[Skulking Shinzu]

Dark, depressed and different, Zuruel stared longingly at his reflection in the mirror. For quite some time now, a mishap in the Land of Myth had led to him losing his Kedoin cells. No longer a shapeshifter, all he could see now in the mirror was a lie. A falsehood. Whoever this silver-haired, blue eyed figure was, it wasn’t him. Not truly. Gritting his teeth, he watched the reflection imitate his action. Angered by this, he slammed his fist into the mirror, only for his strike to meet with the reflection’s own assault.

However, he did not crack. Only the mirror did. Shattered into thousands of shards, a thousand lies scattered against his apartment floor now stared back at him. “Enough.” He said, while turning to face what had been behind him. Soaked in blood, the wooden floorboards bore the pattern of an inverted pentagram, surrounded by all manner of foreign and occult symbols. Grimacing at the thought of what Lady would do to him if she discovered this unholy ritual, Zuruel grabbed a lit match and set five candles ablaze, each one being positioned against the point of the blood-star.

Within each section of the pentagram, Zuruel studied the items that had been purposefully placed. A sealed vial, that contained the sound a cat makes. The whiskers of a woman’s beard. The roots of a mountain. The sinews of a bear. The breath of a fish. The spittle of a bird. Grimace shifting to scowl, Zuruel sighed before chanting in a foreign tongue, the act of which causing the candle flames to flicker and shift into a unnatural purple hue.

The God King, existed since days of yore. His activity basically to administer different folks and keep the harmony. His capacity, past that of eternal comprehension, it goes past that of sound judgment. His picture would annihilate an individual's brain, it is difficult to picture his appearance. Like a 2D animal can't envision an animal of 3D. To mortals, his image would be that of 10D, it simply wouldn’t make sense to the human mind.

Be that as it may, regardless of his capacity, in spite of ready to have anything he needed, he was exhausted. Out of nowhere he hears a call, this is odd for him. He caught wind of Gods being called for favors in the human domain in return for something. Minor divine beings do this since they can just exist depending the amount they're venerated. Zuruel watched in boredom as the flames of his numerous candles simply flickered out lifelessly. “Useless.” He muttered, while completely in the dark. It was time to wipe the floor and burn any evidence of this paganistic ritual. “What?” Blinking, his attention snapped to two buildings to the right, where his keen sense of hearing caught the murmur of a certain phrase. God King.

“Well, colour me silver. It actually worked.” More surprised than shocked, Zuruel glanced straight up at his ceiling, where he had painted a binding circle – a devil’s trap. That was meant to keep whatever spirit he called onto this poor realm trapped within the confines of the seal. However, clearly it had failed. Perhaps, it only worked if the spirit in question first had a vessel. “Lessons for next time.” He muttered, while dashing to the far side of his room before leaping through an open window.

Blurring out of view, Zuruel kicked off a wall belonging to a neighbouring building before another series of rapid jumps took him upwards and onto the roof of the condo where he had heard the voice of interest. Not wishing to lose track of whatever he had just summoned, Zuruel rushed into the building through a hatch on the roof, which led him down a series of metal stairs. It wouldn’t take Bard hearing to catch Zuruel’s approach. Not with the clank of his shoes striking against each metallic step. “Knock knock.” He said, while standing directly opposite the door leading to the room that housed the summoned spirit. Cautious, he remained on guard. Even the most helpful of spirits tended to have a distorted view of right and wrong.

The celestial God King starts to become impatient as he trusts that somebody will appear. 'Somebody dares bring me and not show themselves,' thought the God King. 'I ought to destroy this whole realm for making me pause!' His arms are hybrid his chest, his head is inclining down with his foot consistently tapping onto the floor. 'Something is inaccurate. For what reason aren't I gleaming brilliantly?' According to the lower level Gods, they rule shine in a type of route while in the human domain. 'So for what reason am I not shining?'

