After coming out of the tunnel to the Water City Capital, it was apparant that his leaders really didn't have any clue on what they were doing, did they? Rather then stand and fight whatever it was that threatening their village, they turn and flee, to Meikei. The Mizukage may only be doing what she feels is best for her people, but she may be leading them straight into a death trap. No matter, If Ike wished to help his people, he would need to strengthen himself further first, and with that, meant more training was to be done. He had to first, however, find a new place to call his training grounds. His old one was back in the Mist Village, and that was no good, so to begin, he would search the capital city, and find a suitable place of training.
Wondering around town, this place, was much more lively then that of the Hidden Mist Village, even when it was full. Adjusting the Umbrella on his back, Ike would peer forth at all the buildings as he passed most of them by without even taking their notice. He would walk the streets, and then the alleys of the capital city, until he came upon a single path, a path that lead him straight to a lake, in a park in the city. The park, seemed less lively, but non the less had people about it. They all seemed elderly or to young to even know what he would be doing, therefore he cared not if they watched him, as they were not to be his enemy anyways. Pulling forth a scroll from his pouch of weapons, Ike, would take a seat on a bench in the area where he would silently go over the next technique to himself.
This new one, read of the "Flying Water Needles of Death" Technique. Well, it certainly sounded like a pretty good technique to Ike, as he gave out a chuckle upon reading it. Such a serious name, for probably not such a serious move. But boy, would he be mistaken there. The technique read of a move where the Kaishin would take the knowledge of the Water Creation skill, and Kuri Buki, and combine them, to make something grand. What, exactly, was multiple Kuri Buki creations. Those, being that of Kunai, or in this case, senbon. Ike had some familiar times with this technique, as it was trained not long ago. First and for most for training such a technique, was doing it alone. Doing it and trying by giving it your all first time through was the best way to do things. With that said, he would waste no more time watching ducks and reading scrolls, it was the time for action!
Forming three handseals, Ike would form, using his bloodlimit ability to create water, as many senbon as he could on his first shot. Kuri Buki only allowed that of a square foot, but he felt he could get past that here. Ten, water senbon like creations formed out of thin air. Usually, he would grab them and throw them there after to truly utilize the technique, but that was not the way this technique was to work. Ike would not even touch the senbon as they were formed, infact, he would try and simply launch them forward exactly from where they were created. A burst of chakra would litter the ten senbon a floating and cause them to, without warning, launch forward at high speeds. Ike simply blinked by the time the senbon would hit random assorted trees in front of him. SMiling to himself, it would appear that this technique would be easier then he thought afterall.
