Hakuro is somewhat pleasant to be around when not feeling threatened. He has a minor sense of humor and can sometimes appear overly kind and gentle in both his speech and mannerisms not unlike a samurai speaking to his noble lord. When speaking to his superiors, he shows the utmost respect and refuses to disobey an order given by a superior. When speaking to an inferior, he treats them more like equals than subordinates, even doing favors for his subordinates as if they were friends.Appearance:
When in battle, Hakuro doesn't change much at the start other than that he starts to appear a little more serious, but not so deathly serious as he sometimes botches an overly complex technique in a rather humorous manner. Also, he will almost never use the Blade of Woe, focusing more on jutsu and projectiles.
When fighting in a battle to the death or partaking in a mission requiring assassination, Hakuro's personality warps quite a bit. He retains some of his mannerisms and continues to take orders from his superiors, but takes on a much darker and heartless tone and mood. He also has no remorse for killing when in this mood. He also uses his Blade of Woe above all other skills or techniques. There is little to no use in reasoning with Hakuro in this "form" if you are his opponent.

His eyes are pale blue and are very animated in terms with his mood. His eyes tell when he is happy, depressed, or angry about something. When using his Blade of Woe, his eyes take on a much sinister look, as if he has killed hundreds of people with no remorse. These eyes usually instill fear in those who aren't heartless killers themselves.
His nose is rather slim and only slightly protruded, accenting his eyes and otherwise unnoticeable cheekbones. His mouth and ears also seem to accent his eyes.
He is of moderately slim build and wears green and brown travelling garments, complete with black gloves and brown boots. While walking, he has an awkward tick that forces him to limp at random, which disappears when using the Blade of Woe.

Shunshin no Jutsu, 瞬身の術, (Body Flicker Technique)

Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported.
Special: ---
Drawback The user is only capable of doing this THREE Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)

A technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a large log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. In the anime, a scarecrow, a boulder, and even mud has been used as a body substitute, though this may not be considered canonical by few fans. A fairly common Jutsu, it is one of the basic Jutsu that a Ninja must learn before graduating to the Genin level. This technique, however, is not strictly limited to the Naruto series, as it is sometimes referred to as Utsusemi no Jutsu (Art of Body Projection) in other manga and animation series. A User can NOT switch with an enemy or a person due to the fact that everything is attempted base. You must attempt to grab the person first to switch him with you, before the technique can occur.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Untying Skill)

A basic jutsu taught at the Ninja academy. When a ninja is tied with rope, he can undo the knots and escape using this technique. In the English manga, Naruto replies, "What are you doing here?!!" Sasuke replies, "A simple rope trick. Any good ninja is an escape artist." This could imply that there wasn't an actual jutsu in the English manga.
Jibaku Fuda: Kassei, 自爆札・活 (Exploding Tag: Activate)

Effect: The user is capable of activating a different type of Exploding tags. By utilizing their chakra in which they placed upon the tag before hand the user is capable of making the tags explode out forth in a devistating fasion.

Description: A Simple technique where the user performs the Ram seal as they utilize a fraction of their chakra into the very Tag, allowing the tag to explode forth. The tag looks like yellow wordings and is not the familiar red wordings along the tag. Each tag that is used must be done before hand, and this is used as a time mechanisim in order to be capable of being used.
Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.
Henge No Jutsu

Effect: Allows the user to transform into an animal or human of size or few feet larger.
Special: Dog, Boar, Reverse Ram
Drawback: You can never gain the attributes of what you turn into. You are only capable of transforming into a human or animal that is of size, or few inches smaller. If hit once the user immediatly reverts back to their original state.
Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user quickly transforms into any human or animal that is of size or a few inches smaller, or even a few feet larger. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for four turns at a time.

Description: A skill which creates a very dense fog that descreases the surrounding visibility to near zero. It produces an environment perfect for a silent assassin who follows an opponent through sound. This mist can not be blown away by any type of Wind Jutsu.

Effect: A technique in which a user creates a form of black clouds that may be used in conjunction with a Fire type of technique do to the flamible components.

Description: : This is a water based technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto the targets. The oil is easily flammable and can cause Katon techniques to backfire, hurting the Katon user with the technique instead. Affects Katon attacks used after this technique is used and lasts for two turns or until a Katon technique is used that burns the oil.

Katon - Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)

Effect: The user is capable of spiting out, or emitting out a series of small fireballs in the size of a six inches to a foot in diameter to where the user is capable of hurling them towards the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The user is only capable of hurling out five small fire balls towards the opponent at one time.
Description: The user performs a few quick handseals as they quickly take the same concept as that of the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. The user then spits out or hurls out up to five small sized fire balls towards the enemy. Each fire ball creates massive amounts of burns but does not burst forth in an explosion. As each fire ball makes contact with something they spread out the fire creating a more of an area effect within the fire. The user is capable of using this technique in conjunction with multiple secondary weapons such as kunais or shurikens. The opponent is uncapable of noticing the kunais or the shurikens until the very fire is extingwishes in mid air. This technique is used typically to hide or to be used as a diversion for more of a powerful technique.

