Description: Begin with the feet in a 90° comfortably separated at about half a shoulder's width apart. Center the weight on the rear leg. When throwing the user shifts their weight to the front. This causes the hips and shoulders to twist into the throw forcing the body's power into the throwing arm. After the throw is complete recover by returning to the original stance to ready the next throw.

The Journey from Snow to Waterfall had been long and exhausting that the first thing the Kamyuja did when he got to his apartment was throw himself on the bed. 5 hours later he awoke, cleaned himself up and had something to eat before going out to train. After placing targets on 3 trees in his yard, he moved back 5 meters from the trees, pulled out 3 hira shurikens and hurled them towards each target, one at a time. His jaw dropped seeing all 3 shurikens miss both their targets and the tree. It seemed the 3 months he spent doing nothing but rapping in that foreign cell affected him badly. Although his body still looked muscular and fine as hell, it was clear 3 months of no training had made him weaker. He hated being weak and planned to train until he surpassed his old self.

With more focus on his target, TEv drew out more shuriken from his pouch, threw them at the targets only to miss again. He stood still for a minute, trying to figure out what he could be doing wrong. A memory of his deceased master flashed through his mind. He remembered the first day he was taught the art of battojutsu. On that day it was explained to him that the most important thing about the style was the stance. [green=green]"With the proper a stance one can strike quick and strongly."[/colour] he mumbled the old man's words to himself. This short memory gave him an idea which she believed would help in striking his targets. Maybe throwing also requires one to use a stance. Quickly he began placing himself in a posture that would allow for proper hurling of objects.

Comfortably separating his feet at about half a shoulder's width apart, forming a 90° between them. He centered his weight on his rare leg, which was the left, and shifted his weight to the right, twisting his hips and shoulders, when he threw a shuriken at the marked tree. It didn't hit the bullseye but at least this time it landed a few inches from the intended target.

The Grips

Description: Handle Grip: While throwing a weapon from the handle keep it centered if center of balance is possible. If not then hold it at the end of the handle. Balance is key. The thumb should be resting against the inside of the handle while the remaining fingers curl around it. When you throw the item travels vertically leading to the best speed and hitting power for long distances. When throwing by the blade, grip the item at the end of the blade with the thumb parallel with the blade. The rest of the fingers curl against the opposite side.
Limit: Must be a Throwing Specialist.

For the third time he hurled a single shuriken at each of her 3 marked trees. The projectiles didn't hit their target spot on but they weren't that far off. It was obvious using a stance made the target easier to hit, with more practice he knew he'd soon strike his target. Still maintaining his throwing stance he pulled out another projectile from his pouch, this time around it wasn't a shuriken but a kunai. With shuriens he hadn't had to worry about how he gripped them, but kunai were different. He couldn't hold it the same way he had held a shuriken because they were of different shape and size. Looking at the kunai in his hand, he tried to think of a way to grip it for a proper throw. The throw needed to be quick and powerful.

Before he hadn't paid much attention to the grip, maybe that's why he always missed his targets. Through examining the kunai he concluded there were two possible ways to grip it for a proper throw; the first was by gripping it by the handle, second gripping the blade. Without anymore waste of time, TEv quickly put his theory into action. Resting his thumb against the inside of the handle while curling the remaining ones around it. The grip felt firm and natural, allowing him to throw with great force. Testing the second grip, the lyrical warrior gripped the kunai at the end of the blade with the thumb parallel with the blade. The rest of his fingers curled against the opposite side. Like the first grip, this one also felt firm and natural.

The Overhand Throw

Anyone could throw a kunai, even an untrained old woman, but only someone well trained could hit their target spot multiple times without any problems. He had learned to position himself correctly and the proper ways to grip a projectile, and knew there was more to throwing than just these two things. With his eye on the marked tree several meters from his position, TEv formed a 90 degree angle with his feet standing comfortable on the grassy field with his shoulders width apart. After taking out a kunai, he gripped the handle near the handle before hurling it at the marked spot, twisting his hips and shoulders as he did so. The projectile left his hands at great speed with enough force to end a life if it struck the right right organ, but sadly missed the target.

It wasn't really far off from the target but a miss is a miss. I got the stance and grip right, what am I missing? The Kamyuja rubbed his chin for a minute, picturing how he had seen his old master hurl a kunai on the day they went hunting. It took him only 60 seconds to realise what he had been doing wrong. Again he positioned himself well within the stance of throwing, gripped his kunai nice and firmly, then brought the arm holding the projectile next to his ear. Twisting his hips and shoulders he thrust his hand forward, releasing the weapon just before the end of the throwing motion.

