Description: A Figment GenJutsu creates a false sensation. Those who perceive the figment perceive the same thing, not their own slightly different versions of the figment. This means that it is not a personalized mental impression. Figments cannot make something seem to be something else. A figment that includes audible effects cannot duplicate intelligible speech unless the technique description specifically says it can. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language that the user is capable of speaking. If the character tries to duplicate a language the character cannot speak, the image produces gibberish. However since Genjutsus are not specific such as that it only works with how a user knows or fibs forth. This also works when a character cannot make a visual copy of something unless the character knows what it looks like.

Description: A simple container made out of different styles of material needed to carry some sort of liquid or perhaps pebble like substances within the container. They range into different sizes such as small, medium and large. The Small are small containers capable of fitting along the sides that is that of a pouch. The Medium is something more larger that ranges from two feet to three feet in length that may fit along the back as if it was some sort of backpack. The Large is a massive sized gourd that takes up the size of a body.

Description: A Device that has a Velcro strap along the neck with a voice activator along the throat. An ear piece is connected from the vocal piece to the ear in a small cord. It is small and easy to carry something that can be stored within the pocket or even just hanging around. The color of the whole Communication Device is black.

Arashi is an eccentric individual who has a strong heroine complex. Wherever there is someone being picked on, someone who needs help; Arashi is there. She's very friendly and sincerely values friendship. However because of her eccentricities, she can be hard to understand. It starts with the moment one comes into contact with Arashi. Depending on what she's doing at the time she'll react to you differently. when she's painting, sketching, or otherwise creating works of art; she becomes quiet and serene. She'll simply nod or make a slight gesture during these times, sometimes it seems that she's ignoring the talker all together. At other times, she goes around the village on "crusades", ensuring that everything is peaceful. This has isolated her to being considered "weird" or a "loser", so she's often seen by herself.Appearance:
Just as her first name means Storm; a weather condition that quicly comes and goes, so to does Arashi tend to always be in a hurry. When not creating works of heart, she can be seen always on the move from one place to the next. Time is very valuable to her, hence the rush from one activity or person to the next. Likewise, she's quite punctual and appears thirty to forty-five minutes prior to an engagement. If we are to consider her name once more, we can then discuss Arashi's temper and more negative traits.
Arashi will not tell anyone when she's angry. She always appears to be eeriely calm and polite, never raising her tone of voice. Think of this more like the eye of a storm that seems to be quite calm. This is because she channels her anger towards someone in other ways. The most prominent way is in the form of a prank. By utilizing genjutsu she proceeds to embarass those who anger her in a wide variety of ways. She also bears grudges, having an elephant like memory of things that have been done. However Arashi is a good girl and if you can make up for the bad incidents with good ones (such as displaying acts of heroism), it is no sooner forgiven and forgotten.
Likewise, when Arashi is hurt or sad she won't tell. She instead displays a warm smile and takes on her problems on her own. These problems eventually bottle up and release just like a raging storm. When they do, then she opens up showing a powerful sway of emotions...to anyone. Yes even if they otherwise wouldn't care, at that point she'll talk to anyone. Ah well, these actions aren't as unusual as some of her other traits. For one, she has a very high tolerance level. This tolerance level allows her to remain positive to the point of seeming delusional. Speaking of delusional, she does not believe in the classification of good and evil. Instead her acts of heroism are powered by her perception of the scenario. If she feels someone or something can't stand against an oncoming threat, she'll step in. There has been many times as a result, where Arashi has defended "Bad" men in the community.
Lastly, she's obsessed with nature as well, protecting the smallest weed from being crushed. Likewise, she'll politely scold someone for not taking care of the place where they are. She believes in being neat, tidy, and organized. Littering is absolutely, not acceptable!

