Description: With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Sand. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Sand Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.
Limit: Must have Fuuton no Jutsu (Wind Release Skill) and Doton no Jutsu (Earth Release Skill).

Shiro Grinned as he managed to move the dirt around on his hand with chakra, "That was a bit to easy" he thought to himself as he stretched out both of his hands and started moving them both around a bit playfully, but there was one thing he noticed, for some reason, although his chakra was sinking into the dirt with relative ease, it still couldn't get into the particles of sand that where in it.

The reason why he had managed to scoop up sand with his hand was because under a thin layer of dirt that only covered the top of the ground, there where several layers of sand here and there not to far into the ground, it wasn't very much, but he wondered why he couldn't manipulate it like the rest of the earth…perhaps it was a bit more complicated and he hadn't actually gotten a full grasp on his Doton skills just yet.

Shiro would then close his eyes and attempt to concentrate on just the sand, Shiro had a habit of underestimating people, and apparently this behavior could also translate into how hard he believed learning a certain technique to be, he thought this would be simple and that he'd get it done in no more no less then just a few minutes, being a rather proud person he disliked not being able to do something.

After trying for a few minutes, slightly enraged from Shiros lack of success, threw the clump of dirt along with the sand back on the ground, then, just then he remembered, back when he was in that strange deserted village one of the people there where manipulating sand, only…pure sand, there was no other type of dirt or stone involved.

If Shiro recalled correctly, it was a young black haired male possibly a bit older then himself who was wearing a headband from the Hidden Sand village, maybe it was a skill exclusive to them? Shiro was a bit surprised on how clueless he was on the matter, how could he not have read about this so far in some scroll or book? This was getting a bit frustrating to say the very least.

Shiro was now so caught up in his training that he had completely forgotten about the other Shiro who thankfully, was currently caught up in his own training on Katon Justus meaning that neither of them would be disturbed any time soon, Shiro currently had his hands full with the Sand technique which he was still trying to comprehend, even though he had performed techniques more difficult then this one.

But there was a difference, all of those times that Shiro had trained a more difficult technique then this one, it was different those times however, this was because each of those times at least he had already possessed a teacher to show him the ropes, or at the very least enough knowledge on the skill to figure out how to do it himself, but here he was stuck trying to manipulate sand, which he had 0 information on at the moment.

He was starting to wonder if he shouldn't have chosen the earth element for his practice, to someone of his skill it should've been easy to do something as simple as move something around with chakra, but with sand he couldn't even do that, he would slam his fist on the dirt as he cursed several times, if the other Shiro had noticed it probably would've enemies in an argument over who was strongest once again.

Thankfully, they where both still being kept busy, as Shiro would repeatedly punch the ground looking at the sand wondering why he still couldn't move it he would shake his head as he sat down properly with his legs crossed similarly to the Indian stance in Buredono Kenseijin, he would put his hand on the sand and try to pour his chakra in it to move it, but to no avail, he really wasn't having very much luck.

He was only really trying to separate the sand from the dirt so that he could more properly try to use the sand Techniques, of course, it wouldn't budge even one bit, so he decided he'd just try to move the rest of the dirt out of the way, as he focused his chakra into the dirt that was on the ground, he would begin to move it to the sides as he left one medium sized pile of sand in the middle.

He didn't move any large things like boulders or a great portion of the ground, he simply moved small particles of dirt out of the way so the sand was separated and visible, now there was just one thing left to do…move it, after several minutes of trying to move the sand, Shiro was beginning to get rather upset, it was shameful really, but…he couldn't let that stop him, it was time to get to work.

Shiro would crack his knuckles as well as bent his neck to the sides making some cracking sounds there as well "Alright, Time to get started" he said as he shoved his hands into the like of sand "Why can't I move you?!" He would say as his arms began to slightly vibrate from the anger, then, suddenly, he would release a large amount of chakra all at once hoping to make it sink into the sand.

But it wasn't just chakra he was concentrating into his hands, his anger actually made him deviate a bit from his original plan, instead of just normal chakra, a bunch of elemental Chakra would instead flow into his hands creating white a bit of disorder, first his hands would be surrounded by yellow light which was the lightning, then they would become white from the wind chakra and then brown from the earth chakra.

