Piercing Sounds of the Hyuuga

Hyoshi's agreement sent Hibiki's excitment through the roof. A fight he wanted and a fight he got. Exiting with Hyoshi they arrived at the top of the building. Though the spot was very high it reluctantly was in plain sight of passer-bys. People may be watching them fight, and Hibiki was not sure if that would be a good or bad thing either way he would deal with the circumstances afterwards. "This fight is not to the death and none of us may seriously wound the other." Hibiki waited for a reply to make sure he understood the rules before getting into a fighting stance. "You may start us off." The last fight with a Hyuuga Hibiki had was with a perculiar one named masamune. He sapped his chakra for his own adn that was the reason hibiki lost long ago. This time however the opponent was far more experienced but so was he.

The top of this building wasn't a very isolated location, and several had gathered to watch. He expected that this was for the Otokage as he was a relative unknown in the village, the eyes of the man turned to look at Hibiki as he spoke his terms. "Fine, but I have a request as well, if I win this spar then I become a jounin. I have been stuck in my current position for six years and feel that I deserve that rank. If I lose, well, I won't need it," he spoke calmly and cooly as chakra began to regulate through his body, a small smirk coming to his face as he watched Hibiki move into his defensive stance. He had promised himself that he wouldn't lose another battle, especially to another Hyuuga. Even if the other man was now the Otokage he still expected nothing less than a victory, and he intended to get it. Without natural life, however, he would need to improvise, and his first move would be an odd one.

Slowly the left hand of Hyoshi was brought up to his mouth, where he lightly bit his thumb to draw blood. He easily went through the five handsigns necessary and stopped on the sheep, looking up at Hibiki and then bending down and placing one hand on the ground, "Kuchiyose no jutsu, mi," with these words the ground around his hands would start to grow blue and several seeds would appear underneath his hand, they would be easily visible before he picked them up and stood upright once more. Ten seeds were the total in his left hand as he moved his hands to form another handsign, placing nine seeds into his weapons pouch and dropping one to the ground below him, six handsigns needed this time until he stopped on the ram, muttering more words under his breath. "Ninpou, Souseiki no jutsu," chakra began to run through the seed until it turned into a rose, the red flower looking nothing like a threat and just decorative for the roof.

"Alright Otokage, let's see what you're made of," the rose lied on the ground as Hyoshi placed his hands on the sheath of his sword, the OtoBlade, taking the time to draw it out slowly and place it lazily out in front of him, the thin blade being placed in front of his eyes as he brought out the doujutsu of his clan, the white eyes producing veins around them as the smirk remained on his face. He hadn't been in a battle of this calibur for a long time and was excited to make it happen, his own plan was set into place and he would wait to see how Hibiki responded. Beauty was always his own approach to battle, graceful attacking that came naturally to the Hyuuga, but to Hyoshi especially. His techniques were made to imitate nature, seemingly little effort coming from him at times. If this fight picked up the intensity would surely rise, and this excited him more, many didn't get the chance to spar with their kage let alone get a request from him to do so. The blade in Hyoshi's hands reflected the light from the sky as the battle started...

This tossing of random seeds was rather strange and no doubt was some part of jutsu. Hibiki could easly blow away all these miniscule things but he was indeed curious as to there effect and so did nothing about them. Activating his Byakugan Hibiki began running towards Hyoshi preparing to jumo towards his left side then body flicker to the other. In succesion to this he would use his paralysis technique hoping to immobilize him. Of course the chances of this working would hinder its effect. If his paralysis attack was blocked he would let out a deafining shriek and proceed to do something afterwards. Hibiki decided to use his old jutsus, ones he has had for ages, even when they first met. Aide from the shriek. Hibiki's arm reach was slightly smaller than Hyoshis, hyoshi being two or three inches taller in height. Meaning Hibiki would have to be about 1 and 3/4 foot in distance to him to make sure it is completely successful. The sword nearby Hyoshi made hibiki wonder his intent in using them, this was not a battle to injure the other.

~Byakugan (White Eyes)~

Users: Hyuuga
Used mainly as a taijutsu technique, the Byakugan gives it's user many great abilities including the ability to have a 360 degree field of vision, except for one tiny blind spot behind the first thoraic vertebra, this tiny spot is the only known weakness of this special ability. With the Byakugan activated it's user has the ability to detect anything that moves around them in a 50 foot radius, making the Byakugan a difficult task to fight against. When used with chakra the Byakugan becomes more powerful and can see through most solid matter over extremely long distances and allows it's user to see the inner coil system of the enemy, opening them to an attack on their tenketsu (Chakra Holes) by the hand of the juken (Gentle Fist). Only very advanced users of the Byakugan such as Hyuuga Neji can use the aforementioned juken technique, but when used successfully it can shut off the chakra flow of the opponent which has disasterous effects.

~Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)~
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
Users: Hatake Kakashi, Gaara, etc.
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' It's a very basic jutsu and it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it.
Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Among the many users and villages, various variations of Shunshin no Jutsu exist. Gaara, for instance, uses the so-called "Suna-Shunshin" (, "Sand Body Flicker"), which uses sand to cover the user's movement. Other varieties include "Kiri-Shunshin" (, "Mist Body Flicker"), "Mizu-Shunshin" (, "Water Body Flicker"), and "Konoha-Shunshin" (??, "Tree Leaf Body Flicker").
Uchiha Shisui, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as Shunshin no Shisui (Shisui of the Body Flicker). This is probably a reference to this jutsu.

~Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)~
Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Users: Orochimaru, All ANBU members
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are trained to know this technique.

Jigoku Himei no Jutsu (Hell Shriek) NinJutsu
Type: B Rank
Requirements: Himei no Jutsu
An improved version of the himei no jutsu. The voice of the shriek is twice as high, enough to make enemies go deaf and destroy glass. It sounds so horrible as if it comes from hell itself, making enemies cower with fear and terror.

Hyoshi would stand in place not moving as he watched Hibiki's first movements. First he ran towards him, the jumped to his left. At this point the body flicker technique came into play as his opponent quickly repositioned himself on the opposite side in the blink of an eye. It was at this point that Hyoshi began to feel tightening of his muscles and the inability to move, 'Hn...a paralysis technique,' the man stood in place as to not let Hibiki know if it worked or not, staying in the same position as he noticed a deep drawing of breath from the Otokage. It was obvious that a sound technique was about to come from him, and in normal circumstances this would probably be enough to seriously hinder Hyoshi, but that was why he had drawn the sword...

The use of this blade was specifically for this purpose. It could cut like a normal sword, yes, but its secondary function was even more important in a village such as this one where sound techniques were the primary mode of attack. When Hibiki released the technique the soundwaves would come blasting towards Hyoshi, but at this point the 10 holes on either side of the blade would glow, and the sound would enter through these holes to become absorbed and used for later. The effects of the sound technique utterly useless. The paralysis technique would be easy to break out of, they weren't children anymore after all and it was a low ranking technique. With his chakra control Hyoshi simply reversed the tension in his muscles and freed up his movement, Hibiki was still very close however and this took all but a second, leaving a small amount of room for a counter attack.

Here a smirk would come to his face as his blade was resheathed and chakra regulated throughout his body, at this point he would move from his current position in a blur, leaving an after image behind in his place [1/20], his new position would be directly behind Hibiki, where he would attempt a spinning kick towards his left side that was intended to be blocked, it would be easily noticed by byakugan after all. If Hibiki blocked this strike he once more would leave an after image in his place [2/20], here he would stop directly in front of Hibiki once more and attempt a palm strike into the center of his chest with the Hakke Kusho. If this connects Hibiki will be sent back 25 feet due to the added chakra within the technique.

If this happens Hyoshi will stand in place as Hibiki is flying back and perform several handsigns, "Ox, Dragon, Ram, Ox," with those four signs several planks of wood would emerge from his body and begin to form into three wood clones that would be capable of attacking, with that the man would stand with byakugan activated and the three clones standing around him in triangular fashion to protect him from any tricks Hibiki had to offer. The first attack was a clever one from him and if not for the sword he most likely would be on the defensive right now, but luckily he had received it and now hopefully would find himself in good position for the rest of the spar.

Drawback: Can only be done ten times a day after learned due to abuse within Muscles, but each time trained one may do more and more. The user is only capable of making one at a time.
Description: The after image technique is the technique that allows the user to move side to side with extreme speed and towards a general direction creating an after image of the person. When learning this technique a person may only do Ten after images per day. If one wishes goes more then this number tissue has a chance to rip and tear. To be able to do more then ten per day one they must train for each again to create one more. This is the basis techniques for all techniques that may consist or deal with moves that deal with the After Image. This means that if a user wishes to know a technique that uses an after image they must have knowledge of this technique as well. Depending on how many after images a user uses within a technique is dependent on how many times this technique is known.

Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm)

Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: A palm thrust, capable of being done while out of arms' reach, that pushes away the victim violently with chakra. This is apparently used in a similar style as Hakkeshô Kaiten.

Drawback: ---
Description: The user stands in the basic stance, or a version of the basic stance. As the user does this they concentrate on the palm of their hand while the opponent is not within arm's reach. When the opponent becomes close enough the user quickly pushes forward in a fast fashion as they would slam their palm forward to slam the opponent away from the very user. Depending on how strong the user is is dependent on how far the opponent is sent flying back.

Moku Bunshin (Wood Clone)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user creates a clone made out of wood that would be used for battle against opponents.
Special: "Ox, Dragon, Ram, Ox"
Drawback: If the wood is burned they will not be capable of working.
Description: When first learned the user is capable of creating three clones that are within the size of Medium size. The wood looks similiar to that of a human but the wood is wrapped around the body torso and switched around making the clone look that of a giant tree with awkward shapes.
Limit: Must have the Wood Release