One-hundred and sixty pounds.” He thought to himself, as the man’s own heartbeat was captured by an enhanced sense of hearing, which betrayed quite a bit of useful information even before the door was opened. “Finish your sentence.” Zuruel said, while crossing his arms and tapping his own foot impatiently, in an exact mimicry of the God King’s earlier action. “I didn’t know God’s could be at a loss for words.” Tilting his head, Zuruel’s silvery white hair glimmered as light hit it at the new angle.

“The reason for your summoning, is right before your very eyes.” Taking a step back, Zuruel lowered himself into a polite bow, before pulling himself back up again. “This – the body of a Ljossalfar. A light elf. A sliver of divinity, so to speak.” With his former body annihilated, Zuruel was granted no other choice than to survive by adopting a new body. A body crafted from water and Ljossalfar blood. A body, that no longer contained any Kedoin cells. “I miss the gifts I have lost. I simply wondered if a God King would be powerful enough to restore them.” He said, while eyeing the vessel the so-called entity had chosen to possess.

[The Narrator]

"Such obliviousness from an insignificant human laughs the God King. "It's interesting. To figure a human who can't complete a straightforward custom properly accepts he knows the King of Gods can or can't do." The heavenly being shakes its head. How long has it been that he went over numbness? It's been for such a long time that he overlooked what it prefers, somebody demonstrating character.

At long last, the lesser being express it want, it's not satisfied with its body. It misses what it used to be. The offspring of man wants it old shell. Transforming somebody structure is nothing. He still wasn’t used to how much longer and slender they were compared to his prior body.

“A Kedoin is hardly the mere offspring of man. Don’t Gods talk and discuss amongst each other?” The Old Ones - the first shapeshifters - were rumoured to be older than time and space itself. They especially didn’t go around granting mortals favours in exchange for trade – which made Zuruel doubt this creature’s legitimacy. “Well then. If transforming a bodily structure is nothing, we have a deal. Nothing, in exchange for your effortless assistance.” Zuruel grinned, though the smile quickly faded as sparks began to dance along the God King’s hand movements before spiralling around himself in an array of lights.

Starring down at his palms, Zuruel glanced in awe as his pale body began to emit light. Something was happening. Something… Insignificant and short lived. “No one mentioned a vessel. The fact you managed to choose your own tells me all should be fine in that department, unless you lack the ability to do even that properly.” Zuruel paused while tapping a slender finger across his chin. “Virgin. Sacrifice.” He said coldly, while staring at the God King. “Alright. You’re a fraud and no longer needed. Go back to whatever realm you came from before I send you there myself.” The mention of a sacrifice visibly angered the now silver-haired Zuruel. Miracles rarely needed anything outside of faith. The type of magic that required blood sacrifices tended to be of darker and far more sinister origins. Origins, that he did not approve of.

The cute human doesn't comprehend the circumstance they're in. It's confounded and may past his common comprehension. "A 10D being entering a 3D domain isn't as basic as hopping in and out. The God-King sneezes and start to quiet down for a second. "Well… . That is isn't my concern, it is your and this world maker problem." For a second to think about it, he shakes it off. "Actually, I probably won't have the option to do that because of the custom being wrecked up." The God-King frowns at the human and afterward he smiles. "Alright, until further notice on I'm your problem."

He has one other choice to work, no seal or custom could forestall that strategy. Also, this thing that simply occurs, improper for a divine being to do however yet he did it. Why would that be? “Are… You having a divine tantrum?” Zuruel starred in awe as the being, supposedly infinitely stronger than himself, began weeping and assaulting the floor with flailing limbs. “This must be how Loki feels. Constantly summoning phoenixes, only to end up with chicken scraps.” He thought to himself while rubbing pale white fingers against his temple to soothe the onset of a migraine. What a mess this was. “No. Until further notice, you are the Raikage’s problem.” Zuruel said, with a stern tone. “In that feeble Genin body, I out rank you, outperform you, and pretty much out-everything you can possibly imagine.”