There would be a feint light shining from his hands each time he concentrated a new element into it, the colour of the light would depend on the element of the chakra he concentrated into his hands, then, suddenly, for just a few short seconds he felt the sand rise up as he was in sync with it for just a small amount of time before the feeling suddenly faded.

It appeared as if he had done something right with that sudden burst of chakra, finally he was growing closer and closer to his objective, as he would sort of browse through the elements in his hand, slowly alternating from one to the other, he soon found the sand beginning to float upwards as he concentrated Wind Chakra into one hand and Earth Chakra into the other.

He did not know exactly how he was doing it, but he had a theory, he had read about how some Shinobi had a unique ability to combine certain elemental releases together in order to create a brand new one, it would seem like he was one of these unique Shinobi, how very lucky of him, but this gift was useless if he did not know how to use it, he just needed to put a bit more backbone into it!

He knew that a new element created by the combination of two of the great elements was called a Kekkei Gekai, and that a combination of three elements which was even rarer was called a Kekkei Tota, now this was better, he knew how these worked and now had a bit more information on what it was and thus how to train it, Shiro would put both of his hands together forming a combination of Wind in one hand, and Earth in the other.

As the brown coloured light shined from his hands, Shiro would begin walking as sand particles where lifted up from the pile and began floating softly and gracefully around his form, it was almost as if the sand had taken a liking to him and was following him around, similarly to how a dog happily follows its owner around, it was not long before Shiro felt he was truly in control of the sand, despite their not being much of it, only enough for a C Rank Technique at most, he was beginning to feel the sand as if it where part of him, finally in sync.

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) 
Rank: "C" "(B)" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities. 
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. 
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating. 
Limit: Must have the Fire Release.

No sooner had he blown outwards was a large fireball of great proportions blown out from his mouth, it had been simple enough, didn't take very long for him to get the hang of it, but as he watched the Fireball burn in front of him as he continued to blow out Latin Chakra Which had been poured into his lungs, he found himself being rather displeased with what his current abilities all our him to do.

His Fireball…had been rather weak, he hadn't exactly expected it to be extremely devastating as he was holding back a bit with his chakra, but this fireball did not fly forwards like it was supposed to, instead it only existed in front of him while he kept supplying it with katon chakra through his breath, but suddenly dissipated when Shiro stopped.

It was in a way no wonder that it couldn't fly forwards in its current state, if it was so weak that it needed Shiro to be constantly blowing chakra into it then even if it managed to fly forwards it would barely have the ability burn the enemy, the technique had technically been a success, however it was also rather useless at this weak stage, if he wanted to damage someone at this close range, he'd much prefer to use his Taijutsu.

The reason that Shiro had held back with his technique was because fire style Justus required at least a moderate amount of control and notion of what one was doing, fire wasn't like most elements, it caused destruction wherever it went, it didn't bring life like water and Earth did, however in a way, it had life and a mind of its own, a mind possessed with a thirst for destruction.

If someone tried to perform a Katon technique they didn't fully understand without holding back in the slightest, chances where the jutsu would fail and they'd go up in flames, for such a destructive element would surely be able to burn them alive if their chakra control was sloppy, katon techniques where actually a bit more about reducing the intensity of the flames to the point where they did not grow out of control and blow up in the users face instead of the opponents.

Because of this, Shiro couldn't simply perform his Fire Release techniques without holding back, he was no fan of getting set ablaze, let alone by his own technique, which was why control was still necessary, however if he kept on holding back he would only get the same shitty results, it would appear that the only way to get the job done was to train up his ability to utilize the Fire Release.

With this in mind, Shiro would begin to breathe deeply, only this time not just once, several times, he would continue to breathe normally, except taking deeper breaths, as well as doing it slowly, as he began to clear his mind, concentrating on nothing but his breathing, then, once after a few minutes of breathing deeply in and out, Shiro would begin to mold his chakra.

He would begin to mold fire release infused chakra deep in his chest, just near his lungs as he would probably have to do with most fire style techniques, before long the chakra would be concentrated into his lungs, and consequently into his breathing, but it wouldn't be noticeable at its full capacity all at once, no, the chakra would only be concentrated into his breath slowly, one step at a time for the main reason of not losing control of the Fire.

Since he was concentrating only small increases of Fire chakra into his breath at a time, the changes would be small and be progressed onto gradually so that he could become better accustomed to using this type of element with his chakra, at first, his breathes would present only a small change, as he concentrated only a small amount of heat into this chakra, his breathes would come out slightly hotter in temperature.

