Weapons
Primary Weapon:
- Long Bow
Rank: Genin
Type: Bow, Main Weapon
Effect: N/A
Special: N/A
Drawback: Shorter range, but requires less draw.
Description: more advanced form of the Simple Bow. This bow is longer in length, which greatly increases the draw of the bow, thus increasing the range of the bow. It is effective up to 800 yards; beyond that, accuracy declines dramatically, decreasing the arrow’s ability to hit. These bows are used in longer-range situations, where they have range and power, are more difficult to use, and are more difficult to travel with. This is not a starter weapon.
Limit: Bowman Special
Cost: 950 Ryo
Secondary Weapons:
- Arrow Holster [4/15]
Rank: Genin
Type: Secondary, 3 slots
Effect: Allows 15 arrows to be held within the 3 slots for easy access.
Special: Arrow holster.
Drawback: --none--
Description: A plain, tan cylinder with no top to it including a leather strap, this arrow holster is the earliest usable and is the lightest, cheapest, and lowest in quality. It will break sometimes, but it's good for beginners.
Limit: Must have the Bowman Special.
Cost: 500 Ryo
[11 Arrows in Holster]
- Arrow Types
- Bitting Arrows (Rinrin no Arō) [11/15]
Rank: "D" Rank
Type: Secondary 1 Arrow per Slot, best to be used with a Holster.
Effect: A Biting arrow is quite simple and does exactly what it says in what it does. A bitting arrow bites inside the body of a person or a living object, tearing the insides of the body. These arrows can not be recovered what so ever for they usually break from the inside of the body before they are taken out. They cause extreme pain towards the opponent when stuck within. A biting arrow causes more pain then that of a normal arrow and digs deep into the muscle tissue of the opponent. When ripped out it brings out tissue and muscle mass but nothing to extreme.
Special: ---
Drawback: Can not be Recovered.
Description: The bitting arrow looks that of a simple arrow except for a small part of it which is the blade of the arrow itself. A Normal arrow tip looks quite simple, it has one long triangular like blade as the tip which creates easier possibility of stabbing forth within an opponent. This tip is different, the edges of the blade is chopped into smaller like pieces as the tip is jagged and incredibly sharp. This is used so that when it penetrates into a body it grabs the tissue around the the tip and blade creating a drill like motion since the arrow itself spins. Since it grabs the insides and spins in one motion, it grabs and bites even more making it quite difficult to pull out the arrow without ripping out tissue and muscle.
Limit: Can be used by only a Bowman.
Cost: 100 Ryo Per Arrow / Bolt
Non-Weapon Items
- Nara Clan Scroll
- Bowman Scroll
- Genjutsu Scroll

Character Depth
Personality:
Appearance:
A ranger is known for their silent nature and deadly concentration and Nobunaga does not fall far from this fold. Living in the wild he has gained a silent nature that most would consider him an introvert. He is silent and deadly, and yet a very kind person with a loyal heart. He would never betray a friend. He is nearly chaotic good in character however and thus when he sees the balance of power growing too far towards evil in the Grand Scale he will attempt to get involved. Small issues of of minor lawbreaking for greater good are not evil at all in his mind and he condones such acts. His silent and caring nature is what make most consider him a True Ranger.
Standing at a powerful six feet one inch and nearly 180 pounds, Nobunaga is not a small boy. His muscular frame has been honed by years tracking and working in the wilderness. His tanned skin shows that he lives outside for a living, and his blonde hair shows that he comes from the land of Stone. He has dark eyes and dark facial hair that might be hintings at his Nara origins or maybe even the Uchiha Blood in his veins.
Wearing a suit of leather armor, Nobunaga is the epitome of a ranger from old tales. His gray jerkin with a hood attached is covered by a black leather pauldron and belt shaped out of pure leather with small metal buckles and studs. On either hand matching brown leather gloves are strapped onto his hands for full range of movement but his left hand also has a bracer of black leather with metal studs also upon it. His knee pads continue this black and studded leather outfit, but his pants are brown with vine-like patterns shaded into them. Finally his Black and brown leather boots come up to about knee level and protect his feet when running through thick brush.
His only weird features are his tattoo ringing his neck and scar on his left cheek. A small slashing scar shows where he was attacked by a wild cougar, and the tattoo on his neck is a symbol of his family, the Nara, that he keeps with him at all times. Other than these symbols his skin is fairly unmarred and unblemished and his handsome looks are to be admired by many.
History:
[/blockquote]
Born in the Stone Village into the Nara Family of Sand Village, Nobunaga was born with loving parents and a supportive clan. The Nara Clan was growing stronger in these years and Nobunaga was never without resources and familial aide. Little did he know that his Grandfather on his mother's side was a bearer of the Uchiha Clan's blood and thus his Mother and all his siblings had the genes of the Uchiha. But only he of his entire family was born with this gene active and able to be brought out, but this has yet to happen so it will be a surprise to our young ranger when he does unlock the powers of his ancient bloodlimit.
Growing up he was the baby of his family, the youngest of four siblings, His Older Sister, and then the Twins...a boy and girl pair of twins who were the middle siblings. It went Girl, Boy, Girl, Boy in the children's age. His older sister was nearly 23, the twins were about 20, and he was about 17 an even 3 years between each set. Upon reaching age 9, Nobunaga was sent to the Academy where he passed with his knowledge of the basic academy jutsu and with the knowledge of the acclaimed Nara Kagemane no Jutsu.
But things quickly changed in his life when he found a new calling. One day when exploring the different arts in life, he found a new calling, He met a Ranger named Givv from Earth Country. He was an elderly man who was trying to find an apprentice to teach the skills of the Ranger and thus Nobunaga told his parents of his plans to become a Ranger and they were fully supportive, their belief that he would do great things no matter where he was being well supported by the fact that they knew their son was a hero at heart.
Givv taught him many things about tracking and Ranger-nin skills but he did not teach him any actual jutsu. He learned how to fire a bow and arrow and even was given a bow and arrow set along with a suit of leather ranger armor. But Nobunaga was becoming impatient, his natural ability to use Ninjutsu and Genjutsu combined with his marksmanship would oneday make him dangerous, and he would become a hunter reknowned in the lands. His parent had given him a Nara Scroll when he left home and he had gone to the Stone Bookstore and gathered a copy of the basic Genjutsu Scrolls.
One day however Givv began to die of old age and he asked Nobunaga to carry on his task of defending the Woodlands at the feet of the great Stone Mountains. The dense woodlands filled with all kinds of animals that made their home at the feet of the greatest mountain ranges in the world. He gave Nobunaga a scroll containing all the bowman jutsu and this ended his training of Nobunaga.
And this is where we find our ranger, preparing to live on his own and learn more techniques. He will occasionally make his way back to Stone Village in order to complete a mission for the village inorder to retain his Village Nin Status, but other than these mandatory missions he would refrain from going anywhere but the wilderness and doing anything but growing stronger inorder to defend this wilderness Givv had loved soo much.
