Raijin wore his main blue turtle neck outfit with his white shirt on top and shorts. He had been tasked all over the Land of Sea fighting wars against the other villages that were present. His main target was the champion of Rain who allies with Grass during the war. In a flash of lightning he had appeared at the seaside castle one of the small islands off the coast of the major islands. It was a small castle seated against the back of a mini mountain with a open courtyard against the sea. A small opening for ships and was a vantage points for ships. However they had recently lost the vantage point and he would simply take it back and claim a Kage's head.
The surrounding courtyard was 40m in a rectangular shape before reaching the building entrance as well as the water's surface. Small boats were scattered across the water and outside led to the small mountainous area around the castle. 4 3m pillars were close to the water at spread 5m intervals. The castle had high 20m walls and continued on upward. He had no weapons on him except his face. His eyes were glowing a fluorescent blue. "Time for fun."
Onako wrapped his rain headband firmly around his forehead as he walked out on his intruder. He had been standing guard endlessly waiting for whoever else dared step up to him. He fulfilled his duty as kage and as such was a pivoting force in the war efforts. As such he was holding his own this entire time and was now use to the blood shed. He wore his loose sleeves yellow t shirt and blue pants with blue shinobi sandals. He was dressed light and was unarmed except for his fist.
Looking forward to the man who had come out of thin air he stood there a good 15m away and stared him down as he stood there. His senses were poised and sharp as he smirked and scowled with a fiercness. "You bastards just keep popping up around, It's almost as if you want to die." Onako would say with the uttermost confidence. He would add this man to the other bodies laying at the bottom of the ocean. Bringing victory to his country and its allies. He had no worries and would handle this accordingly. The courtyard left little room to go and hide.
"My type of man!" Raijin cackled as he started weaving seals. He would extend his arm forward with a smile as 3 pointy balls of white lightning were formed in front of him. His 3 stars in were in a triangular formation with one on top aimed at the head and the other 2 at the torso of the body. He would have immediately released his stars forward moving at a speed that was double of a kunai being thrown. Enough to catch his opponent off guard and force him to move. Raijin was careful to watch which way the bastard would go. Left right or above he could even move doing his jutsu prep.
If his initial assault had forced him to stop any form of advancement he would track the man and start weaving more seals. Sticking out his hand and finger he charged a small dense ball of lightning at a focal point. He would quickly aim and fire at the men's chest aiming for center mass. It would be a quick moving lightning bullet to slam straight in to his chest and give him a little shock before he brought out more punishment.
If his opponent had moved too close with a shunshin Raijin would jump back 3m while preparing another set of seals for a second Jutsu. After completed thousands of lightning flower petals would have gently floated around Raijin with a 3m radius. To most it would be off setting allowing him to get some breathing room to do whatever else he wants. Not to mention he still had his trump card.
Raiton • Raikou Yama No Jutsu [Lightning Release • Lightning Bullet] Rank: D-Ranked Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The users fingertips begin to glow a light blue as they fire off lightning bolts from the fingertips. Special: Tiger, Serpent, Dragon Drawback: After being used multiple times they begin to numb the user’s finger making it very difficult to use weapon’s such as Bows, Swords, or even Kunai. Can be trained multiple times to increase the amount of times that it is capable of using without making finger’s numb Description: Once the user has performed the required handseals the user will outstretch his hands and his fingers. Chakra will be rapidly gathered their and suddenly each finger will begin to emit electricity. The user will then move their hands back and fling them forward releasing the Lightning Bullets at the opponent. The Bullet’s look like small marble-sized balls of lightning with is giving off a constant discharge. The balls travel as fast as a person can throw a kunai or shuriken. Limit: Lightning Release
Insei x3 Rank: "C" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Launches off several "stars", made out of lightning. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: This jutsu, especially when creating "Stardust", will do but little harm when hit by only one; it needs multiple hits for it to form any kind of threat at all. Can only be learned ten times Description: After performing the required handseals, one must point their hand forwards, or whatever direction they want to aim their "Meteor shower" at, and release the desired particles. One can chose to release three types of bright blue-white particles; Stardust, Comets, and Stars. The Stardust is a small round ball of electricity, not bigger than ten centimeters, with a three feet trail of electric balls behind it. It can make rounded curves of 60°, directed by the user, and travels at the same speed as a shuriken or kunai being thrown. A shock of this would only give the opponent a swift and weak current through his body. The Comets are three foot spheres, rather than the small chips, and travel at a slower speed, around that of a ball being thrown, but can be moved without limitations regarding maximum angles. A hit of this will let the opponent's entire body stop moving for two seconds. The Stars are actually smaller than the Comets, being a pointy ball-like light around one feet in diameter, but much more concentrated and travel at twice the speed of a thrown Kunai with a five foot trail of sparkles following it. This speed has limited it's maneuverability, though, as it now can only travel in one straight path. If hit by this, the opponent will have a somewhat powerful surge of electricity going through his body -- giving burn marks and painful spots all over it. When this jutsu is learned once, one gets five "star-slots" per shot. Stardust takes up one slot, Comets take up three, and Stars take up five. Per time an extra training is done, one gets another five star-slots. Limit: Must have the lightning release.
Onako watched as he started his seals and waited. He watched as the other guy summoned three balls of lightning in whatever weird formation it was. When the lightning shot forth he stood there as it hurtled in the short 15m distance between them. He stood there and waited for his moment. When the lightning was about 1m out he shunshined in a arc 10m straight to narrowly avoid the oncoming barrage. It took a second to come out of the shunshin but once landed and back to normal speed he raised his own finger and would run forward. This had beckoned his opponent to jump back 3m as onako would use his speed to close the distance. He had charged his pointer finger with a ball of light before firing as the man had just finished his own seals and would catch him before he even released the jutsu. Being mid jump he would no choice but to take the hit.

Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush in an arc in almost instantaneous speed. Allows the user to avoid the opponent's attack and gaze.

Drawback: Takes away the number of usages Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push). Same distance applications apply. Same drawbacks apply when over using.
Description: User is able to move in an arc along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. User may move forward, or backwards if they know Tweh version of Shunshin. This Jutsu is used to get around and behind an opponent without sacrificing multiple Shunshins. Supplement of Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push) using same schematics.

Description: The user can restore light to those who have lost it. By taking 1 point of Spring Time of Youth Points burn, the User can perform remove blindness/deafness, but can only remove the blind condition (this has no effect on deafness). Alternatively, the user can take 1 point of Spring Time of Youth Points burn to fire a single potent ray of blinding energy at an enemy. This ray deals 20 Armour Points of damage per Class Level (30 vs. undead) and blinds the target for 1d6 rounds.
Limit: Must be a practitioner of The Eight Celestial Gates. Must be a practitioner of the Akasin Philosophy.
Having left from his line of sight after waiting Raijin had jumped back and started his seals however he had reappeared and was readying some tight of glowing technique.He fired it just as Raijin was almost done with his seals which would have been upon him. However not being able to dodge mid-air or counter attack he would been blasted and while not taking much damage he was blinded. However the sakurai petals would have still formed and bend to his will giving him some defensive coverage. The petals would have all converged all around Raijin . Not only that he would have activated his horns in his hair giving off a strong blue light covering 15m. And the intensity of his jutsu increased as well giving a decent shock to his on rushing opponent despite not being able to see.
If not further attacked Raijin would land softly trying to get a bearing for his surroundings. He had no way to counteract this blindness and as such could only rely on his other senses to combat but with his jutsu up it would have been difficult to penetrate his defenses at the moment."Get past this why don't you."

Horned Demon Rank: "B" Skill: Heritage Trait Effect: User is born with a horn that is a great strength and a great weakness. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Many think of demons as the greatest of tempters and torturers. Despite this reputation, for some reason or another, the blood of the demons can be found among the humans. Powers that helped to grant demons their reputation can be found within the famous horns. The user is born with one or more horns coming out of their head. Each horn must be at least five centimeters long. These horns can be activated at will. When activated, any and all horns will glow bright enough to illuminate the area around the user. Activated horns will shed bright light in a 15-meter radius and dim light in a 15-meter radius beyond that. The color of the light can be different for each character. Horns cannot be deactivated on the same turn they are activated, nor can they be activated on the same turn they are deactivated. While a horn is activated and glowing, the user's GenJutsu gains a +2 bonus in difficulty against others, and the user also gains +20 bonus in attack damage. If the horn is struck by at least 20 armour points of damage, it will break. Broken horns can no longer be activated. Horns do not benefit from hardness or any other form of the user's damage reductions. If a horn is broken while deactivated, the user will get a -2 penalty to Will saves. If the horn is broken while activated, the user will be stunned for a round in addition to the will save penalty. Horns regenerate in 1 IC week. This trait replaces 2 Freebies.