Pausing to sigh, Zuruel continued. “Also. Do not tell anyone – especially the Raikage – of what you are. Best case scenario, she will think you are a crazy fool and send you away. Worst case scenario, she will think you’re a dangerous crazy fool, and have you locked up while someone cuts open your head to examine your brain.” Zuruel didn’t know what would happen if the divine being’s vessel was damaged, or outright destroyed. Either way, he wasn’t going to stick around long enough to find out. “And that’s about it. Don’t forget to eat, and don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.” Dismissing himself with a wave, Zuruel slammed the door shut behind him before retreating down the hallway for some much needed sanity.

"This my first time noting any call. This was my first call, ever" shout the God King as he rolls to and fro on his back. "I was fine, for what reason did I trouble to answer since I was exhausted. In any case, no, here I am on the grounds that I thought it was interesting" The God King investigates and sees the baby human attempting to make his departure. "Where are you going dead beat?!" Before he can close the entryway on him, the celestial made it out and sticks onto his leg. He folded his arms and legs over him tight.

The God King sees him, glaring. "No, you gathered me to this domain and missed the point. You stalled out here. Regardless of whether I let you go on this, I would mention to everybody what occur. Everybody in the whole world know you as, 'Zuruel The DeadBeat.' You won't have the option to stroll down the road without somebody yelling miscreant." There's not a solitary hint of feign in his voice. While the human won't have a clue about this yet the God King doesn't have the foggiest idea or comprehend lying for people. Zuruel allowed a sharp whistling noise to escape his lips the moment the God King attempted to assault him. “What on earth are you doing?” Zuruel glared at the God King, in stunned disbelief from the far end of the hallway. Having reacted quickly to the spirit’s antics, he had swapped places with a object to leave the God King clutching a large potted plant. “…What… Are you doing?” He repeated, while not quite sure if he should trust in this spirit’s words or mental stability. Demons and Gods had been answering the whims and wishes of mortals since the dawn of time. For this to be the God King’s very first call was… Unfathomable. “Yes, I see now. A mistake. I have summoned the wrong divine entity. That much is certain now.” What use was a God with no practise? All these excuses conjured little pity in Zuruel’s mind. All it did was add to his migraine level.

“So, not only are you inexperienced with using your… supposed powers. You’re also incapable of leaving.” Zuruel rubbed pale white fingers against his temple once more. If he was still a Kedoin, then he could simply switch off his pain receptors. However, as a Ljossalfar, he possessed no such abilities. “Whatever the case, stay right there. If you attempt to approach me, I will treat you as hostile.” He said, while taking in the entity’s speech. “Go ahead. Sing. Yell. Perform a play to detail my exploits. You clearly don’t understand the situation you’re in.” Zuruel sighed deeply, as if to exhale the searing pain in his forehead. However, it did nothing but increase at the sight of the entity urinating on the floor.

“You appear to have ignored my warnings. Right now, you are a human. Are you aware of what humans do to outliers that cause chaos and spread crazy-talk?” Zuruel couldn’t muster the energy to repeat himself. If the so-called God King wished to tell everyone about what had happened, then so be it. He’d be locked away in an institution before nightfall and then that would be the end of it. It would take no effort at all to be rid of this insect. However, Zuruel’s inner conscience couldn’t help but draw its attention towards the body the spirit was inhabiting. Who was this poor soul that now shared its body with a nonsense of a God that clearly had no idea how the world worked? “Alright. Let’s start with the basics. What’s the name of your vessel?” He said, while snapping his finger. At that moment, a cold breeze washed over the God King and solidified the pool of urine underneath him into yellow ice to effectively glue him onto the floor.

