Personality

Tsubaki throughout her life time has displayed a shining charismatic personality. She is strong willed in her beliefs, and not afraid to give her opinion with a strong sense of firmness in how she delivers it. Granted her personality can often time spite others unintentionally which means it is not uncommon for her to get into heated arguments or debates for no reason. In that regard Tsubaki can be labelled as stubborn which is not an inaccurate depicting of her attitude in general with other people.

In the most general description it is best to say she is passionate with how she presents herself, and is perceived. Which comes into light when she forebodes herself from getting too confrontational, in favor of listening and understanding. Its a constant mix match of pushing and pulling with others in the sense of interaction. She doesn't enjoy wasting her time on things that feel pointless, but at the same time her insecurities are usually the driving force for such ways of thinking.

Tsubaki has a hard time trusting others mainly in a sense of believing that they are worth following if given the position to guide someone. This stems from her personal problems that originate back to her parent's poor planning back when they were struggling to find good places to settle down in back within Sound Country. Even then Tsubaki has always taken pride in thinking herself to be a leader and not a follower in the sense of her role amongst others. She doesn't like being needlessly lazy, and doesn't encourage that within others either.

When amongst friends her confrontational side mainly is displayed in the form of light sarcasm, witty humor, and general teasing. Staying quiet is not her specialty or normal for her, but she isn't foreign to the idea. In fact she secretly envies the ability to stay quiet, and analyze things. This comes from her older brother who despite processing a naturally silly or playful personality often stays quiet and passive in his interactions with others. Albeit her memories of her older brother are faint, as she has a separated history from her main family members.

Talking about her personal problems is a tough subject on the Kazeraikou's heart considering the weight those problems carry. She tends to settle issues when they happen right away, but that only became a normal thing after she developed the strong will and determination to never shy away from her uncle. Manipulating her feelings is something Tsubaki doesn't take lightly, and holds anyone at fault of it accountable until she knows they have paid their dues in forgiveness and proven that they aren't likely to do so again. Though the storms of Tsubaki's personality are always shifting in multiple ways. So there really is no calming it down to a subtle roar.

Appearance

A mix of imposing features, and dazzling characteristics all wrapped up in a nice package makes up an overall depiction of who and what Tsubaki is visually. She's all woman with a simple yet unique sense of style that normally comes in the form of comfortable yet sporty clothing. She isn't that fond of dresses unless she is going out for some special occasion. Nor is she fond of using makeup to cover up or highlight anything on her face or body.

The most she'd use is some shade of lipstick which is normally in the color of a distinct azure blue, or any other sort of lip care products. For that matter. At the most she may also add some nice styles to use for her eyes, but at the most she saves the dazzling and attraction for her jutsus, musical skills, and crafting projects.

Right from the start the first thing someone would notice about Tsubaki is that she is a tall person. Rising only a few feet above the average height she had grown a lot during her preteen to teenage years when she lived with her uncle. The these genes in particular are inherited from her father which she got more of, than her older brother who unknowingly is only a few feet shorter than her.

Tsubaki was a late bloomer in awakening her bloodlimit which already put her in a state of having to be creative, and settle for not always having the best option with making decisions on things. So this naturally shaped her clothing choices into being one that tend to show less than more. This is not by any means out of insecurity, or shyness.

Tsubaki is one of those people whom are unapologetic about themselves, and their appearance. She doesn't go out of her way to break social rules for all types of scenarios, but she can be expected to push boundaries just a little out of the pure amusement of it. She knows she isn't the most...pleasingly developed in terms of the female body structure, but that does not stop her from using body language and flirtatious tactics to benefit herself or others in anyway that she deems possible to do so despite her petite body. It in fact she loves the counter active look from being tall yet dainty in some ways. Not only does it create some thought when styling and decorating herself, but it adds a clear image and automatically makes her stand out within a room of other people.

Long white/silver hair, deep aqua blue eyes, smooth light brown skin, and a personality to match add all the necessary components she needs to be who she wants to be. Tsubaki Kazeraikou amongst fellow Kazeraikou peers isn't all that different considering the similarities between other clan members, but in terms of a broader picture Tsubaki is a first hand pick when one needs to make a scene and do it well.

Background

The on going life of Tsubaki Kazeraikou hasn't always been a fun one. Challenges were always present, but the pursuit of happiness was only sought after once her independence became fully realized after the trails of her young age completely passed. Tsubaki as a whole was sheltered when she was little. Her brother was given this safeguarded approach by their parents too. Because of this, the two of them often had to stick together as a pair simply to get by safely. Back in Oto no Kuni the two of them had to live in a manner that constantly put them outside the cruel events of the world, and inside the eyes of a bystander wanting to say something to authority.

Tsubaki herself was always the most troublesome in terms of trying to teach her when and why to keep her mouth shut at times. Her parents never truly succeeded in doing that to her. She was always protective over her family, and friends if she deemed the people she appreciates worthy of such protection. Her heart was pure, but her mind wasn't. The wisdom of knowing that crime plagued the streets where they lived kept her aware at all times, but sadly her ideals usually still got her into trouble.

Her parents were entertainers and sold artwork a lot back then. The two siblings hardly had a lot of time outside on their own. The only real time they could manage to get out for extended periods, would be when they'd get to watch their parents perform out on stage in front of crowds of people. The musical and artistic culture in Oto was the peace Tsubaki relied on as a kid. That same sense of peace is the same kind of feelings she seeks to give to others, and find once more in her adulthood. However back then it all had a different meaning.

As a girl growing up in a crime riddled area, she was no stranger to learning how things really work out in the streets, and how prejudice and sexism often tore apart good relationships amongst people. She herself has been a victim of such issues, however she has never allowed that to skew her opinion on people as a whole, like weaker people do. Her older bother was the inspiration for this level of strength and faith in the human species as a whole.

