With the first ghoul downed for the twins they immediatly thought of a race "Guys how about we see how many we can kill and who has the highest amount of kills wins?" they smiled as they sai that - the whole concept of competition was definetly a high for them. Regardless, as they stepped over the corpse of their first victim the twins immediatly begun to scout for the next one.

Shiki watched as his fellow cloud ninja dispatched the other ghouls. He was going to need to keep his guard up and make sure that there was no other people that were coming up around him. They had some rather terrible scents that clung to them. Shiki paused for a moment trying to take in their scents. His eyes darted around trying to make sure that none were trying to take his party by surprise.

They wanted to win, so as they kept running through the forest they made sure to check everything out of the ordinary from possible track m arks to broken branches. Anything that might lead them to their targets and allow them to up their kill count by one would make them happier. The others werent doing too bad themselves and with shiki in the lead the race was getting more and more intense.

it was just as he thought. There was a ghoul that was prowling over at the end of the giant zombie. It was clearly being drawn to the fresh meat of the new cloud ninja. Shiki drew his blade and with one fell cut deceased the ghoul. The monster fell to the floor dead. Another kill for the monster slayer. He gazed around looking for more in hopes of finding another. Shiki glanced back over at Loki to make sure she was okay.

Shoko put away one of his kunais, wanting to spice things up a little. He unsheathed his Tanto, taking on a basic stance. The ghoul that emerged from the woodwork was particlarly nasty, half of its jaw was hanging on it's face as it stared at him with milky, lifeless eyes. He rushed towards it.

The ghoul made a lunge for the Hidden Cloud genin but he nimbly dodged it. Pivoting on his foot about a hundred and eighty degrees he swung his Tanto in a swift ark. The bade stood lodged in its throat as the undead creature dropped lifelessly to the ground. Shoko wiped the sweat of his brows.

so far the twins had no luck - however shiki seemed to ha ve been on a killing spree, they were kind of jealous of his hinting skills - he was an excellent monster hunter after all , something the twins were looking forward to learn, tracking and hunting that is. Regardless of thei recent outcomes in finding those nasty creatures they kept their wills up and never stopped looking.

Shoko pulled his short sword from the throat of the last ghoul he killed. He almost grimaced when it came out with a sickening SQUISH! Shrugging off the deep scent of rotten blood and decayed flesh, Shoko wiped his Tanto unto his pant leg. He kept an eye for more of the feral ghouls (Does anyone remember them from Fallout 4) and kept his fingers ready to perform a jutsu.

Since trying to look for them on foot didnt  work the twins decided to go back wiuth their previous tactic , flying. As Caela poured out enough wires to form one beautiful pair of metallic wings, Calynn was already hoppping onto her back and as they felt comfortable - they begun to fly into the air to better find their prey.

A while had past and Shoko was feeling annoyed that no new Ghouls had emerged from the depth of the shadows, eager to feast on the carcass of the humongous undead zombie. The sun had begun rising, changing the pitch black sky to an early morning light amethyst. The whole thing reminded Shoko of how tired he should be, they'd been travelling for almost a full day, doing nothing but slaying undead monsters.

While scouting from above the twins remained at a certain altitude to not to get their view completly covered by the tree's branches. This would allow them to better  see the ground and immediatly recognize those undead enemies they so desperatly were looking for. They had only killed one so far but were hoping to find many more and just as they had hoped, with this new tactic they immediatly stopped one and rushed down from the sky just like a metal drill and completly annhilated it.

Shoko almost pumped his fist in triumph as another duo of ghouls stumbled like the zombies they were, after the undead zombie corpse. Shoko silently and curiously watched the the corpse-eaters shamble towards the carcass mindlessly. ignorant of their impending doom. Just before they could get to their feast, a kunai zipped through the air and landed straight into the toes of one of them. Pinning it down.

Shoko shook his head in disappointment as he activated the explosive tag; the trees around the ghouls were showered in flames. The conflagration roasted the undead ghouls back to where they came from: hell. Shoko smirked as he realised he had taken the lead and was dead-set on widening the gap.

Still covered in the ghoul's insides the twins were on a rampage - they had killed three of them and were looking to keep increasing their kill count even higher, while the mission only required them to kill just ten - they were having so much fun they didnt mind continuing for a few more hours.

The group was coming together nicely. "that's it. Shiki offered encouragingly to his fellow cloud ninja." He closed his eyes and focused with his sense of hearing listening for any of the signs that another ghoul was nearby. He jumped up in the air using the hang time to catch the site of anything in the area. While he did this his hands flew to his leg catching a shrapnel sparrow bomb firmly in his right hand

As they hid in the bushes to not let anyone notice their presence the twins decided to stand still and use their previous victim's bodies as a bait. Maybe the undeads would stumble upon them or even look for them and they would use that moment to their advantage to kill their prey and take their heads to show and get the much needed reward. And just as they had hoped t heir next victim did just that. Within a split seconds the sired had shredded his body but the head killing it.

Shiki looked to his left and over looked the edge of the woodline as he was falling. There was nothing there so he spun around keeping his momentum moving as he turned to focus his gaze at the other 180 degree area. Shiki looked for another ghoul as he saw more of them fall to the twins. Shiki loathed the undead so killing them was more of a chore to him then it was a sport. It was like crushing roaches.

using the same tactic the twins walked a couple of meters, leaving the deceased bodied in good shot  attatched to a three via wires. The impaled undead would serve as a bait to his friends in case , just like the previous one, they wanted to check the whereabouts of their friends or perhaps if they were just attracted to the smell of death. Their next victim showed up a few moments later just to be beheaded.

Shiki took a moment and started saw the ghoul. As he threw his hand it sent a spiraling shrapnel sparrow at the ghoul. As the sparrow hit the ghoul its body exploded and was ripped apart instantly. Shiki spun and hit the ground as he looked towards his right trying to find the next creature that was coming after him. He took a deep breath as he waited for the smoke to clear. "Loki you wanna help?" Shiki called out jokingly.

The twins started to  fly once again, getting high up onto the trees - they have been waiting in the same spot for too long and they didnt  want to be too obvious about their locations or tactics , so by being up high onto the treees their targets would find themselves open to their many attacks , and be easily dispatched just like planned. As they were scouting around one more joined the area they were covering and just like the others it met a swift end.

Shiki saw the ghoul jump out of the smoke towards him. Shiki shifted his movements over to the left and spun his blade outwards. Twisting his body around at godspeed movements he simply cut the next ghoul directly in half. Shiki let the body hit the ground in two different positions. Shiki looked up at the twins cutting down another one. He kept looking and scanning for threats as he slipped into his battle rythem.

The twins were growing tired of this game - it was way too easy and they didnt know where the others were at anymore. They had spent way too long away from the group to fill their fun for the day. So they decided , while still keeping an eye open, to join back to their friends. As they did that they heard shiki jokingly asking loki for help to which they answered "We can help" with a fun tone to it.