After much dissatisfaction from the summoner, he surrendered. Inside the God-lord head, he could just think about the words, "sucker." The perfect hassles his feet, dismissing his leg to shake from the piss, anyway defectively grasping what that is about. "Most Gods don't answer calls, just lesser and minority divine beings who expect love to exist." The perfect folds his arms over his chest and advances into the helpless host body recollections. Most things are closed off, when entering there's no thinking to have anything from the body. From a custom that is messed up, makes it harder. "The name of this body… I trust it's Fable. Tale… something. Tale Kaiser it appears. I can get to some direct things from it, maybe after some time I'll get more out of it."[/b] However, the God King is uncertain of this, he never knew about a God getting caught inside a human body and not have it powers. There were discussions of Gods acquiring underhandedness with humans and getting fixed. Some weak divine beings had gotten themselves executed. It was strange to think that her family hailed from a place so similar to the home she knew, but she supposed that explained how her parents settled in so easily despite arriving to Yuki no Kuni with little more than what they could carry.

Shaking herself from her thoughts, Yu stalked down the hallway while pondering her next move.

The thought flitted from her mind as she heard voices from around the corner. She couldn't hear everything, but what she picked up was... strange. Nonsense.

A religious debate? she wondered as she spied someone up ahead, facing away from her. She thought to slip around the white-haired man, but the smell of urine halted her in her tracks. The man wasn't alone. He also wasn't the one who soiled himself.

What am I walking into? She furrowed her brow, but it was in her nature to offer a helping hand where needed.

Unfortunately.

“Do you need help getting your friend back to his room?” Yu asked as she stepped forward enough to stand at the white-haired man's side. Seems he's had a bit too much to drink.

[Skulking Shinzu]

“I wouldn’t-” Zuruel attempted to warn the spirit the moment he spotted movement in the being's leg. However, it was too late. Having frozen the urine quite rapidly, which had already seeped into the fabric of the man’s clothing, the yellow-tinted ice would tear a chunk out of the man’s trouser and along with that, rip off a thin slice from the surface layer of his skin thanks to the abrupt and thoughtless action. “That’s going to smart.” He said, while shaking his head dismissively. The conversation then seemed to shift, as the man revealed a plethora of nonsense names that made little sense. “I am pretty sure none of those are your name.Though, Kaiser seems to be the closest to something that sounds real.”

Pressing into his temple with even more force, the sides of Zuruel’s pale forehead began to flush red under the pressure of his fingers. This so-called God certainly knew how to give someone a migraine. The situation had become so nonsensical and stressful, that even Zuruel’s keen sense of hearing had failed to alert him to the presence of as newcomer. “This man is not my friend, but he could certainly use some help.” He said, while stepping aside, as if to say that this woman would be doing the brunt of the helping alone. Glancing back at Kaiser, Zuruel couldn’t help but decide that it would almost definitely be better not to give his real name to either of these individuals. “I am Bhastwick.” He said, while quoting whatever false name he could conjure up in the heat of the moment. “You’ll probably need to wait for him to thaw first though.” He said, while eyeing the thin layer of ice that fixed Kaiser's butt onto the floor. Pulling him up now would likely do more than superficial damage to his skin and clothing. “Oh well. Tag. You’re it.” Chuckling, he lightly poked the woman’s shoulder before attempting to make a slow escape around the corner of the hallway leading away from all this drama.

Nelke's armor was all tattered, she felt naked without it. She stormed into the first apartment she could find, kicking the doors opened with her log legs protected by a pair of metallic greases attached to some high boots. First the icy road, and now thugs. Today was not a lucky day. While resting in the public baths, someone has sneaked around the area, taking her torso armor. Nelke was so furious that she could barely notice people in the hallway.

Her gauntlet hands were slowly reaching for her pointy rapier strapped to her left hips by a belt. The left hand moved to push the sheath slightly backwards while the right hand was pulling on the swords handle. Her eyes scanned an entire empty apartment. Disappointed, she turned back to the hallway where her cloak hit her thigh due to the force of that turn.

The people might notice the lady in blue shirt and skirt being very angry, one could see it in her eyes. With a rapier in hand, she pointed towards the next person that came into view "You! Have you seen my armor?", she was totally obsessed with that piece, her fifth armor since adulthood. Nelke had a knack of destroying her own armor, one would wonder why she was so attached to it.

