Toshi finally reached the other side of the river and no more than a hundred yards are so ahead of him was a town which he planned to try and find a few clues in that might help him along his way to finding his mark. He continued down the path to the town, his cloak rippling in the wind and his have hidden underneath the white ANBU mask. The town was bustling with activity, people going around here and there doing their daily shopping and conversing with their friends. As he walked people seemed to try to stay to the sides of the street as he past, but this was to be expect being in full ANBU uniform while passing through a town in a country with no hidden village.

He turned onto the main and busiest street, for the most part the center of the street was clear but the edges and store fronts that extended down for several hundred meters were filled with ample activity, the street itself was about twenty meters wide. His goal was to find some one like a hunter or anyone really that may have been out earlier and happened to see anyone that fits the description of what he was looking for. He would then work from there and figure out how he wanted to go about finding the target.

"They're not gonna get us.."

The whispered words as the youth leisurely walked forth through the small town, crimson iris falling upon the frames of the figures in which conversed through the town. And then he would take note of the figure that stood out the most within the day, one being fully cloaked in ANBU garb. Maroon waves of hair cascaded over his eyes as he suspiciously watched him, crimson eyes being hidden without flaw as he wore a bright smile. Luckily, his appearance had changed, and he held no headband upon him. He simply looked the same as many of the people within the outpost, yet he had a trick up his sleeve.

Turning the corner to an alley-- due to the fact he wouldn't be approached in a simple yukata, looking like a mere peasant, he would cast his jutsus. In a moments notice the shadows would camoflague him, blending him in as he would lurk silently, shadowing the ANBU operative. He would wait for him to approach past the alley, as the shinobi rested his back against the wall, inconspicuous.

Description: A basic ANBU genjutsu, this causes the user and the area immediately around the user (within one meter) to change in ways that would better aid the user in hiding. For example, in a darkened area the shadows will seem to converge on and around the ANBU, further hiding him from sight. In a forested area, the technique would discolour the user to better blend him in with the surroundings, as well as altering the plants in the area to better shield him. Note that all of these effects are purely illusionary; the shadows in the first example, the discolouration and the plant alteration of the second example. The jutsu works primarily because it is subtle, taking little chakra and having a small localized effect, even those who could pierce the illusion rarely give it enough notice to do so. Depending on the level of the Character's GenJutsu depends on how strong the Jutsu.

Onkyou Hitoku no Jutsu

Drawback: When combined with Hitoku no Jutsu, a basic camoflauge effect is obtained, but the hiding effects of the Hitoku no Jutsu are decreased, as it is harder to remain inconspicuous while moving, at least at this level
Description:A basic stealth technique taught to both Cats and Owls, this genjutsu causes the immediate area around the user (1 meter) to change, concealing his actions at least as far as audio is concerned. The sounds are masked with whatever would be appropriate for the area. In a tree, for example, this might change the slight footfalls of the ANBU into the sound of a gentle wind; in the grass, an ANBU's movements may be heard as the slight call of insects. When combined with Hitoku no Jutsu, a basic camoflauge effect is obtained, but the hiding effects of the Hitoku no Jutsu are decreased, as it is harder to remain inconspicuous while moving, at least at this level. Depending on the person's GenJutsu is dependent on how well the jutsu can be used.
Limit: ANBU Only, Hitoku no Jutsu required.

The street was so crowded with all kinds of different people that Toshi had no idea where he should start searching for people to try and get some information from. It was knowing this that he decided to just start picking people at random to ask questions and see what he could come up with. Problem was that every one was slightly intimidated by the tall man dressing in black with his face hidden, and any time he would try to approach some one; they would simply speed up and make sure that he could not get close enough to say anything.

Having no luck in his search, the ANBU continued down the street looking for anyone that looked like they enough wit about them to stand atleast talking to Toshi. Unaware of the danger around him, he walked passed an alley way consumed in shadow with out even giving it a second glance.

As he walked by, without paying no attention at all to what was happening around him; a sudden flicker would occur. Due to the ANBU's decreased guard, and the distance between them it would be swift; the right fist of the yukata wearing shinobi aimed to smash directly into the side of the face of the ANBU. The strength and speed was incredible, the punch in itself most likely uprooting the ANBU to the left, sending him forty meters away as he would smash into a store, knocked out. The punch itself would cause him to not remember what had occurred, leaving the crowds crying in horror as Nagato slowly walked into the open ((Assuming the hit landed, due to the near 0 guard of suspect.)) as he approached the body.

Effect: Creates an After Image of Self

Drawback: Can only be done ten times a day after learned due to abuse within Muscles, but each time trained one may do more and more. The user is only capable of making one at a time.
Description: The after image technique is the technique that allows the user to move side to side with extreme speed and towards a general direction creating an after image of the person. When learning this technique a person may only do Ten after images per day. If one wishes goes more then this number tissue has a chance to rip and tear. To be able to do more then ten per day one they must train for each again to create one more. This is the basis techniques for all techniques that may consist or deal with moves that deal with the After Image. This means that if a user wishes to know a technique that uses an after image they must have knowledge of this technique as well. Depending on how many after images a user uses within a technique is dependent on how many times this technique is known.