Hakuro chose not to learn Oiroke no Jutsu due to the fact that it's too shameful to even have in one's arsenal of techniques, much less use such a foolish technique.

A Jutsu move where one uses I believe the symbol of the rat. What this does is nullifies simple attacks, such as paralyzing or sleep. Stronger attacks such as “Bs” “As” and “Ss” are to strong for such a technique.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)

This is a basic technique known to most Genin. Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones will simply disappear if come into contact, but unlike Kage Bunshin, they are substanceless, and thus cannot do any damage. Bunshin no Jutsus have no Shadows what so ever
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Magic Cloak of Invisibility Skill)

This jutsu is where one uses a cloak or piece of cloth to make oneself blend in with the background, interpreting oneself invisible. Konohamaru uses this technique constantly in the beginning of the Naruto series to try and defeat Uzumaki Naruto. Although he doesn't use cloaks that really disguise himself well, his ambushes on Naruto have been rather unsuccessful.

Description: Effective striking with the weapons of the body to the opponent’s vital points is essential for a victorious outcome in a hand-to-hand struggle. A ninja must be able to employ the principles of effective striking if he is to emerge as the survivor in a fight to the death. Strikes should be targeted at the opponent’s vital points and nerve motor points. Strikes to nerve motor points cause temporary mental stunning and muscle motor dysfunction to the affected areas of the body. Mental stunning results when the brain is momentarily disoriented by overstimulation from too much input—for example, a strike to a major nerve. The stunning completely disables an opponent for three to seven seconds and allows the ninja to finish off the opponent, gain total control of the situation, or make his escape. Sometimes, such a strike causes unconsciousness. A successful strike to a nerve motor center also renders the affected body part immovable by causing muscle spasms and dysfunction due to nerve overload.

Description: Proper mental attitude is of primary importance in the Krav Maga's ability to strike an opponent. In hand-to-hand combat, the Krav Maga must have the attitude that he will defeat the enemy and complete the mission, no matter what. In a fight to the death, the Krav Maga user must have the frame of mind to survive above all else; the prospect of losing cannot enter his mind. He must commit himself to hit the opponent continuously with whatever it takes to drive him to the ground or end his resistance. A memory aid is, “Thump him and dump him!”

Description: A strike should be delivered so that the target is hit and the weapon remains on the impact site for at least a tenth of a second. This imparts all of the kinetic energy of the strike into the target area, producing a fluid shock wave that travels into the affected tissue and causes maximum damage. It is imperative that all strikes to vital points and nerve motor points are delivered with this principle in mind. The memory aid is, “Hit and stick!”

Sennen Goroshi (One Thousand Years of Pain)

A very simple Taijutsu technique with a very over-dramatised name. Forcefully plunges the user's fingers into the vicinity of the victim's rectal regions. Sakura dubbed it the "Super Powerful Ass-Poke". However, Naruto figured out the true meaning of the jutsu: it was mainly used with a pointed object (usually a kunai), in order to attack the blindspot of the enemy. When combined with explosive seals, it can even damage Gaara in his semi transformed mode.
Hakuro was born in a small farming village a few miles outside Kirigakure. His mother, a farmgirl in a large family in the same profession while his father was a retired Chuunin and recently promoted to Brown Rank of the Krav Maga technique. While no longer a shinobi, he was permitted by the unknown master to retain his rank as well as the ability to teach the Krav Maga technique in Kirigakure when he was ready.
When Hakuro was a toddler, his father taught him a few of his lesser jutsu including (but not limited to) the Krav Maga techniques, though Hakuro never completely comprehended how to use them. When Hakuro was five years of age, Hakuro's father, Shelly de Killer, left for Kirigakure with his son. Shelly was to be a teacher of Krav Maga at the local dojo while Hakuro was to be initiated into the Shinobi Academy. Before his first day, Shelly gave Hakuro the Blade of Woe, which Shelly used countless times in his training and practice of the Krav Maga technique, hoping above hope that his own training and experiences would somehow transfer to his son. As Hakuro held the blade and staring at it, his entire personality quickly turned dark and cold. Sensing this, Shelly snatched the Blade of Woe from his son and told him not to use the Blade of Woe unless he intended to kill his opponent.
During his time in the Academy, Hakuro learned the basics of the three elemental releases as well as several other jutsu that would help him later on.