With such a small difference a person who was skilled in the arts of sensory and could sense heat would easily pick up the difference while novices wouldn't notice much at all, this training was helpful as even if he was only concentrating a small amount of heat at once it would help him practice the control needed for the Katon release, and possibly even his capabilities in controlling great amounts of the element.

Possibly even more so then trying to manipulate fire as much as one could without losing control, but it still would not be as effective as slowly alternating between slightly different volumes of Fire chakra at a time, since unlike maintaining a single amount it would not allow the user to grow accustomed to only a single amount, and instead giving them more versatility when referring to the volume of the Techniques.

As the youth continued concentrating solely on his breath and katon Chakra, he would begin to pour a bit more into his lungs, as he did, it would become more apparent in his breathes that he was training his Fire Release, beginning with only a single, subtle spark of a flame in the air he was breathing, which as he concentrated more on slowly became a tiny flame that would disappear every time Shiro inhaled.

As Shiro slowly increased the chakra he concentrated into his breath, a flame would begin to appear in his breath, similar to the small flame that was there before but instead of disappearing every time he inhaled, it would merely weaken every time he did so, becoming smaller in size and proportion every time, but regaining what it lost and a tiny bit more every time he exhaled.

This exercise in a way was quite similar to lifting weights, except instead of strengthening his muscles it strengthened his Fire Techniques, for every time he exhaled was like when you lifted the weight up, and every time he inhaled was similar to bringing it back down, relaxing his muscles slightly, or in this case, his chakra, as just like this would be more beneficial then holding the weight up in the air, this practice was more effective then simply attempting to blow out a continuous flamethrower.

After a few more minutes of repeating this exercise, Shiro was all warmed up and ready to incorporate his training into his Great Fireball Technique in attempt to strengthen it, he really hoped his training had paid off as he didn't like the idea of wasting what felt like a whole hour of effort just to perform another pathetic version of the Fireball Technique.

Shiro would then close his eyes so as to not get distracted from anything in the area, meaning he could concentrate better on the technique he was training, before starting to perform the hand seals he would first begin concentrating as much fire chakra as he could into his lungs, of course he wasn't going to release it all at once so as to not loose control of the Fire.

As he would, he'd begin to imagine scenes of destruction and constructs burning, peoples limbs burning off, explosions, he found imagining something related to what he was training often helped with the process, but…should he really be imagining these things? He felt that as someone who has believed in good he shouldn't be imagined by these things like this, although it WAS for training purposes, so maybe it wasn't so bad.

Now that Shiro was ready, both with his chakra and with his mindset, he would begin to perform a string of hand seals before stopping on something resembling the tiger hand seal, only with the upright fingers of both hands slightly apart from each other leaving space in which for him to blow the Fire out of, he would then take a deep breath, puffing up his chest before blowing out the air that was confined in his lungs for a few seconds, like a bird finally set free from its cage.

Suberi Suna Nami (Sliding Sand Wave)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: Creates a wave of sand.
Special: ---
Drawback: Can be destroyed by D rank Raiton techniques. Sand immediately falls to the ground after an attack/defense.
Description: The user throws his hand to the side as if calling the sand to follow, it forces the sand on the ground to fly up in front of the user to either attack or defend against oncoming jutsus. This sand is not very strong and will easily be broken down if hit by a C rank or higher jutsu and will revert back to the ground. The sand rises to about the size of a normal human body and will revert back to the ground right after being called upon. Once the user hits A rank this technique can stop C rank attack. When the user hits S rank it can stop B rank attacks.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release.

Shiro would look at the levitating particles of sand around him and then back to the pile of sand that would lie on the ground, this was certainly an interesting element, it seemed almost as if it followed the user, surrounding them at all sides, attempting to protect them, almost like a loyal friend or pet, there was something special about it, something that other elements just didn't have.

Shiro didnt actually know much about it in truth, not much more other then the fact that it was mostly used defensively, but that it still offered formidable offensive abilities, it peeked his interest much more then other elements, and for a moment he sort of wished he knew just a bit more about it, he knew that the ability was mostly only granted to Shinobi of Sunagakure, although others had it to, it was rarer.