With rich strands of dirty blonde hair tied into two pig tails, one can see the disposition of a young teenager. Typing up the pig tails is a light green wreath, giving her head a natural look. Brown eyebrows are kept thin and neat complimenting maroon hues. Hidden beneath long bangers, her forehead is mostly covered. Strands of dirty blonde hair are combed to the right hand side, parting slightly before moving down along her left temple. Admist the thick strands is her left ear, the bottom of the lobe is pierced, revealing a white stud. A small nose and thin lips are dyed with a beautiful rugosa pink gloss.
Around her neck is a blue beaded necklace, it's fashionable and holds no symbolic meaning at all. It contrasts her white and yellow attire entirely. Starting from the top, Larene wears a yellow dress with spaghetti straps. Covering the top portions is a white lace design that mimics a short cut top. The straps overlay the yellow straps of the dress towards the bottom and move away from them around her shoulders, meeting up again at the back. The design of the white top ends with a small bow design in the middle just below her chest. The yellow dress itself is decorated in a star pattern. The size of these stars vary between large, medium and small. The colour of these stars is a dark orange. Along her right arm is a brown band with blue beads reminiscent of her necklace.
Due to the thin straps it leaves her arms exposed, revealing creamy skin. Prior due to her time growing up in Iwagakure her skin was pale but living for quite some time within Konohagakure has changed this somewhat. The ends of her skirt fall a bit before her knees. Just above the edges of the skirt is a white laced design that stretches all around the bottom portion, giving her a floral look. Not revealed in the image above is the weapons she carries with her, along her left leg is her standard pouch, held there by a black leg band covering the space above her knee. Along the right leg is her quick loader pouch, kept up by an orange leg band. Normally she has her umbrella with her at all times, a beautiful orange design with a black metal going all the way down to the handle. This metal handle actually serves as a sheath to her Katana. Titled Mugen, it is a hiltless Katana that slides out from the bottom which is actually the handle of the katana and not the handle of the umbrella.
Towards the top of the umbrella a small gouard is attached, though it looks slightly odd it folds well for the most part. Lastly to conclude her attire is the brown soled sandals that she wears. They're slightly thinner at the base than standard issued footwear shinobi wear, helping her to blend in with Non-Ninja teenagers. Towards her toes where the first brown strap is, a butterfly design is etched in. It's bottom portion of the wings is atop the centre of the band and covers a portion of her feet. While outlined with brown, there's a blue etching along the middle. This is the same for both sandals. Normally her fingernails and toe nails aren't polished with a colour (she's usually in a hurry therefore not taking the time to bother with such details). Beneath the yellow skirt are black shorts which are worn a bit loose and are quite comfortable.

