Rank: "C", "B", "A", "S"

The higher the rank is the stronger the material the user can convert. When first learned the user is capable of using components from the ground of soft soil to transform into sand. The user is capable of converting two meters of Sand per post when they learn the C Rank version of this technique. Now on the soils of Tea Country Nirashi stood and took in the refreshing air. He was alone and all was calm in the little country, which lacked a village. He doubted ninja would be heavy in the country so his training should go easy and without disturbance. All was calm and he was at peace so now, training would start. Nirashi took off his heavy gourd and laid it aside and kneeled down and picked up a clump on soil and shuffeled it in his hands. This jutsu should be reletively easy all that it requires is a little accessment and understanding. Really all I am doing is using my chakra to adjust the properties of this soil into that of sand. Simple. The adsured shinobi stated with a knowing smile. "Well...lets start."
With the soil in hand Nirashi began to tighten his grip on the soft, moist soil. Unfortunately due to lack of use with soil he seemed to forget it wasn't as solid as sand and would seep from the small cracks of his fingers as it did. It wasn't too big of a problem he still had soil in his hands. Nirashi then began to send his chakra to his palm and circulated it there. With chakra circulating through his hand the young shinobi smiled and then released the chakra out into the soil. The soil began to shake and rattle and pop like an acidic liquid or sludge, it actually looked like something was going on and Nirashi began to smile as he saw his method working.
'POP'
The soil splattered all over the place and most of it shot into the face of the sand shinobi. Nirashi's smiled slowly lowered as he wiped the soil out of his eyes. "What the hell?" He asked himself confused at all that had occured. Nirashi proceeded to clear his face of the dirt and then picked up another handful. Wasting no time he began to process again, but instead he charged the chakra in his hand and awaited something. Okay. What I need to do instead of throwing chakra into the jutsu is push the chakra into the soil. It will be just like how I placed chakra into a grain of sand to cause it to explode. But all I will be doing is taking chakra and placing it into soil and solidify it as I would do to my sand in any jutsu. Coming to reason and understanding Nirashi smiled and released the chakra into the soil.
The soil began to circulated and stretch in and out like rubber as the process began. Nirashi placed his chakra into the soil and utilized it as one large grain of sand. He began to use his chakra to mix and solidify the properties of the soil. As the soil mixed, he began to use his chakra to compact the soil as well, so it will be tight and stern like sand, and not loose as soil. The young shinobi worked hard on changing and adjusting the properties of the soil to sand. The dark brown soil could be seen changing into a light brown color as Nirashi continued to charge his chakra into the soil. Nirashi halted and looked at his finished project. Half the soil had turned to sand and the other half...still soil. Nirashi touched the other half of soil, the side not sand, he felt through it and it had definitely harded and solidified into sand properties. "Okay. The second time around all there is to do is to perform this more efficiently and thorough. I don't need to use so much chakra either, rather circulate it and utilize the pool I pumped in."
Nirashi picked up another clump of sand in his right hand and instead of clenching it tightly he simply left his palm opened and fingers spread. The young shinobi sent chakra up his tenketsu and stocked it inside his right hand palm. Once he felt he charged enough chakra he sent his chakra outward and into the new pile of soil. The soil popped, hopped, twisted, and twirled as Nirashi used his chakra to pack it together and harden it. Taking what he knew from before he used the chakra already inside for as long as he could instead of continuiously pumping more and more chakra in. The soil could be seen moving less and becoming stiffer. Nirashi caught this with his eye and knew that he had successfully hardened the clump of sand and now he would work on successfully changing the color and finishing the change of properties. With that he knew the process would be complete. The hardened soil began to twirl in his hand and as it did its dark brown color began to lighten up turn into a light brown color as sand. The transformation was complete.
"I've turned soil into sand! Sweet! I guess all that is left is transforming the soil on a larger scale." He said looking to the ground.
