Limit: Must know the Shadow Perception. Must know Shadow Double.post 1: [ 00 || 30 ]After the disappearance of her shadowy friend, Harue considers a different way that it can be used more effectively. Moving soundlessly around her room, shedding her sweatshirt and laying it on the bed in the process, Harue flips on all the lights in her room and lights the candles on her bedside table. Standing in the light while the dark sits outside her window, she throws together a long strand of handseals. Instinctively, as if the lights turned on around her are tethered to her casting GenJutsu, the lights all snuff out in tandem. The sudden darkness feels somehow heavier than the normal darkness had been; perhaps this wasn't your every day darkness. Maybe this was... advanced darkness.
She almost had forgotten that her shadowy figure would reappear; and this it did without hesitance. As soon as the lights went out, the silhouette of Harue returned at the ready. She looks at it expectantly, noting its already unsheathed katana - had she conjured it like that? Or did it pull it out on its own? - and draws her own. Blanketed in the darkness, she allowed for a sort of spar between the shadow and herself to commence. Back and forth in her room, bare feet on soft carpet, she does a basic sword exercise with her shadowy opponent. The silhouette is much harder to see now that it did not absorb the shadows to be created, instead manifesting as a part of the darkness already made.
Having the shadow move in time with her own motility, she replaces the katana within its sheathe. The shadow mimics her, sheathing it upon its hip. It stands perfectly still like a mannequin as Harue turns to set her katana back down beside her pack. Facing it again, she squints through the darkness at her 'clone'. If she squints too much, however, the figure and the darkness she'd created start to coexist, effectively erasing both in some way. Putting the figure on 'mirror' mode, she taps her chin and watches it comply. One hand on her hip, and the shadow does the same. She takes a few steps backwards and a few steps forward, leans into its face and cranes all the way back. It seems to mimic her exactly, but she knows that in a way it really isn't. It's simply following orders, reading the instructions as they are presented.
