Kuri Buki
Rank: E-S
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user creates an ice weapon of any shape or size, depending on the amount of chakra the user has, from a body of water. The weapon's liquid-like structure is an excellent medium for sound and can use sound at a much larger capacity than just with your bare hands.
Special: -dragon- -rat- -dog-
Drawback: -Requires sufficient water per rank-
Description: The user summons up water from a near by body of water, the size of a fist; the water can then be shaped into a weapon of any shape, and any size depending on the amount of chakra the user has. Once the shape and size of water is determined, it is hardened into a dense ice, as if it was an actual weapon.
Limit: Blood limit of Haku
Side note: All weapons are as light as the original body of water minus the chakra needed to use the technique, so the weapon more-or-less always weighs that of a kunai.

With a mild look on Shimo's face, he began his task at hand. The cursed snow that kept falling and falling on the ground, already a foot high as it was.
He picked up his shovel, and began scooping up the snow that was right on the pathways of the village, and threw them aside into the areas where the snow wouldn't bother anyone, and where the children will have fun playing with it. This went on for about an hour or so, with the continuous shoveling of the sand, and Shimo getting bored after a while, and he needed to get his mind off the task at hand and get something else done while he was working. After a few minutes of thinking, all he got was to go ahead and train some of the jutsus that his mother taught him about.
With the shovel in his right hand and the right hand picking up the snow with the shovel tossing it aside, his left scooped up some soggy sand that was in the road, untouched by his shovel. he fiddled around with it as he kept on shoveling, and soon enough, after a minute or so of fiddling around with the snow, he finally got it into a shape that was actually recognizable. It was in a shape of a kunai, slightly smaller than usual due to the small amount of snow that he used. He quickly let the shovel go, and quickly doing the hand signs, grabbed the shovel and continued his work, and the kunai hardened into an ice kunai. It did look like a kunai, if a little deformed, but it was still in good condition, if a little brittle looking. He balanced it on one finger for a couple of seconds, and after getting bored with the ice kunai, he took it and threw it against the side of a building, where it shattered into numerous shards of ice.
This time, he took a larger amount of snow in his hand, in much larger quantity that last time, and as he kept shoveling the snow with his right hand, his left hand began shaping this mass of frozen rain too. It took him a minute due to the fact that he had only one hand at his disposal, but in the end, he was able to make the kunai out of the snow, and he quickly let go of the shovel to do the hand signs, and when he did, grabbed the shovel back and watched the snow kunai harden into a brittle ice kunai. This time he was more successful, since the kunai was normal in size, and it looked just like the ones Shimo had with him. He nodded in satisfaction, and after inspecting it, he threw it away.
Finally, he got back to shoveling more of the snow, but he grew more interested on the jutsu as time went by. he looked behind him, and saw that he had made some progress while shoveling, so he took a break and went on to making another ice weapon. he looked down at the snow underneath him, and concentrated his chakra into the snow below. As he did, he willed the snow beneath him to move into small needle-like clumps, which they did, and after a minute or so, where he was looking at, there was about five needles on the ground made of snow just lying there. he then did the hand signs, and when he did, the five senbons hardened into ice senbons. he picked them up, and after a close inspection, tossed them at the wall next to him and went on with the shoveling...
It was good, but still not perfect...