The Underhand Throw

In a swift motion, the kunai whistled as it cut through the air travelling to pierce and stick itself onto the tree. It wasn't spot on but TEv was convinced that was the right way to throw, but not the only way. Pulling out his fifth kunai of the day, the lyrical warrior positioned his feet 90 meters apart, distributing his body mass evenly amongst each foot. With the right hand gripping the weapon firmly at the tip of the handle, he held it a few inches below the left shoulder as if he was crossing his arms for a prayer. He took a deep breath and released it at the same time he thrust his arm sideways in a horizontal motion, releasing the weapon when his hand was directly in front his body. The blade left his hand, missing both the target and the tree.

Okay, that was horrible and it definitely didn't feel right. Maybe I should take it a bit lower.[/] After firmly gripping a hira shuriken with his body correctly placed within a throwing stance, he moved his throwing arm, the right, to be right next to his left hip. Swinging the arm holding the projectile sideways, he released the shuriken just when the swinging motion was about to end. Like the previous attemt he totally missed the target, then concluded that maybe swinging his arm sideways wasn't the correct way to go about it. Again he took out another shuriken before taking the same stance from before. This time he had his right arm adjacent to his right hip, thrusting his arm vertically, releasing the weapon before the swinging motion ended. Again he failed to hit the target but believed this was the proper way to do it, and with a little practice he'd get better.

Point Blank Shot

What good is a Throwing Specialist if they are not ready to battle while in close range.

With the basics fully understood, TEvin felt confident that his throwing accuracy would improve. After collecting the kunai he had thrown at the trees, he stood about 10 meters from the marked targets before readying himself. He was told the most crucial part of using a weapon was a perfect posture that's why the first thing he did was place his body within the stance he discovered a few minutes ago. With his knees slightly bent, he began placing his feet in a 90 degrees angle comfortably separated at a half shoulder's width apart. His body was centered on the rear leg which was the right.

The left arm was relaxed as he gripped a kunai at the end of the handle using his right hand. With the weapon in hand, he brought the holding hand adjacent to the ear while at the same time shifting his body mass. With the preparations complete, the lyrical warrior's eyes focused on the spot marked on the tree 10 meters away. After a couple steady breaths to relax his body, he swung his right hand, shifting his weight to the from leg then released the projectile just before the throwing motion came to a halt. Swiftly the small blade left his handing piercing through the air and hit the tree just inches from the bullseye.

It was the closest he had gotten to the target, but he didn't just want to hit close, he wanted to strike the target spot on. Practice makes perfect, with that in mind he pulled out another kunai and hurled it once more at the marked tree. Although he struck not far from the target on the second try, it appeared to be further away from the target than the previous throw. Still in the same posture his hand dug inside his pouch returning with a kunai soon after. Before he could throw, he shut his eyes for a minute to clear his mind of any negative thought lingering there. Opening them, he stared at the target for a minute before hurling the projectile, twisting his shoulders and hips to add more power. A smile formed on the rapper's face when the knife hit the target dead on.

Description: Another prerequisite technique that brings the Throwing Specialist even closer to combat without fumbling or worry of using the weapon. Normally without this technique there is a chance the user could miss their target and strike an alley who may be in melee combat with. This technique makes the user proficient in hitting the target even if the target is engaged in close combat with someone else.
Limit: Must be a Throwing Specialist. Must know Point Blank Shot.

Through proper stance, gripping of the projectile and the correct hurling methods, the warrior successfully hit a target 10 meters away. He had managed to strike the intended target but couldn't be sure whether his throwing had improved or he had struck it out of shear luck. Hitting the target dead on 10 times in a row would prove he had perfected throwing projectiles, and that's what he intended to do. Quickly taking a throwing stance, TEv pulled out a shuriken hurling it forward aiming at the marked spot on the tree 10 meters from his position. A frown formed over his face seeing the star shaped projectile miss the target by a few inches.

Pulling in a deep breath TEv fell into posture with a kunai in hand, eyes focused on the target ahead. With a swift thrust of his right hand the kunai whistled its way to hit the bullseye. Eight more shots that hit the target dead on made their way to the red dot making a total of 10, proving he had perfected hurling at a target precisely without no fear or doubt he could miss. Although he felt in inside him and believed it in his soul that he could hit any target 10 meters away flawlessly, the time it took was a problem. The technique required him to use an awful amount of time position himself and get a proper view and reading of the target, in battle he wouldn't be given such time that's why his next step was to practice performing very fast as if he was in battle.

