Autumn was always her favorite season, the always green leaves of the trees turning into a warm array of colors, the pleasant breeze that just tittered the edge of too cold, and the coming of a new year right around the corner after it was finished. More importantly, was all the festivals that filled up the next few months, from the Harvest Festival to the Winter festival and new years, it was a time full of excitement and business opportunities that she couldn't just ignore! It was so busy! From having to craft new costumes and clothes for the festivals, helping with the plays that her friends were doing, and cooking up a storm for parties across the village, is it wrong to say that maybe she needs a little break before jumping back into the craziness of festival season?
Which is exactly what the young girl was doing at this moment, escaping the village to instead enjoy the relative quiet of the land, and in her new favorite way too! Chizu glided across the land, dully blue eyes hidden behind goggles and her favorite cloak dragging behind her as she turned and bounded through and over the sparse trees of the grasslands. Riding her well used Hoverboard she received so long ago now, she had long since mastered the art of maneuvering the anti-gravity board to maximize the fluidity of her tricks. Gone were the days of losing control and having to save her poor board from destroying itself on a steel wall.
The girl snorted softly at that thought, circling a large bolder that stood far taller than the high grass, other than her goggles, the girl wasn't decked out in her usually clothes for once, instead, what she wore could be more described as a punk pop star than a shinobi in any way, a tight black v-neck tee that (despite being tight, it revealed nothing but muscle cause she's still flat as an ironing board.) had a illustration of a dragon burning a village to the ground, a studded leather jacket with fashionably placed cuts in the arms (Her Kusa headband was wrapped around her arm, so she can travel freely without being stopped.), form fitting but flexible black pants tucked into belted calf-high black boots, also studded cause who can resist the extra bling bling? And of course, a black choker and classic eyeliner, just to tie it all in. In case you haven't guessed yet, she was set to do a performance with her friends later today, hence the get up and the new inclusion of her Guitar strapped to her back alongside her Naginata, a little practice before the show never hurts.
A quick decision of stopping finally came when she finally found a nice spot to relax, a quiet little enclave under a cliff, a small clearing in the grass that had a small stream running though it. There where plenty of rocks to sit on, and it seemed uninhabited for now, so she hovered over and dismounted her board. Taking a seat on one of the rocks closer to the stream, the giant 11 year old unlatched her guitar and rested on her lap, the began to silently tune it.