Fable lifts his shoulders here and there in light of his name. "Human names are weird" Suddenly; another human showed up. The perfect goes to recognize the new human, energizing he ponders internally. In this way, people shape and faces come in more assortment than simply the two. The female human inquired as to whether there's any assistance. Zuruel next holds onto this opportunity to take off. Fable shrug, he approaches to find him if necessary. For the present, something novel is here! "Hm… this one appears feminine; I trust it's what people call a female?" Fable focuses over to Zuruel whose making his departure by attempting to pawn him off. "Welcome, I am the God King. This body is called Fable. The one creation making it escape is only some dead beat."

Fable strikes his leg to shake whatever piss in his jeans as he advances over when unexpectedly, another human shows up. "My there's a great deal of people in this one spot. I wonder on the off chance that it has to do with this building," considers Fable. Fable remembers Zuruel words "Uh, retain that God section a mystery. Evidently it can cause problems." He takes a gander at the weird young lady who storms their way finished, conveying some article in her and defensive layer. "What's an armor?

Bhastwick insisted the soiled man was not his friend and very readily tried to dump him off on Yu even though there seemed to be something going on between them. He gave her an almost playful poke before wandering past her like he was eager to make his getaway.

Frankly, she saw why, but it went against her nature to just walk away as he was. But, as much as she liked trying to help people, she didn’t know anything about Kaminari no Kuni. It was more efficient to have someone familiar with the area decide the best place to take the man.

Yu stared blankly at the ‘God King’ as he introduced himself. She drew her eyes after Zuruel and took a subconscious step back, as if she was about to spring after him before it was too late. Fable then asked if she was a female, and she paused, then looked down at her chest with a furrowed brow. Isn’t it obvious? A frown marred her features. Or is he insulting me?

She shook her head. It didn't matter. I need to stop Bhastwick and insist I can’t do this alone.

Yu didn’t get a chance to say that because an armed woman appeared, yelling about armor, and she got the distinct feeling that her odd relatives were actually quite mundane for this country. Temptation gnawed at her, telling her to turn on her heels and hop on the first ship that would take her back to Yuki no Kuni, but she didn’t give into it.

She did stiffen at the sight of the rapier in the woman’s hand, but she didn’t allow herself to act afraid despite the apparent madness unfolding around her.

“I don’t know this place,” Yu blurted out while she had the chance. “I don’t know what to do with…” She gestured vaguely toward Fable. “All of this.”

“And I don’t know anything about your armor, sorry.” She hoisted her meager pack off her back - too small to hold much of anything, aside the abundance of chocolate in her possession.

The one good thing Kaminari no Kuni gave her.

[Skulking Shinzu]

Sighing in relief, Zuruel prepared to turn the corner and leave this mess of a situation behind him. However, the sight of a rapier aimed at his pale throat caused him to stiffen into place and prevented the ability to take even a single step forward. “You misplaced your armour? No – But I know someone who may be able to find it.” Zuruel raised his left hand over his shoulder and with his thumb extended, pointed towards the self-proclaimed Fable. “He’s magical. I am sure he can scry for your armour or something.” The more distractions he could set upon the so-called God King, the easier his attempted escape would be.

Unfortunately, before Zuruel could ask for the rapier to be lowered, his supernatural sense of hearing caught the sound of tiny yellow shards of ice hitting the floor, before being crushed under Fable’s approaching footsteps. Escape would be more difficult now. “Time out. At least point that thing towards the most dangerous person in this group.” Zuruel eyed the tip of the rapier with pale blue iris only a shade or two darker than the whites of his eyes. “I’m just some random deadbeat you see. I was trying to summon a spirit and ended up with… This. I think he is possessing the body of a Kumogakure Shinobi. Zuruel turned his back to the rapier to show that he was harmless, while bringing Fable and the other flustered woman into view. He then paused and waited for Fable to ask his question, which he slyly ‘edited’ by sending a pulse of Chakra at Fable’s general location in order to modify the soundwaves of his voice in something that the group would register as a little more sinister than what was actually said. Grinning, Zuruel stood and watched as the words “I guess I’ll kill you all” flowed from Fable’s mouth, which caused him to gasp in visible shock. “Careful! He’s dangerous!” Zuruel said, while turning to put his back flat against the closest wall and to ensure the rapier-wielding woman had a clear line of sight towards Fable. “I think he picked up one of the sharp shards of ice earlier! He must be planning on attacking us!”