Perhaps he was lucky to have such a unique skill, or perhaps it was more then just luck, perhaps a trait of his personality…at any rate, he had no means to research it at the moment, no books, nothing to provide any type of information at all, he didn't want to head back to konoha in the middle of a training session so he'd see what he could figure out on his own, since it was used mostly for defensive purposes, he would simply gather the sand particles together, getting a bit from the pile as well, and wave his hand to the side trying to command the sand to follow the direction of his hand gesture.

Effect: The user takes the knowledge of Suberi Suna Nami and is capable of creating a cloud made out of compacted sand. This technique is somewhat simple as the user creates a cloud, and using the knowledge of the wind release the user can push the Sand Cloud in all directions. The Cloud of sand is strong enough to keep the user placed on top of the cloud and stand within mid air on top of a cloud. This technique is used for escaping or traveling purposes.

Description: When the user performs the small amount of handseals the user quickly forms a massive cloud of sand that is in the size of his own choosing. Usually done to fit for that of the user. The user is capable of controlling the very sand up down and all around in every direction allowing the user to float in the air and move high into the air in an elevated manner. When the user learns this technique the user is capable of moving in the same amount of movements per round as himself in which designates as to how fast this Sand Cloud can become.
Limit: must know Suberi Suna Nami (Sliding Sand).

Just as swiftly as Shiro had waved his hand the sand would go flying in front of him hardening as if to defend him from an attack directed towards him, grinned as the sand then crumbled to the ground after several moments of remaining in its defensive position, despite not knowing much about it he had already taken quite a liking to this unique element.

With the sands unique form, which was that of small particles that could be formed together in a variety of ways, the possibilities where almost limitless, it was like water, but sand was different, it was almost…no, it was like the element just became the users friend, and due to the form of the sand, it was quite a versatile Elemental Release, he wondered what else he could do with it.

Shiro would start molding his chakra through the sand, now with more ease then when he first started using the sat on element, he would start condensing all the sand in the area into a single hardened block before taking it apart setting all the sand particles free once again, he would repeat this several times as it was easier to think if he was kept busy, but as he observed the sand as it condensed, he wondered if he could step on it.

He would then put what little sand he had in the area together in a single condensed form before attempting to step onto it in, as he did, the sand would mold itself into a cloud like shape, he found it rather difficult to keep balance and so he would stumble slightly from one end of the to the next, almost falling off several times, but soon He regained his balance and managed to properly stand on it.

Daisan no Me (The Third Eye)

Skill: NinJutsu

Effect: A technique that allows the user the capability of using their sand to where they can create an eye. This eye of sand is used for spying purposes and information gathering purposes. A simple technique known within the Sand Regiments.

Special: ---

Drawback: When the user uses this technique they are unable to use one of their eyes. The user will need to be capable of seeing and the mind is unable to process so many images. Lack of better words the user literally uses his own eye to see by using Sand. The user is however only capable of using this technique within the distance of 10 meters each character rank

Description: The user creates a simple eye that is in the color of brown. The sand is condensed to the point it solidifies and looks like that of an eye. The user keeps a small string of sand that is lined with chakra in order to allow the user to still see.

Limit: Must have the Sand Release.

But shiro couldnt master the usage of his new sand cloud just by standing still, so he decided to apply just a little bit of pressure to the cloud with his chakra, causing the cloud to go flying forwards much faster then originally intended, causing him to almost fall off once again, waving his hands in the air trying to regain his footing, but in truth this only made him begin to fall off even more.

But jjust before shiro could fall, he concentrated chakra into the sand, hardening it around and over his feet helping him to regain balance, making him sigh in relief, but he wasnt in the clear just yet, he had to be careful that the cloud would not flip over, or else at this low altitude and insane speed hitting his head on the ground would not be to pleasant, he would slpwly manipulate his chakra to come to a halt, as he wanted to practice other things with his sand for the time being.

He wanted to see if he could create sand people, sand clones to be exact, but for that he would have to take apart his new sand cloud as there was not much sand in the area, he frowned slightly as he took apart his precious cloud, it would surely be fun to use in battle, not to mention useful for many situations, but right now he had to practice other things with his sand as well, as he would begin to form the sand into hardenned humanoid limbs one at a time, the first thing he created was the eyes, as he wanted to see if he could imitate the colour of his red eyes, but as he concentrated chakra into them it seemed he did a bit more then intended at first.
