James wandered into town with a low sombrero on his head. The hat blocked the view of his face and was the perfect way to hide his station as a ninja. His white hair had grown a bit and the locks curled barely touching his shoulders. His blue eyes gazed coldly at a straw shack that housed the destitute farmer. Four white dots erupted in each eye as he scanned his surroundings. There was an eery silence that rang out among the crops.
An electric blue volt ran through James' cerebral cortex. A kunai whizzed towards him. It wasn't much of an issue as James just needed to sidestep slightly to avoid it. His eyes scanned the rows of wheat looking to find his assailant. A bandolier of kunai tipped James off that he was in the 3 o'clock position. James had brought twenty-five shuriken with him, so he got one out of his pack and lugged it at the enemy without directly looking at him.
A low cry can from the hut. James' face swiveled towards him. Dressed in overalls and a flannel an old man peered through a window with a frightened expression on his face. "S-s-s-sonny boy, please don't hurt me. I'm just an old man. I ain't have nuthin to do with them youngsters. They has been tearin up my land and terrorizing me and my kinfolk with their messin and gommin. Please, just stop them, I beg of you!"
James tilted his sombrero towards the man. "I hope you've realized that I'd be much obliged." James swung a cloak over himself to cover his armament and double bladed katana he carried on himself, before sauntering off into the golden stalks of wheat.
