Fire Style: Inferno Technique
Rank: D
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Shoots small gout of flame towards the opponent.
Special: Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger
Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls.
Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.

The young Uchiha walked silently in the dark. His Sharingan was active, letting him see just as easily in the dark as if it was a sunny day. Water drops could be heard falling to the moist ground below. The dark cavern had been a place he had discovered long ago..with a former teammate. It was here that his Sharingan originally awoken. The bloodlust, and tainted blood of his teammate had caused him to go wild. The duo engaged in combat. Suno tried to restrain, tried to wear down his teammate. But in the end he was forced to kill him. It was the first time he had ever taken a life. It haunted him for a long time. In truth, Suno couldn't even remember his name. That only made it worst. He was the child's best friend. He wish he had been as strong as he was now. He would have been able to stop..been able to calm his friend down. Suno had buried the body down here. Later on, he found out this his friend had been reported as a missing ninja. Even still to this day.
He came to an opening out of the tunnel. The cavern that the tunnel opened up to was large. Vary large. The apartment he and his family lived in in the city above was tiny compared to the Cavern. Off near the corner, a small pool of clear water sat perfectly still. Near the pool, a small hill of soft earth sat. He felt a longing in his heart to go and sit on the hill. He knew buried below, his beloved friend slept for all eternity. But that is not why he was here. He needed to train. He needed to become stronger. He wanted to protect his village. He had to show that the AmeKage's trust in him was not misplaced. He knew of no better place to train his skills, and expand his explosive power in a safe way.
In the dark, he spotted what he was looking for. A bunch of old candles they use to use when they came down here. At the time, Suno was not blessed with his Uchiha site. While he no longer needed it, he wanted to light them and provide a warm light to work with. He pulled out a book from his bag. The cover of the Book had a symbol for fire engraved on it. Flipping through the pages, he found the one he had ear marked. Fire Style: Inferno Technique. It was an extremely simple technique, a skill his power had already surpassed. But simple skills could be just as useful and deadly as more complex skills. Running his hands over the pages, he found the seals. He had already looked at them, but true to his nerdy, bookworm nature, he wanted to review. The seals were simple and easy to remember.
He performed them a couple times in different stances, trying to add the seals to his muscle memory. When he felt satisfied, he moved on toward practicing the movements with the seals. Unlike some other releases, the fire techniques required the user to aim the attack with their hand. Taking a deep breath, he performed the seals, and practiced the added motion of bringing his hands up to his mouth. He didn't infuse any chakra with his breath however. Once again, he felt satisfied he was comfortable with all the movements associated with the technique. It was time to perform the technique.
Taking a deep breath and closing his eyes, he settled himself. When found the balance he was looking for, he took one more deep breath and began performing the seals. Forcing his chakra to flow toward his lungs, he could feel the energy mixing with the oxygen. As he exhaled, the energy would combust as it hit the cool air. A flash of light exploded before him, racing away from him. The Flames would lick the candles, cause them to all ignite. The air in his lungs would give out, causing the jet of flame to cease. The light however did not fade. Suno looked around at the dancing shadows jumping off the walls. In truth, he missed this place. It was quiet. It was far removed from the noise bustle of the city above.
Taking his stance again, Suno would prepare himself to perform the technique once more. AS he took a deep breath, just as before he would began performing the seals. "Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger" he thought to himself. Infusing the air once again, he exhaled and felt the warm blast of air hit his face as the flames exploded forward from his mouth. This time he aimed the flame above him. The cavern was so large, the end of the flame was just barley touching the ceiling. Suno felt content he had mastered the technique and looked around once again. It was time to give this place a few homey touches.
