SALILIR TENYICTH.
[/u], Phlokei Station, and squared enclosure where more ridebeasts are tended to by hunch-backed horrors with bodies of toothed horns and callouses. You do not see people milling about, eating at restaurants, chatting in bars or libraries.
GAME MASTER.
Shiki Senri of the Kyoudo.
Everywhere there are creatues too ugly, rituals full of grotesque tradition. Bleeding limbs made to re-enact their severing, diseases traded like playing cards among the elderly, a group of trees torturing a dog-demon by urinating on it while a possessed paintbrush captured the image in cheap blues only to be set aflame and laughed at by all involved. It is chaos, everywhere. The sound of it is like every sound you have ever heard, magnified, simultaneous and unfiltered and pockmarked with the demonic utterances of unnatural voice. The 'people' of Salilir Tenyich are not people at all, and it has never been clearer than from your current vantage point. There is an 'information desk' - probably - almost 120 meters to the north-west of your current location, and a sheer drop off onto other adjacent docks and cubes below, above, and around you where Phlokei Station ends. This information desk seems so only because a large number of demons seem to wander up to it hesitantly and speak, before walking away far more confidently. Those walking around you, others departing or arriving, those who live somewhere within this cube or have business here, they ignore you. They are far too busy, and odd.
But your target is not these citizens. The majority have lived here their entire lives, and in accordance with the bizarre customs of Outsider legality, they are mostly model citizens, all but incapable of 'criminal' activity. The problem you have been hired to solve involves a 'monster', or at least, something bad enough that a town full of demons considers it to be a monster. If it were simply killing randomly, its actions would merely be praised and imitated. But it is a strange monster, and what it is doing is considered beyond blasphemy. It is one of the few behaviors considered illegal, and unforgivable in their culture. The monster has begun to worry the general public, particularly the 'parent' demographic, and due to your own human laws, demons constitute a legal race, and cannot be discriminated against, or denied the right to make legal purchases for goods and services, provided their is reasonable and legal cause for, proceeding, and following the transaction, and provided there are no incidents where they have previously broken a human law. Salilr Tenyicth makes frequent donations to the Venator organization; proof of this lies with your intended 'contact' within the city. Though unsure of where or how to find this individual, you are to meet with Venator Adjunct "Kekral Of Mourning" to receive further information regarding the monster, though when its activities have been described, their is always a shared word in its panicked witnesses details.
"Lightning".
