Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: When the user pushes out with there palm, creates a small funnel of air that can push the opponent back or over, but it causes little if any pain. This however can be a very annoying jutsu.

Description: The user quickly gathers a small amount of chakra to there hand and pushes it outward with there palm as a small funnel/gust of air blows out with enough force to push the opponent back or off balance.
Limit: Must have Wind Release.
Garou looked around the capital hoping he'd find his allies for the mission. It seemed like a normal city like in the Rice field country. Garou and Houka wandered into a alley between buildings. It seemed like a street on its own as people moved through. The wind was more intense here than in the open street. Garou cracked open a scroll containing wind jutsu as he started on the first jutsu he saw.
“Kazepusshu” Garou said... The wind here was blowing as he stood in the cobblestone alley. He stood his feet at shoudler width and pushed out with his palm. He repeated this palm thrust several times just psuhing out into the open air. Houka sat on the side near a few garbage cans as he continued to push outward with his palms. Garou continued to push his palm out getting ready to add chakra to the push.
“Alright.” Garou gathered chakra to his hand which he had close to his face. He felt a slight tingle from the chakra in his hand. He then thrust it forward. As he finished the motion, the chakra mixed with the wind around his palm and burst outwards creating a strong gust. Dust and pebbles were disturbed by the sudden gust. A few loose papers from the garbage wafted in the air after being blown skyward from the gust.
Garou stood there with his palm out after seeing the effects of the jutsu. “Whoa.” Houka stood to attention then sneezed. The dust settled in the alley from the gust. Garou brought his hand back again near his face as he gathered chakra into his palm again. He pushed his open palm forward As he extended his palm the chakra mixed with the wind around his palm and blew out another gust.
“Whew..” Garou said after the gust settled down... He walked over to Houka and squatted “You saw that Houka...” Garou petted him on the head as he barked agreeing with him. “Hmm...” he looked at an empty trash can. Garou picked it up and placed it down on the ground in the center of the alley. Looking down at it, Garou brought back his palm as he focused his chakra into it. He pushed his palm out and wind soon followed behind it.
The garbage can lifted from the ground into the air from the sudden gust. It crashed onto the gorund. Making a loud crash on the cobblestone street. People walking by stopped and looked towards the ruckus going on in the alley. Garou closed his hand and looked at the now dented can. Garou had an idea. “Houka!” Garou yelled. Houka barked loudly as Garou squatted low to the ground. “Jujin Bunshin” Houka changed into a splittiing image of Garou. Houka jumped off of his back and waited for the next step.
Garou held his hand up near his face as he focused chakra into his palm. “Ready..” He pushed out at the dented can on the ground as it was sudden in the air from the gust created by the jutsu. The can spun in the air as Garou yelled. “Get it..” Houka ran on all fours after the can as it spiraled in the air. Houka jumped off of a wall and off of another criss-crossing the alley. The blur that was Houka kept the can in flight as he smashed into it several times, rebounding off of the shadowed walls of the alley. Houka landed in front of Garou slightly fatigued as the battered can finally landed on the ground.
