Jin's travels through River Country would have eventually taken him to the capital city, which shockingly enough, was surrounded by some bodies of water, making traveling through it a rather fun adventure. Least he thought so, as his eyes were set upon the area. He activated his Byakugan near the edge of the capital, and scanned the entire area. Many people were wandering about, taking care of their business like they were accustom to. He saw almost no ninja. Most likely because River Country held no ninja village.
His eyes would have returned to normal, as he spotted nothing out of the ordinary. He sighed, as he had to now search for the Moyoushi Village. Jin knew absolutely nothing of this village. As a matter of fact the first time the Mizukage mentioned it to him he didn't even know of it's existence. Searching for something you know nothing about would prove to be a bit hard. However Jin was a shinobi. A decent one if he were to say so himself. Gathering information wouldn't be very hard either.
He started walking into the capital. He searched around the open area. Some buildings were there. They looked peaceful. Everything held a peaceful aura around this area. Living in a non ninja area must have felt great. Jin once remembered his days of childhood, when the last thing on his mind was being a ninja, but being a Hyuuga he had no choice in the matter of becoming a ninja or not. Those eyes, his body, everything about him would have eventually thrown him into that situation, one way or another.
He continued to search the area some more. At this point a few of the people there would finally catch notice of him, and his Mist headband around his head. Many people would instantly question his presence, as it was rare for shinobi to be there. He wandered like a lost puppy, showing in his eyes interest in everything that he hadn't seen. The winds picked up around him, blowing his hair about. His right hand would shift to his forehead and slide to the right to keep the hair out of his face.
He sighed as he had no idea where to start. If the city was hidden then it would be hidden well, but Jin would find it if he needed. He figured he would ask some of the people around the area to see if they knew. His first stop was a rather large building. It was a bar it looked like. Nodding his head in agreement to himself he would enter.
As he opened the door the smell of sake would instantly hit his nose. His eyes flared up as he shook his head. He continued to walk in. Jin was young, and his body showed it, so many might have questioned his reasons for being there, but once they saw his headband they knew instantly he wanted something. Jin approached the bar, where the tender was, cleaning a class with a white piece of cloth.
"Sir. Might you be able to help me? I am in search of the Moyoushi City, in hopes of speaking with it's leader." The bartender would have eyed him and looked to the sky after the question.
"The Moyoushi City, huh? Can't say I could help you." Jin closed his eyes and nodded.
"Thank you. I'll be on my way." He bowed slightly and left. Now where to? Jin would have entered many buildings, or spoken to many people outside, in hopes of one of them knowing where it was. Finally he got a clue. He was told that the city was straight north of River Country, being between the borders of three different countries. With that information he headed directly north.
