[Ok this is an OOC board so you dont have to worry about dieing but what i would say is that you guys need to learn how to fight and such so if your interested ill help ye out

(Fine, But I'm using My other charry from Grass... also named shun Ironically, and even more so his last name is Saruwatari)
Shun Saruwatari, a swordsman ninja from hidden grass found himself standing at the base of a tree when a stranger started walking towards him. What happened next was nothing short of epic.

Kira could see the Grass nin standing infront of him He watched him for a moment and then activated his sharringan. He looked at his opponent and then drew mugen. Kira was in the Ninja's site and so he started his assault. Kira Looked at the ninja running his fingers down mugen. Kira was about 25 feet away just out of shunshin range but just in range for his illusion. "Kaichuu Ichigen!" Kira screamed as he tore the air with his blade giving himself a little nick in the finger as he had swiped the sword past.

Name: Kaichū Ichigen (Hells First Illusion Insects)
Rank: C
Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: Makes the user see and hear a swarm of hellish insects fly towards them.
Special: The user must hold Mugen run there fingers down the blade and shout out the name of the technique.
Drawback:
Description: When the user forms this jutsu on an apponent. The apponent beleaves that a swarm of hellish insects is flying towards them. This swarm will harbour no real effects but the insects can be used to hide projectiles. This jutsu can leave the apponent if they are of the same rank as the user in terror for one round. The rounds are increased for every rank below the apponent is to the user. When this is used against some one of higher rank its useless.
Limit: Must be in possetion of a mugen blade to learn this jutsu.

Type: NinJutsu
Effect: With this technique it allows a user the capability of observing and understanding as well as predicting movements and techniques of the B Rank Range.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user does not get the capability of following or understanding the concepts of randomized TaiJutsu techniques, or specialized techniques. Techniques that may consist of instruments or multiple components may not be copied, but they may be predicted to use at that moment, and never to be copied. In order to learn or copy the techniques the user must have knowledge of the release in which the technique the user wishes to get into.
Description: The eyes grow red as two black dots appears along with the eye of the eyes. When activated the user is capable of predicting the movements of user's techniques that consist of TaiJutsu Movements as well as GenJutsu Movements. At this stage the user is capable of viewing through GenJutsu Techniques to where the user is capable of seeing what is real and what is fake. When activated the user gains the capability of extending their training by an extra training points. This means that when the user uses their eye, they are capable of learning an additional twenty points. This does not mean that the points will be automatic, but an extention. One must realize though, if watching the technique, the user does NOT know the technique and can not perform the technique until they actually know the technique. With this Rank, a user can only copy C-Rank Techniques that does NOT need Prerequisites. Also you must follow the movements of the techniques if GenJutsu or NinJutsu. Every Training Point equals Two Sharingan Training Points.

As a swarm of insects rushed towards him Shun felt strange... he knew this was genjutsu... but how to escape it. It didn't appear as if pain would cause him additional harm, but just to be sure he wouldn't cut himself... Instead he took a far more punishing approach. He was on the ground vomiting not a minute later, but the genjutsu was gone... all that he could feel was the nagging pain in his loins.

Kira used this oppertunity to make another attack He threw two senbon and formed three distinct handseals filling his lungs with a mixture of chakra and air he launched his next jutsu keeping his sharringan focused on his opponent.

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)
Rank: "C" "B" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is can not be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fieiry explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing even more devastating damage.
Limit: Must have the Fire Release

BIC: There wasn't much Shun could do. He was in pain and royally scared out of his mind. He got to his knees and tried to move out of the way, but the jutsu and senbon inevitably hit their mark. One drove into his left arm and the second hit his leg as he blocked the attack. The flames rushed forward and caught him in a blaze. His clothes started to smolder and his arms and legs were starting to burn. If he didn't get out of this fast he was done for.

Shun saw the ninja approach him... a Leaf nin. No excuses were necessary... a Leaf nin in grass country was strictly forbidden. He would make handsigns, gathering chakra in his hands and forming needles, and then launch his Kaze no Senbon as he muttered the name of the technique under his breath.

Effect: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.
Limit: Wind Release

At this distance they would be impossible to see for anyone until it was too late. He would wait for his new opponent to make his move.

Kira's ears twitched he could hear the air bending as shane formed a jutsu. One that Kira was all to familiar with. He let the boy form it and launch it at Kira. Then in one swift motion Kira jumped up into the air. Making sure the jutsu wont hit.

[Try and use techniques that your opponent has no IC knowledge off. E.G a jutsu you made yourself or a clan jutsu.]
