"Okay.. According to this map.. North is where I wanna go."
The outskirts of the Sand village is where he'd sit. His buttocks lodged onto a rather large boulder that just happened to be in the middle of the endless sea of sand. The boy's eye fixed upon pretty accurate map. How would he know if it were accurate or not, right? He could only go by instinct. And of course the boy knew very well what his original home looked like. He wondered if everyone there would remember him. Well, that was for the very near future to decide. Closing the map into a rather sloppy fold, the boy would tuck it away in his back pocket. Standing erect on the top of the rock, he'd stuff both of his hands in either pocket. The usual Suna breeze would make its daily rush, the young Uchiha's red hair would flow along with it. As he stared out into his direction, he sort of fell into a trance; Flashback time.
Flashback ----------------[/b]
"Dad, wheres my mommy?" A very small young boy would stand there. A small baby rabbit would be lazily rested on the top of the boy's head. His beady eyes watching the little boy's dad read some type of book. "She died. Giving birth to you." That was rather harsh. And the way it escaped the older man's lips was so chilling to the boy's spine. "During that time, something very bad was happening within the... The Leaf Village.. We had to escape to somewhere safe. Due to the pain and stress of everything, she died shortly after birthing you into the world. But feel bad not, my son. You can still make a difference. Don't disgrace us."
The young boy had almost burst into tears until the final few words. That made him determined. He'd be the greatest Uchiha to walk the earth if thats what it meant to bring honor to his name. He'd get through his father's training, one way or another. But something about his father wasn't right as the man would explain the story. Something told the young Uchiha he had been lying..
End Flashback ----------
"Thats right.. Somethings real fishy 'bout my past. I'm gonna find out, one way or another." With those words said, the boy would make a short jump off of the boulder he'd be planted on. He'd pick his feet up effortlessly through the sand and stroll along, beginning the long Journey to the Bear Country. That was obviously the first place to begin his search for the truth. It seemed like all his life he'd been lied to. He'd take control of his life this time. He'd be walking his own path, not the one his father had put in front of him. The boy would lift his scarf up over his mouth in order to cover himself from flying sand grains. Squinching his eyes slightly as he'd continue his march, he'd prevent anything from entering into his eye. His hands would remain in his pockets as he'd continue his casual, paced stroll. The Land of Bears was right there on the Wind Country, so the trip wouldn't be too long. But who knows where else it would take him. In no time, he'd find himself on the border of Wind and Bears..