Abandoned, lost, and alone. The perfect setup to harbour a child of darkness, a loathsome existence that could be spent brooding or seeking the power to achieve the darkest of desires. Within a dark brown basket was a little bundle of joy; crying desperately for food. How could any parent be so wicked as to abandon their own child in the middle of the Land of Earth? Leaving their responsibilities the poor child would most likely die if not found by a squad of chunin from Iwagakure no sato. Coincidence; that was what allowed this young girl to be spared from the hands of death. Tears flowing down and a scream that reminded those around the baby of a fierce storm. No sooner was a name determined.[/blockquote]
As an orphan in the village, Arashi would grow up like many children whom lost their parents as a result of war or a mission; alone. Well, from time to time village officials would come in and check on Arashi, make sure she was able to go to school, acquire food, etc. Such kindness should be repaid back to the village yes? Well, that was how Arashi felt all the same. Experiencing what little kindness she did, she grew up as a very independant child. Once she was deemed to be capable of living alone, she took residence in an apartment complex. Many orphan children eventually got this setup. This occured at the age of six and until she was eight, life was...boring. She went to school, practiced hard to learn the ways of a shinobi. Then she came home to that lonely apartment.
She had taken up drawing and creating various works of art as a means to pass the time. Life seemed simple until she became eight years old. After spending some savd up money to purchase some dango, she was on her way home. She had stayed late to practice the henge jutsu with one of the teachers. Now with some dango in hand to celebrate her accomplishments, she turned the corner on her way home. That was when she happened to find a young civilian boy be picked on by some other civillian boys. Quickly taking some cover, she used the henge technique to transform into one of the chuunin instructors. When she came over to defend the boy, naturally the bullies were struck with fear and ran off.With the coast clear, Arashi untransformed and smiled to the boy.
At first the boy was quite surprised and was ready to high tail out of the alleyway but kids have a way of seeing people's nature. Well, sometimes anyway and in this case it dawned on him that this person was truly nice, though a bit strange. Conversation would soon ensue with several "Ah's" as Arashi explained briefly about what she could do. She decided to give him some dango and they walked to his house before parting ways. From that fateful encounter on, Arashi was rarely at home. Most days she was out with her new sidekick. Yes, the dynamic duo of Arashi and Hikumi were known amongst the kids as well as the parents.
At the age of twelve a huge dent would be delivered to her heroine ego. After negotiations with the kage and others who kept a watch on Arashi, she was able to attend a trip to the capital with Hikumi and his family. It was March 22nd on that day; Hikumi's birthday and a small festival was taking place. Hikumi's parents, after being begged; finally allowed the duo to wander around on their own for a bit. With some freedom achieved, the two went around to peacefully enjoy the festival. Just as they were enjoying some rice cakes, it seems some commotion would arise. Some boys were harassing a girl to go out with them. A simple effort, so Hikumi decided to go and handle the matter. With some brief alone time, Arashi decided to distract herself with a more pressing matter. Hikumi's present; after all, it was his birthday!
Fifteen minutes had elasped and Arashi had finally picked out something and went in the direction she last saw Hikumi. When she heard a loud groan, she instinctively attempted to find the source. It sounded like Hikuni. If her sidekick was in trouble, she had to help no matter what. It was on the outskirts of the festival itself; a back end alleyway on one side and different roads leading to the residential areas on another. Within the alleyway was Hikumi, a civilian girl, and what seemed to be a cloaked figure. Hikumi was on the ground, cluching onto his stomach. Quickly running over to him, she realized that several kunai's had been lodged into the boy. This cloaked figure was obviously a ninja, yet his purpose in the capital was unknown.
Fortunately for Arashi, she wasn't dressed in her miko inspired attire. The cloaked figure; looking to dispatch the witnesses of him being there instantly threw some kunai in her direction. It wasn't done in a way to dispatch shinobi so when he saw a substitution of a garbage bin, he became quite alerted. Unfortunately he'd stayed where he was long enough and detected higher level shinobi coming close by and made for a cautious retreat. Having not even leaving his name nor revealing his features, he'd stolen something precious away from Arashi and hadn't given her the oppertunity to fight him. This cloaked figure was a rogue ninja, he seemed to escape the jounin level ninjas who had been heading for the festival. For now, the new task at hand was getting Hikumi treated for his injuries.
They were all gathered around Hikumi's bedside, they did what they could in the capital but in order to do advanced treatment he'd need to return back to Iwa. Apparently the kunai tips had been poisoned, had the volley of kunai sent at Arashi and the civilian girl connected they'd both would have been in the same situation. An investigation was necessary considering that a rogue ninja was in the capital meant that they were up to no good. Unfortunately Hikumi would not be able to make it. Once he arrived in Iwagakure they tried their best but the poison had too much time to take into affect, plus the critical wounds he'd received. So with Hikumi's parents, Arashi, and other family friends around; he spoke with each of them privately as his last request.
He had departed from this world leaving Arashi this one statement "I...did what I could, looks like I wasn't strong enough to be Red after all. Promise me you'll...get strong, keep fighting for others...and never forget me..." With that he died, Arashi being the last person he spoke to. You could say that a part of Arashi died that day with Hikumi. At the funeral, Hikumi's mother commented on the change in her eyes. They looked dead, as if she was possed by a spirit. Not being able to deal with Hikumi's death, she began to train much harder, a new drive coming over her. Genjutsu was powerful, that much she learned in school. While she always preferred Taijutsu, she knew the only way she could see Hikumi again, to spend time with him again, was to use genjutsu and master it. Create a powerful genjutsu that could bring those who passed away back from the memories of those who left behind. After all, that's how many conquer death...by living on through others.
So, making a vow on Hikumi's memory she began to learn as much as she could about Genjutsu. She promised to dedicate everything she had into that art, largely ignoring the others unless needed to supplement her genjutsu.
