beings to crumble and collapses in on itself engulfing anything on the surface into its belly. As the land now becomes brittle, pillars of earth rise out from beneath the destroyed terrain and being climbing in height as they begin to tower of the land ten to twenty meters high with a width that is uncounted for as it varies from different sizes. The amount of earth that is shifted upwards as pillars is unknown, but what is known is that the terrain becomes unrecognizable as the landscape changed into an entirely new battlefield.

Force Scream [70]

Effect: The user takes a deep breath and lets out a powerful scream. This powerful scream is capable of sending the opponent and any obstacle that is not bolted down flying.

Description: Becoming infuriated, the user yells at the top of there lungs generating a powerful tidal wave that is capable of sending the opponent flying back into the distance. This sonic boom surrounds the user sending anything around them flying back at a high velocity. The sound wave of this technique is capable of being seen by the human eye as the area around the user ripples causing the space to shimmer making that area very disoriented when looking upon it. This technique can also be used to counter or redirect projectile weapons or projectile techniques of its rank and lower, (“B” Rank and lower). Depending on the Class level of the user also depends on the strength of the technique. When the user first learns this technique at “C” Rank they are capable of sending out a shock wave of fifty meters, giving it a knock back power of fifteen meters. When the user becomes a “B” Rank they are capable of sending out a shock wave of fifty-five meters, giving it a knock back power of twenty meters.

Ground Zero [90]

Effect: The user slams their fist into the ground with tremendous force causing the terrain around the user to be ripped apart as the landscape causing it to erupt in flames.
Special: This technique last for Three turns after the first stage.

Description: Similar to that of ‘Ground Breaker’, the user strikes downward towards the ground with there fist sending a powerful shockwave that not only shakes the land underneath them, but also destroys the land around them.
First Stage: After striking initial strike, a powerful shockwave consumes the area around the user. This shockwave tares apart at the land ripping trees out from the earth and sending them flying. Anything that is not bolted down to the ground or weighs about approximately a ton is sent flying in its wave. If anyone is in Fifty-five meters of the point of impact are thrown violently across the land sending them twenty meters back. After the dust has settled, the user will be found standing within a creator, which they created after punching the earth below them to perform the technique.
Second Stage: The next turn, the terrain within a 200 meters in a diameter blast, it becomes highly unstable as it begins to collapse in on itself and high pressure of steam begins to erupt from the ground. As the land begins to fall apart, it becomes imperative for anyone who is within the reach of this technique to escape before the land collapse in on itself entrapping anyone within it, in its rubble. In event if the opponent or even the user is unable to escape the area before the lands starts to crumble, they will find themselves facing a new threat. The geyser of steam that shoots out from underneath the ground, is boiling hot causing sever damage to anyone who comes into contact with it. (Note) If the user somehow manages to use this technique on a fault line that has volcanic activity, lave will spew out from underneath the earth making the land neither unbearable nor suitable to fight on. (Only Gm’s or staff can determine if you use this on a fault line, or have Gm’s or staff roll a hundred side die to determine it, but of course the chances of that is five percent)

Description: The user takes their hands and balls them up into fists. While doing so they quickly raise their hands up and slams their fists down into the ground. Doing so sends of flurry of rock and gravel upwards sending them towards the opponent in a straight line. Depending on the rank the user may know depends on the devastating power this technique has. This technique also depends on the user’s class level of power as well. When the user first learns this technique the user is capable of sending a shock wave by pure force in the distance of two meters wide, but at a distance of ten meters. This technique launches gravel and rocks towards the opponent as well with an added distance of debris of five extra meters. For every rank the user learns this technique increases by one meter wide, and five meters in distance. This gives the base total of five meters wide, twenty five meters in distance, with an added debris of twenty meters past the twenty five. For every class level the user may be starting as a “C” class the distance is added at an extra five meters in length, with one meter in width. This technique is used to de-moral opponents while crush them with large hoards of rock and gravel capable of crushing opponents or causing great harm. For every level of Chaos the user activates the distance increases by five meters.

Effect: The user takes their arms and quickly gives out a clap. The shear force of the user’s strength and hands sends a shock wave slamming into the opponent.

Description: The user quickly claps their hands together once sending a fierce shock wave around the opponent capable of sending the opponent into the distance. Depending on the Class level depends on how strong this technique may be. When the user first learns this technique as a “D” Class ninja the user is able to send a shock wave of sheer force in the distance of twenty meters capable of giving a knock back of five meters away from the twenty meter region. For every class level the user may be higher then that of “D” Class the technique increases at a distance of five meters giving it a total of forty meters, with a knock back of twenty five meters past the initial shockwave point. This technique is able to counter against thrown and other projectile weapons. This technique is able to redirect other projectile techniques as well only equal to the rank of Thunderclap. For every level of Chaos the user activates the distance increases by five meters.