Description: Using their skill with sound the bard is able to sculpt sounds into something else. Regular sounds that do not have a technique fall under 'D' Rank. This skill can be used on any sound originating within twenty meters per rank of the technique known. The sound it is sculpted to must be of roughly equal length to the original sound.
Limit: Art of the Bard. Must have 500 TP in Bard Skills.

There was a woman and two men, it seems. The woman seems to be frightened, this has convinced the knight to tone down her anger. The intense atmosphere she created would slowly dissipate if only she did not hear the other man talk. "Magical, you say." she nodded and looked carefully at Fable. She noticed the predicament Fable was in, very smelly and embarrassing. Was the situation so intense to cause all this?

Zuruel began to spill the beans without being asked for more detail, this seemed somewhat suspicious. "Possessed?" she was horrified, Nelke pointed the blade at Fable. "Demon!" she shouted and positioned herself to face the monster properly. Zuruel seems to be asking her to bring the demon to some village and armor would be her reward. That did indeed spark something inside Nelke.

The again why would he call himself deadbeat and then ask for such action. Also was he in some kind of a cult to be calling spirits? That alone was very dangerous, now because of that a demon has been summoned. From out of nowhere Fable threatened to kill them all, this sealed it for the monster. She will drag him anywhere as long as it leaves the body it possessed. Nelke steeled herself for a possible long conflict, there was no knowing how powerful the demon was, she needs to be careful.

For now she moved her right leg forward while left leg became perpendicular with the front. Knees bent slightly to help with weight distribution and her sword arm pointed forward at the Fables throat while being bent. Nelke's other arm was up, almost touching her ears and the body positioned carefully, gave Fable a small profile to attack at. "Come! Demon.." she shouted. Nelke tried to anticipate every move it would make, the key was looking at its footwork and shoulders. She could easily lunge forward at any moment she chooses.

Terza Guardia

[The Narrator]

The God-King remains there for a second, confounded from Zuruel words. He lifts his hand up and scatches his head with his pointer. "I have enchantment left? Where," question Fable towards Zuruel. The word enchantment while having handle on its idea, Fable doesn't call his capacity enchantment. "I estimate to people what Gods do is supernatural," he ponders internally. All things considered, he's uncertain why his voice change. "Get it's a human thing." The second he called an evil presence, the God-King feigns exacerbation in fatigue. "Ugh, they're scarcely above you people, genuinely. Most are brought into the world more vulnerable than people, it a minority that are solid contrast with people." He's heard people coming to far more noteworthy statures than certain evil presences, where the two fight it out for whatever human thinking. He never minded enough to be educated on the circumstance to review into.

The young lady focuses her pointy object, the awesome is very inquisitive about it as he gets a more appropriate look. "Something human, something powers, something weapon, something calling a God, something our client service" is his overall information on people. Like devils, he never minded what is new with them. They once in a while came up other than lower divine beings talk about it. There are in every case all the more squeezing issues he expected to manage to at any point really thought about. In this way, what pointed legitimately at him, is only some intrigued object that catches his consideration. Like an infant youngster, he doesn't comprehend. Thus, he moves toward the young lady and reaches over direct with his finger and contacts. "What is this secretive object?" The second his finger contact the blade, he presses to hard and cut himself. In reflex, he moves his hand back to him, and see some red fluid start spilling out of his finger. "What is this coming out of my finger?" That when he starts watching a contemporary thing, torment. Defeat with feeling and never managing such a genuine agony, he starts crying, noisy. He falls onto the ground, thriving his hands and arms into the air and beating onto the floor like a baby kid. Before long, even the neighbors in the structure could no longer disregard what going on and start looking to see what's going on.
