Traveling to the Leaf -Travel Thread-

The wind whipped around the desert ready Amira, dressed in her combat outfit in the desert that was experiencing nothing but winter winds. She felt a bit tired at all the walking, but otherwise she was ready to leave. All she needed now was to meet shiki here. She had her gear loaded with her in her side pack, and was ready to get herself ready when they finally arrived at the embassy. Things were finally going to get rolling. Her hair was tied neatly in a braid under her hood as she kept her jacket hood up and her gloves protected her hand. She kept her her head down as she waited for Shiki quitetly by the small pool of spring water that had collected as the wind picked up around her. 

"I hope he hurries..." She grumbled as she checked her gear. Her knives, weapons, tech...whatever, she wanted to make sure that she had it all ready for the trip. Letting time tick by, she waited for her companion...to meet their fate with the cloud.

"The wind is howling." The monster hunter said gruffly as he followed up behind Amira, the Kazekage. As he moved he felt his armor shift with him. His metal had long since felt like a pair of second skin. But this time he wore his helmet with him as he moved. His eyes scanned the new area trying to get used to the heat and the sand around him. Shiki paused as he waited for the kazekage to lead the way to their next location.

Amira’s hooded face became much more visible as the landscape began to change from the desert sands to that of the forests of Hi no Kuni. Amira as a navigator, and justly found her way to where she wanted to go. There were going to be heading to the capitol to visit a few very important individuals. Her Jounin commander Shiki was behind her, keeping pace surely. The gruff fellow’s appearance, mirrored her own, the sand still stuck in her hair and all over the creases of her outfit from her homeland. Sand was rough…it was course…and it always got everywhere. Amira found this to be annoyingly true. Her boots shaking off more sand with each step, trod onward towards the leaf embassy. She had never been to this place, but she had heard there was a new Hokage (Current events) and wanted to confirm the rumor. Hopefully he would be more receptive than his predecessor…who always neglected to write back. If she were able to establish peace with the leaf, then maybe she could forgive the stone for betraying them in their time of need. This could also spell the end of the league of summer…which she was against to begin with. Letting the trail take them were it would, Amira followed it ardently, as she and Shiki would finally be in the land of fire.
