New Reward System for Events

I propose we have a new reward system for Events, both Epic and Normal, that will get people involved again in such things; as I’ve noticed a severe lack of interest in Events of all kinds/Events never being completed.
My proposition: Unique Rewards
You may be curious what I mean by a Unique Reward, so let me paint for you a picture, and keep in mind these unique rewards are not the same as Epic Quest rewards like Cursed Seal or BFS.
Unique Rewards are rewards tailored to a character based on their performance in an Event or Multi-part Mission, either Epic or Normal, that cannot be traded/destroyed/stolen/or otherwise removed from them until THAT SPECIFIC CHARACTER DIES/SCRAPS/OR VANISHES IN SOME FASHION (4 Months absence or more). This reward will be Unique in the fact that it cannot be created by PC or NPC. The GM/Mod running the Event will create the item/technique and submit it for review before the Event starts, but after the participants are identified. It will have to go through the same process as a Custom but will need anywhere from 4 to 6 Mod or higher Approvals after balancing, as well as a head nod from the Admin, which can be done during the Event. At the end of the Event, it will be subject to review by several mods and the participants graded based on their Style, Creativity, Flow, Entertainment Value etc. etc. (Minor prizes could be given for especially epic things players do, even if they aren’t the best, which will also be unique.)
I also propose that these Abilities/Items/Weapons/Armor have a turn/strike/condition limit imposed on them, that renews thread to thread, but hinders abuse of this Unique acquisition. Weapons/Items/Armor that have Techniques DO NOT GET ADDED TO YOUR TP POOL. They are automatic on that item and ONLY for that item (treat it as if the Item learned those techniques and allows the person to borrow it.) Techniques likewise do not get added to the TP pool.
Example: Bob Uchiha gains a special Technique pertaining to the Uchiha Clan that cannot be gained by normal means outside of an Event. We’ll say it’s Amaterasu or whatever. They can only use it One (1) Time a thread before it’s locked out for the remaining time in that thread, able to be used One (1) Time again in a new thread.
Example: Susan Airontoku gets a special blade that enhances Fire Techniques and is itself an Elemental Weapon, doing Fire Damage when swung without the need for techniques and comes with its own techniques. This blade is clearly very powerful, so powerful and unique that it can only be used for a short time (3 attacks) before it MUST be sheathed/is forcefully sheathed or vanishes until the next thread.
Basically, after the set turns, that item can be considered to NO LONGER EXIST IN THAT THREAD. It becomes merely cosmetic and cannot be used again. This is to mitigate abuse of these Unique Rewards. These items are considered Cursed Soul Bound items and the techs cannot be copied by ANY MEANS. NONE. However, if you are disarmed of an item, it vanishes from the thread to be used in the next thread where it reappears.