With his fingers wrapped around the kunai the Kamyuja flung the weapon, he didn't bother to check whether it was a clear hit or not he was sure that there was no way he'd miss. Spending more time than before going into the pouch for another projectile, he hurled shurikens and kunai at the three marked tree in front him one after the other fast as he could. After repeating the same process a couple of times with no improvement, he decided to try using both hands. If he could do it with both hands then surely it would decrease the time wasted, giving him advantage over enemies. Before getting to it he envisioned the event in his firstly; he was surrounding by multiple opponents, all charging in for an attack, and release a number of flying projectile killing them all in very little time. Flinging with both hands took more than he thought as he wasn't yet used to throwing with his left, but after a few times he got better.

Description: Normally the user may only shoot proficiently within the weapon's 1st Range Increment. This technique allows the user to increase their range proficiency by giving them a 2nd Range Increment. Example: The Knife has a 1st Range increment of 10 meters. With this technique the user's 2nd Range increment for this weapon is 20 meters. This increases the user's mobility attack as well as the stationary attack allowing the user to throw at further distances without worrying too much about close combat.
Limit: Must be a Throwing Specialist. Must know Precise Shot.

Throwing with both hands wasn't as quick as he thought it would be, but at least it was faster than using a single hand. During the practice something came to him, he realised his left throws carried less power than the right, and therefore concluded to train it by using his left instead of the right to get it used to twisting into different shapes. Rubbing his chin he remembered he ninjas weren't just tools who went meant to always fight other ninjas, they we're also used for assassinations, if he could fling projectiles from afar he'd have a better chance in assassinations and combat. As far as he knew he could hit any target that was position meters from his being, the next step of training was learning to hit targets further than 10 meters.

5 was a good number, that's why he chose to increase the distance from the target by the number. 15 meters away TEvin took a stance, balancing his weight between both feet while separate in an angle of 90 degrees from one another. Gripping a kunai by the blade adjacent to his ear in his ear, he made a forward thrust with the hand, releasing it in time to sent it flying violently towards the tree. The target wasn't the tree it was on that tree, he couldn't see clearly from afar and so went to the tree to check. Getting closer revealed that he had missed his target by a short 5 inches. By looking at the blade 5 meters below the red dot, he knew what the problems was and believed he had a solution.

His theory was that the kunai was moving straight for the dot but lost power along the way there for it ended below the mark. After moving 15 meters from the target, he stood in a throwing stance again with a small bladed weapon in one hand, then took a deep breath and released as he inhaled out a gust of air. While hurling the weapon he added more swinging power and added more force into the twisting of shoulders and hips. Fetching the blade proved his theory had been right, now it was time to go back even further back to a distance of 20 meters. With a goal, the rapper stared at the target gripping the knife by the holder tight next to his ear. With all his might on the throw, his focus at its peak and eyes on the target, the projectile made as sweet tunes flying to dig a hole into the tree.

Being an excellent thrower would be of great help in battle and other ninja duties, TEv knew this but decided he had done enough throwing for the day. Although he was no longer going to hurl projectiles at stationery objects that didn't mean training was over for the day. He planned to have a sparring match against himself. After fetching a pair of katana from the house he split his soul in half creating a double. For some odd reason the thought of fighting himself excited him in a way he couldn't understand. Moving away from his twin to open a distance of 10 meters between them, TEvy unsheathed the blades and quickly fell into a fighting stance.

He stood firmly with his feet apart, his body mass evenly distributed amongst each leg. Each hand held a blade pointed directly towards the ground in a calm way. Staring at his opponent with those sexy brown eyes of his, the chaotic soul took a couple of steady breaths before leaping into the air spinning clockwise once. When landing back on the ground, he brought both swords to his chest, holding them parallel to the ground, before simultaneously swinging them in a swift motion from left to right. Using the moment from the spin, the sword thrust gained enough power to create a gust of flew all the way to his lookalike to push him back.

With both feet firmly placed upon the ground, TEviO maintained his footing even though a violent force was trying to take him down. TEvy had thought his attack would knocked him opponent out but all it didn't was push him a little distance back. While still struggling with the initial attack, the chaotic one launched another gust of wind by rotating on one foot counterclockwise before swinging both blades horizontally from right to left. Putting all his might into the swing a gust of wind of about 25 metered shaped in the form of a cone was sent charging at the enemy. Combining strength with the first attack the second once seemed more powerful and threatened to bring TEviO to his knees.
