The morning fades in like a scene from bad theatre production. The cast stomp about, slam doors and project their voices as far as their lips, then sulk because no-one replied. Blight eyes are sulked with deep dark circles from the lack of proper sleep. The young man is certainly not a morning person. The vibrant morning rays shine down, creating welcoming gentle warmth. Blight has his hand onto his neck, apparently massaging it as he makes circular motions. “I should have gotten an Inn..” he mutter to himself. “At least I would have been able to sleep in. Blight just arrive the land of water. To his memory, this is his first time visit to the country. He wanted to take in the new area and make camp for the night. His reward, when he turns his head a certain way he gets a cramp and he feels like he slept on a rock.

He walks out of the forest and comes across a number of busy bodies on the main road. A number of farmers carrying their goods and tools, normal citizens that are traveling, merchants in their merchant wagon with tons of trade merchandise. As the wagon drives across, Blight had to jump backwards to avoid being hit. “Watch it,” he screams at the man. The driver just order his horses to keep going and simply turns to flip Blight off as he carries on. What a prick, he thinks to himself. Blight walk on the road and sees a shady looking man up ahead. He keeps his distance and decides to follow him.

Up until that point, the day had felt perfectly average. Izoshira spent the morning lazing on the rooftops, picking through the latest novel in a favorite series. The clouds wafted by on the sweet spring breeze; Izoshira found himself envying their freedom. The missions lately had been droning affairs, helping villagers within and without Kirigakure, for the most part with riveting tasks ranging from pet retrieval to grocery shopping. It was as close to rock bottom as Izoshira had ever come. At least this way, Izoshira mused sarcastically, he could lose himself in a book for awhile, until they again called him to... find a lost cat, or help a child with their homework. His irritation was almost physical.

Fate wasn't wont to let him have his way, however, but at least it interrupted him for something interesting. Beneath the building he relaxed on top of, the village marketplace was a bustling hive of activity. His eyes caught a strange red-haired man almost get trampled by a merchant urging his horses on without a care for the traveler's safety. The man's appearance was enough to hold Izoshira's attention; he noticed a sudden shift in the newcomer's focus, and glanced down the road to where he too saw another individual incongruous with the humdrum of daily village life. Setting his book aside, he noticed as the red-haired man fell into line, keeping a measured distance from the object of their mutual interest.

Izoshira did the same, quietly shadowing the pair from the rooftops overhead, making an effort to remain undetected all the while.

Blight is about five-meters away from the shady looking man. The suspect appears to have a target of his own. At first, he questions this but over time it became obvious. The target is a farmer who completed a few trade deals. The shady man was watching closely and now waiting for a moment to rob. Blight wants to step in now and stop it all before it happens. However, you cannot convict anyone of a crime before they do it.

The suspect is growing impatient as he closes the distance to the farmer. Blight in response does the same. The man grabs something out of his pocket, some sort of metal object. He gets ready as the man runs to the farmer and snatches the bag the farmer holds. The bag holds the farmer goods and is where he put the money. The farmer obviously reacts and tries to take it back.

“Hey, what are you doing?! Someone please help!” The farmer reaches out but the thief pulls out a knife and makes a slashing movement that resulted in cutting the farmer hand. Blight snaps his finger and suddenly the knife falls onto the ground. The shady man makes a run for it. Blight charges from behind to catch up to him. He wonders if his normal speed is fine or he should use shunshin to catch up.

Izoshira's gaze remained perfectly serene as he watched the assault in progress on a local farmer. His mind narrowed itself into the sharp blade he applied in a match of shōgi; it only took a moment to see the obvious escape path that offered itself in front of their mutual quarry. Dashing ahead while he cut the farmer's hand, Izoshira leapt stealthily down from the rooftop.

Even before he hit the ground, his hands were forming his technique's seals. By the time he hit the ground in front of the cutpurse, he was forming the Ram with his fingers. Taking a deep breath, he concentrated his chakra in such a manner that he felt his gullet fill with water. Leaving no margin for error, he breathed out, spewing a head-sized bullet that would hit the man in the chest and launch him backwards on impact.

The ninja finally take action by performing handseals and by gathering water in the area to his mouth. Then he fire off a water ball bullet at the would be robber, hitting him in the chest. The robber lets out a grunt noise and hits the ground, hard. There is no other action that needed as the robber is too hurt to move. Blight comes out and grabs the bag. He makes his way to the farmer and give him his stuff back. The farmer gives him his thanks and to the water ninja. Finally, Blight makes his way to the water ninja. He approaches him casually with a smile drawn on his lips and his hands clamping together. “Nicely done,” Blight says complimenting the ninja. “I’ll give you, eight out of ten for that.”

Izoshira's eyes took in the red-haired man, even while he remained focused on the thief who lay stunned and helpless on the ground. The cutpurse was hyperventilating and struggling to force air back into his lungs.

"I merely acted out of my duty as a shinobi of the Hidden Mist," the Kaguya said quietly. "That duty requires me to stamp out any sign of... unrest." He rubbed the corner of his eye, still a bit drowsy after spending the afternoon in a daydream on the rooftops overhead.

Ticking his chin a centimeter to the side, a subtle cue for his curiosity about this strange newcomer, Izoshira continued, "What brings you to this settlement, traveler? And what possessed you to take justice into your own hands?"

Blight blinks to the young man. Going on that it is his duty to stamp out trouble makers. Blight head tilts to the right with one hand onto his chin. “That’s weird,” says Blight. “Since when are ninjas are police officers? A local guard comes running to the scene and thanks the two for the help. Blight waves his hand, gesturing he done nothing. Blight turn back to the young man. “Ninjas are mercenaries. They are hire from different lords to do odd jobs to protection. Maybe if we were in the hidden mist village, you could be more of a local guard, but we’re outside. “ Blight came to the understanding this ninja has a strong pride of justice. More than just coming from helping someone whose bag been stolen.

“I am sightseeing and trying to create contacts.”[/] Blight is rather blunt and straightforward. He is not the type to hide motive or actions. “But justice? I’ve done nothing of the sort. You were the one who stopped the would be thief. I have done nothing. “ Well, besides putting a curse on the thief to force drop his knife. “Why is a hidden mist ninja outside of it village?”