While others including her friends would rather vent and bicker about problems that they themselves were often also at fault of; Tsubaki would oddly enough be the one staying silent and listening to all the stories. Especially the ones that put perspective on the other side of things. Women and Men to her are only similar in so many ways, and so she dislikes the act of forcing both to conjoin into specific labels through dumb traditions or rituals. However she doesn't think people are meant to be forced to be anything other than simply human.

She doesn't like pandering to the weak if the weak are being ignorant to what truly makes others strong. She learned this view from her uncle whom often harshly criticized how much Tsubaki's parents tried to censor her and her brother from the reality of life. Life itself is a beautiful thing and death is only the inevitable end of that beauty in a way that is often natural. Tsubaki considers this a true thing; and thus she lives on the edge most times not as a challenge to death, but mainly as a statement of acknowledging the freedom she has. The strength she can muster personally as a human being with rare traits and abilities. Although while she still resents her parents for their actions when she used to live with them. Tsubaki also thanks it for she would have most likely never grown to be the strong willed woman she is now if she hadn't moved away.

However after so long of social distancing herself from these problems she is left in an awkward state of mind. The only thing she wishes to do now, is to maybe reconnect and rejoin the family as a whole once more. Her uncle has since gotten old, and so she is the one taking care of the house most times, despite the elderly man still having a good amount of strength left within him. She knows his time will come soon. And with that in mind she fears loosing the chance to once again see her mother and father's face and tell them she loves them and show them how great she has turned out to be. She craves validation and accomplishment above all else. Her history has shaped her to desire such pleasures. Thus the most important person out of that bunch of memories is the closest family member she had back then. That being her older brother whom she desperately longs to find, and connect with.

Description: The first stage of the Kazeraikou Doujutsu forces a temporary change of the user's eyes. The iris and pupil of the eye become one and change to a color decided at the first awakening depending on their mood. The color is like a cloud and swirls around the user's eye when looking around. Small lines of white will flash across the eyes like lightning bolts and continually do so as long as the eye is active. With the First stage of the Ryuugan Doujutsu unleashed, it allows the user to see the elements of Lightning, Air, and Water within normal viewing parameters. One's natural sight is also enhanced giving the capability of 2x zoom capabilities. The user sees the elements as three new, vibrant, and opaque colors that mesh perfectly with their normal vision, giving the user the ability to see the three elements without hindering their normal vision in the slightest. Of course normal vision can hinder this special sight, as the user cannot see through walls or other things as normal.

Description: By learning to channel their unique chakra into a normal Raiton, Suiton, or Fuuton jutsu the user is capable of controlling where it begins. After completing the handseals used for the jutsu the user channels one element of chakra to each hand. (IE: Lightning and Water; Water and Water.) Others are able to see the element from each hand because they exude the element given to them. This is used for the other jutsu of the clan and simply having this jutsu active wastes chakra each turn. To learn the clans techniques they must have the corresponding rank of this jutsu. An additional B Rank training can be done any time after the B Rank version of this technique to remove the handseals needed. Though the same amount of time applies to get the channeling to succeed.

Description: Wind release is 1 of the 5 basic elemental nature transformations. Most offensive Wind Release techniques are performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible, however, wind can also be generated as a large, concussive force to overwhelm a target. Wind-based techniques are mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal slashing damage. Wind Release also specifies in deflecting and even reflecting attacks. Wind Techniques come in 7 Wind Effects, which interfere with ranged attacks, or impose penalties on some skill checks. Wind Effects are described in the Combat section of the Player's Handbook under Weather in the Movement and Position section. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will.

Description: This technique does not count against the user's Release Training Points. Water is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques allowing the user to manipulate pre-existing water by turning their Chakra into Water. It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths (Need Water Creation Technique from Jutsu Enhancement Techniques). Water Release techniques can not only change shape but state as well. Moreover, the water becomes more solid in the process as well, and certain techniques can even allow the user to increase the water's density or viscosity, making it a suitable element to capture the targets. Offensive water techniques seem to inflict harm from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage to a human. Any Save Difficulty mentioned in a technique, whether Fortitude or Will is based off of 10 + 2 per Class Level + Impeccable Will. Some Ice Release techniques need pre-existing ice, snow, or water nearby in order to be used. Techniques that require a small source of water nearby is measured between 1.5 to 6 cubic meters. Medium is measured between 6 to 30 cubic meters. Large is measured between 30 cubic meters to 350 cubic meters. Huge is measured between 350 cubic meters to 1,500 cubic meters. Colossal is measured by anything more than 1,500 cubic meters.

Description: Picture Ginga is the basic footwork of Capoeira. The movement itself varies. The technique shows the basic variation of Ginga however individuals have their own way of doing Ginga. Ginga begins in the middle position with both of their hands are up to the front of the user's body. The user brings the left leg back and swaps the weight momentarily mainly to the ball of the back of the left foot. At this point the left arm is up in front of the torso as defense. From here the user pushes off the ball of the back foot to middle position again. User brings the right foot back, resting the weight on the ball of the back right foot. User swaps arms so the right arm is in front in defense. Ginga is an important movement and is the cement that holds diverse parts of Capoeira together. Unlike cement, however, Ginga is fluid. The user can Ginga whenever they feel like it as all the techniques bind well together. The Ginga allows the user to keep rhythm; it is a dance step, but it is not a robotic step. Gina the user can move all around, slip under moves, do their kicks and Esquivas, and explore the unlimited diversity of movements in Capoeira. Ginga can also be used to change direction if the user is doing a sequence of turning kicks.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Capoeira.