Kenboushou Tekken (Amnesia Fist)

Effect: A Knock out punch, the Brawler is capable of striking an opponent with such strength, and such power to where a single punch is capable of knocking a man out, creating a rattle in the brain, as a concussion occurs to where the opponent's memory becomes lost for a full day prior to the connection of the hit.

Drawback: The user is capable of using this technique only to the amount of times they are capable of using Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist)
Description: A technique where the user hits the opponent with such force that they deliver a punch with enough force, and enough precision in subdual damage to where the opponent is knocked out unconscious with a single blow. The opponent stays down for a number of rounds before they are slowly brought out of their unconscious state. When using this technique the user sacrifices the knowledge of a Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist) technique. Depending on the class of the user as well as the class of the opponent the Kenboushou Tekken (Amnesia Fist) lasts for only so long within an amount of rounds. When the opponent comes to, they have no remembrance as to what has happened prior to his experience, the opponent has no memory to the fight, has no memory of the combat, and anything within the last twenty four hours.

o C Class - The Opponent is stunned for Three rounds
o B Class - The Opponent is stunned for Four rounds
o A Class - The Opponent is stunned for Five rounds
o S Class - The Opponent is stunned for Six rounds
If the opponent is one class higher to that of the user then the amount of rounds is reduced by one round for "C" Class, Two rounds for "B" Class, Three rounds for "A" Class, and Four Rounds for "S" Class. If the opponent is two classes or higher then the reduction goes up by one. After three classes or more then the technique is incapable of working against the opponent.

Tetsu Tekken (Iron Fist)

Effect: A Brawler's true capabilities is within his fists and legs. The Brawler is capable of hitting as if his fists were gauntlets themselves. They say a Brawler's punch is like being smacked by a bull and that is where these power attacks come to play. Those who get hit by a Brawler's Iron Fist feel a knock back effect depending on the user's class.

Drawback: The user is only capable of performing this attack so many times per day depending on how many times the user knows this technique as well as the Class level of the user.
Description: When the user first learns this technique they are capable of performing this technique a total of five times per day as well as any other technique that is in conjunction of the Iron Fist. Every time this technique is learned the user is capable of performing this technique as well other techniques into conjunction one more time. This means that if a user learns this technique twice they are capable of performing this technique a total of six times. Depending on how well and how strong the user is by Class, the user is capable of performing the technique with devastating power. The higher the class is the more devastating the attack will be creating a more sufficient way of breaking one's bones.

Toshi had little time to react as a fist came at him from the corner of his vision. He turned ever so slightly so that the punch connected with his jaw which was covered by the ANBU mask. The ANBU masked shattered and his jaw snapped as his body titled with the force of the punch before being sent rocketing across the street into the wall of a store where he broke through the wall and skidded to a halt after breaking several tables. The force of the punch had been dampened but even still it was an amazingly powerful attack.

His eyes wearily scanned the area but didn't see much, his vision was blurred and eventually black and his consciousness slowly slipped from the chuunin as he lied pressed flat against the floor of the store, surrounded by broke tables and objects. He could barely hear the sounds of the screams before he could hear nothing.

As he slipped into unconsciousness, a glare was given to many of the shop owners and the crowds gathering. They remained pressed in a corner, refusing to get near. In a moments notice Nagato would crouch however, sharingan deactivating as he would begin to strip the ANBU nude, taking his clothing and items, as well as his Ryo. In a few minutees, the shinobi from mist would lay sprawled naked within the shop, as a Kage Bunshin was created to carry the items gathered. Before leaving however, Nagato would scoop up a jug of milk from the nearby counter, and moving back towards the nude frame he would slowly tilt the top, allowing the milk to cascade and splatter all over the knocked out shinobi's chest, abdomen, face, and lower half.

Afterwhich, the jug was tossed aside as the two images left.

Toshi slowly awoke to be staring up at the ceiling of a buidling, completely unaware to anything except the fact that he was rather cold. When he say up to and placed a hand on his head to rub his jaw that was so painful right now, he realized he was covered in some liquid.. and not only that, he had no clothes. "What the fu.... What happened to me..." It took a few minutes to realize that people were all around him staring and gawking at he who now sat stripped and soaked in the middle of a building. "...Oh.... Crap" he said looking around at everyone, he then turned to the people in the building, "Well don't just stand there! Get me a blanket and a towel!"

One of the woman let out a high pitched squeek before running up the stairs, he could hear her rumaging around up stairs until she came back down holding two thick brown blankets. Toshi took one and used it to dry himself off before wraping the other around him and walking outside... "Er... Ya... Thanks." Those were the only things he could think to say before turning to head off and look for some new clothes.

After a while of searching, Toshi finally found a man willing to sympathize with his needs. The man would lend him a new set of clothes along with the option to use some hair dye too if he wanted it. He thought about it for a few moments and decided that, this little display made him look pretty bad and it may attract alot of bad attention for him, so it may be a good idea to change his entire appearance. After using the man's back room to change into his cloths, Toshi removed the tie from his hair and sat down in a chair that had the shop keeper had put the blanket under.

Soon enough Toshi's haird had been cut from past his waist to above his shoulders. The next step was to dye it, despite the better colors to choose from he took a light red, pink color and went into the bathroom. He wet his hair and applied the dye. Within the hour, he was a completely different person; different clothes, different hair color and length, not even Toshi recognized himself. After giving his thanks to the man, Toshi would leave the shop and prepare to head home.