Effect: A technique, or an ability that allows a user to become more acceptable to the outside climate effects.

Description: The Kamyuja's body is incredible, a user is able to become more adaptable to the outside climate and easier to withstand harsh climate controls. With this, the user, after becoming stronger, becoming more adaptable, becomes more adaptable to the climate controls. Ever seen a man walk out in the harsh snow without succumbing to the harsh effects of hypothermia, or perhaps ever seen a man walking out in the hot desert without ever undergoing of the intense capabilities of heatstroke or Hyperthermia. With this technique, a user is able to walk around in the hot sun, or walk through intense heat without problems, as well as walking around butt naked through the icy colds. However, do not mistake this term with immunity to fire or ice. A user can be frozen, or completely burned, however the effects of freezing to death with intense cold, or having a heatstroke does not apply.

Effect: User lifts a massive piece of earth and hurls it towards their opponents.

Description: The user of the Kamyuja family uses their Herculean strength and slams their fists into the ground. When doing so the user grabs the ground and quickly picks up the ground from underneath. The user then lifts up a boulder of earth and rock as they quickly chunk it towards their opponents. When the user slams their hands into the ground, using their strength it creates a seismic reacting that keeps the rock together allowing the user to lift the rock up without it breaking up. The power used to bring their fists down tightens the particles within the rock making it easier for the user to lift. Depending on the rank of the technique, the user may know depends on the capability of this technique, as in how much rock can be lifted. When the user learns the "C" rank version the user is able to lift up only two meters in diameter of earth and rock before chunking it towards an opponent at a good distance of thirty meters. When the user learns the "B" rank version of this technique the user is able to rip up a good four meters of rock and earth while chunking it at a good distance of twenty-five meters. When the user learns the "A" rank version of this technique the user is able to rip out a good chunk of rock and earth at a good distance of eight meters while the user is able to chunk it at a good distance of twenty meters. When the user learns the "S" rank version of this technique the user is able to grab and rip up a chunk of earth at a distance of eighteen meters while the user is only able to launch it at a good distance of fifteen meters. When the user activates their Chaos however the user is indeed able to launch the Rock further adding a good distance of five meters per eye level.

Description: Depending on the user's rank, and class depends on how long a user is able to hold their breathe. A Kamyuja is able to hold their breathe much longer then that of a normal human being. The average human being is able to hold their breathe at two minutes and thirty seconds.
"C" - User is able to hold their breathe for six minutes.
"B" - User is able to hold their breathe for ten minutes.
"A" - User is able to hold their breathe for fourteen minutes.
"S" - User is able to hold their breathe for eighteen minutes.
For every class level the user is higher then that of "D" the minutes increase by two minutes.

A missile of Chakra energy darts forth from the user's hands and strikes its target, dealing 5 Armour points of Force Damage. Specific parts of a creature cannot be singled out. Inanimate objects are not damaged by the Jutsu. For every Class Level starting at "D" Class, the user gains an additional missile—If the user shoots multiple missiles, the user can have them strike a single creature or several creatures. A single missile can strike only 1 creature.

Description: Affects any 4 creatures as long as they are not more than 10 meters away from one another. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 30 meters plus 15 meters per class level. The duration of this Jutsu is Instantaneous. Sparking bolts of blue Chakra, like giant Chakra Missiles, streak from the user's outstretched hand to strike their opponents and explode in sparkling bursts. User creates powerful missiles of Chakra force, each of which darts from the user's hands and unerringly strikes its target, dealing 12 Armour Points of damage. The missile then explodes in a burst of force that deals half this amount of damage to any creature adjacent to the primary target. A user cannot single out specific parts of a creature. The Jutsu can target and damage unattended objects. The user gains 1 missile per Class Level. The user can make more than 1 missile strike a single target, if desired.

Missile Storm unleashes a huge barrage of Chakra Missiles within a cone originating at the user's hand and extending outward to the maximum range of the Jutsu. Each creature caught within the cone is struck by 6 Chakra Missiles per Class Level as the Chakra energy darts streak away from the user. Each Chakra Missile inflicts 30 Armour Points of Force Damage, striking any creature with less than total cover and ignoring concealment.

Unlike most Jutsu Enhancement techniques, this one can be applied to a Chakra Missile Jutsu multiple times, each time increasing the damage of the missiles and increasing the chakra and time of the effective Jutsu. Thus +2 Ranks deal 9 Armour Points of damage per Missile. +3 Ranks deal 13 Armour Points of damage per Missile. +4 Ranks deal 17 Armour Points of damage per Missile. Creatures within 2 meters of the cone take 5 Armour Points of Force damage per Class Level. Creatures 2 to 4 meters from the apex of the cone take 12 Armour Points of Damage per Class Level. Creatures 3 to 4 meters from the apex take 32 Armour Points of damage per Class Level.
